This company is complete trash (they don t even deserve one star). Recently got a parking space in one of the buildings they manage. It s been 4 months since the purchase of the space and they still have not properly set up my account for HOA payments. It takes them weeks to respond to simple emails and I ve tried calling but no one picks up the phone. Why anyone would hire them to manage a building is beyond me, they should be fired. This company is completely useless.
RUN AWAY! They work for where I lived in Germantown and had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Onsite management hides in the office refusing to speak to us. Charge too much money. Don t care about community and board president is dictator. So glad I sold and moved.
Absolute garbage. Do not ever buy a condo run by these jokers. It was a nightmare trying to sell, no one answers their phones, and they are still billing me after I sold the condo and I can't cancel online, my account is disabled, and no one is answering their phones. Seriously, do not work with these jokers unless you want to ruin 3 months of your life when selling.
At the time I sold my home over 75 days ago my HOA fees were overpaid by over $350. Legum and Norman have not issued a refund despite numerous calls and email requests for a refund. They are in effect stealing my money. Shameful business.
(Should be a negative star, but 1 is the lowest). I don t know that I ve ever seen such a lack of customer service and responsive. I actually question whether or not they are still in business. I live in the Perrywood Community, and they are our HOA Management Company. I have called and emailed multiple people at Legum-Norman over the past 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone, and voicemail messages are not returned. As I m desperately trying to get approval for the installation of a new roof - due to leaking from the existing roof - I consider my request to be rather time-sensitive. This is an absolute travesty. I am so frustrated and angry. I don t want to find myself fighting off fines for acting without approval, but I hate this being dragged out and we get hit with another storm in this area that causes more damage.
Parking Request Ignored for almost year now. We have requested back in November 2020 and they did not even care to reply (Falls church Branch). We requested again about 2 weeks ago for 29th May 2021. NO RESPONSE. They do not even tell us what is the policy or if we can buy extra parking stickers or cards. Daniel Lyons redirected our recent request to community manager. Who is not even marked in the email. i feel a bit of uncomfortable thinking they are replying people as per name. my neighbours get immediate response. my opposite Neighbour gets permission for extra parking without getting towed. But us. NO RESPONSE. WHY?? I can understand if i have not given them enough notice(which i have probably two weeks and one month prior). But this is a lot to digest. we pay our HOA fees and its not on due. Getting dealt this way feels they are judging us by our name. The least they could do is RESPOND!
The HOA receives a bank draft each and every month. They cash the checks months later while hitting you up with late fees I refused to pay these fraudulent charges, so they turn it over to a collection agency. They provided a detailed ledger, I provided the exact dates those checks were cashed, so they did revisionist history unfortunately for them, I had those checks as well next they transfer the account to a different collection agency .what clowns, they assume I cannot add .
Now they are accusing me of not following the rules of pulling in my trash receptacles along with a letter and pictures ..I sent these clowns a picture of my bins which are a different size and dimensions .I responded with a certified letter no response.
Victory Promenade needs to get ride of these clowns, but I am incapable of even commenting as my community account is locked out. I contacted Sarina Howard to inform her that I unable to access my account her reply is there nothing I can do. We have asked her for Board Member contacts and also for an address that we could write to, her response is always I don t know, I don t have that information .
How do you have incompetent people working for you?
The management here is pathetic. They can change the rules at a moment s notice. Management oversight of home maintenance is lazy and act like they could care less.
Beware if you re buying here! Management also allows 3day rentals!! The renters here in general don t adhere to the rules and management is afraid to enforce them anyway. We would NEVER purchase in a community that allows rentals for less than a year.
I have made numerous phone calls to the office and sent just as many emails to Hannah Wray in an effort to understand why I have been assessed a late fee every month since February despite enrolling in autopay in January. The payment is deducted each month, yet I am charged a late fee each month. No one has called me back and no one has emailed me back to explain these late fees. Poor business practices.
