I live in the Perrywood Community, and they are our HOA Management Company. I have called and emailed multiple people at Legum-Norman over the past 2 weeks. No one ever answers the phone, and voicemail messages are not returned. As I m desperately trying to get approval for the installation of a new roof - due to leaking from the existing roof - I consider my request to be rather time-sensitive. This is an absolute travesty. I am so frustrated and angry. I don t want to find myself fighting off fines for acting without approval, but I hate this being dragged out and we get hit with another storm in this area that causes more damage.
