Went on Sunday before a bank holiday. It was absolutely packed. But luckily they kept the park an hour extra opened. I must say the haunted house monster party is absolutely amazing for children.

The rules which don't allow toddlers <90cm go on almost any rides are very disappointing. If you have 2 kids of which only one can use rides and other one can't because of her height 87cm - this makes a very unpleasant experience. Other than that the park is a good entertainment for children if you can afford Q-bot express or ultimate. If you can't afford it I don't understand how you can enjoy 40+ minutes queues on any interesting ride...

This place is pretty poor value for the money. Max you can get on during the day is maybe 6 rides. When we went the majority of the food stores were closed and the rides kept breaking down. I would not recommend this place for families at all. The kids generally enjoyed it but its riding on the fact that it has the "lego" branding around it. If it didn't have this branding, in reality it's no better than any other 2nd tier theme parks like gullivers land and paultons Park. Which are much much cheaper

We go on a big trip to legoland every other year. 4 coaches of rainbows, Brownies, Guides, rangers and their leaders. This is the first time we have been unhappy. Two leaders had mobility problems including myself with a scooter. (Previous visits were when our health was much better). We had to queue for an hour just to get a wheelchair pass for some of the rides. Ironically the place you get this from is not suitable for wheelchairs or scooters. The barriers for queuing are too close together and there is just no room when you get in there. We went round in small groups of about 4 and in the entire day every group managed 3 or 4 rides. Several rides were closed one minute then open then closed again. The worst being the hill train leaving myself stuck at the bottom. (Although it was worse for those stuck on it). We asked an advisor how to get back up to the entrance as we had tried one slope which the scooter could not cope with. We was directed to another which was just as steep. We had managed to get back up thank to the kindness of strangers pushing the scooter and myself struggling walking up. We was quite late back to the coach despite giving ourselves over half hour to get back. In the end we did not need the wheelchair pass as there are only 4 rides that you need them for and they were either not running or we did not get to them. Other leaders and parents had other issues and decided it was not as fun as previous times due to lots of things. (All previous visits it had rained too)

Had a good day out. My boys are 10 & 15 years old so the rides where slow for us. If your kids like fast thrill rides this theme park is not for you. It's more for children age 8 and under.

Great variety and choice of things to do for the whole family. The LegoLand app was really useful and we will definitely be visiting again. We all have Annual Merlin Passes too so we make use of the discount in the shops and on refreshments!

Legoland is great. There are loads of different rides to do with different aged kids. We were there with our nearly-3 year old and our 7-week old and had a lovely time. A couple of the rides were closed which was disappointing but things like staffing issues can't be helped. The water area is great for cooling off on hot days and our eldest loved it and there were older kids running around. Food on site is quite expensive and not always that healthy so I'd recommend a packed lunch! Other than that the park is great. We didn't stay in the accommodation so can't comment on that but it looked lovely. And walking round the miniland was great way of relaxing.

So busy that we didn't get a chance to explore most of the park due to extremely long queues. It feels like such an expensive day to spend most of it queuing. There are some amazing displays and the staff were lovely but wouldn't recommend going unless you can afford to go for two days and stay at the hotel...

We had a great couple of days at Legoland despite it raining most of the first day. Staff were friendly and the attractions were good, but the queueing was slightly frustrating, if expected. Looking forward to going back next year.

A family outing on a very busy, last summer holiday before the school return. The resort is totally packed out with people everywhere. All the rides have long queueing time between 30 to 45 mins. Luckily the weather was not too hot bit reasonably cool. I was impressed to see how well organized were all the restaurants and very friendly and courteous staff. The route in and out of the resort is very well planned out without any hitches; the traffic was moving continuously. Every shops in the resort were doing a roaring trade. Excellent place to bring young family with lots of shows to entertain the whole family. All in all a very pleasant day out. Definitely Will go back again.

Overall, decent park with nice rides but too much queuing (45 mins to an hour for most rides) for every ride which tires out the little ones. I'm addition, super super commercial. Extra charges for everything when the entrance itself is very expensive. In the end, we only manage 3 or 4 of the main rides being in the park for 7 hours. Quite disappointing. Also the water in the splash areas was freezing. Far too cold for young children.

My kids love this place. There is a fair bit of walking round involved. It's not really great value if taking, say, a baby or two year old. I would say this suits 5-13 year olds best. Try and get offers to avoid the hefty admission prices though.

Brilliant family day out. The Park is very well thought out and the new attractions are fantastic.
The hotel, park and rooms were immaculate and entertained the kids all day. The treasure hunt in our room went down really well with our children.
I am only marking down due to our experience in the Bricks restaurant. The food quality is not worth the money paid but while we were having our meal a child next to us was sick. They threw blue paper on it and put signs up then left it for over 20 minutes before the hygiene team arrived, whilst we can appreciate staff in the restaurant could not touch it they just left the family without having had their meal and offered them no assistance. They then left us the entire time next to the sick to eat our meal only offering after clean up to move us. The refrigerated area for the desserts was dripping on to the food and there seemed to be a shortage of spoons for desserts and soup. When the staff were asked if we could have some spoons he bought 1 spoon and apologised saying that was all they had.

Definitely worth a visit especially with children but avoid the Bricks restaurant!

We arrived with 3 small children hoping to have a fun day out but to say the queues were horrific would be an understatement. There is nothing fun about legoland, you spend upto 2 hours queuing up for a single ride which then only lasts seconds. The rides were nothing spectacular, many of them can be enjoyed at a regular theme park without the hefty price tag and torturous queues. Many of the rides were closed but you still had to pay full price. Considering this resort is aimed at small children I'm not sure how they expect them to cope with the horrific queues when even the adults were struggling. We only managed to get on 4 rides before we gave up. The kids were begging to leave. Did not bother stop at the gift shop, nobody wanted to be reminded of that day!

Really busy, not a bad thing, but slot of waiting in the queues ,for rides that aren't really that good,(eg) the dragon ride, was way too short, but really long wait, was good for my boy(10yrs old), but the queues......

The new ride was broken down first day there and half the second. When we did get on it was just a copy of hex from alton towers, the worst ride they have.
The burger place we had food from was messy, tables covered in rubbish. You got served quicker if you waited in line rather than book food through on the screens.
Ignore the ride waiting times, they are way off.
On our second day there the bins were still over flowing from the previous day.
Other than that we had fun and it's pretty good for younger children

Great attractions however there can be long waiting queues on busy days which is disappointing and they should recruit more staff for busy times

Good family day out. Loads to see and a massive park. Only problems were toilets are very spaced out and not always accessible, queues for rides were very long and not all attractions were available. Probably best for 3 years and up as alot of attractions are for slightly older children

A great pace for family and young children, but you need more than a day to explore the full place.

Q bots is a must as with young toddlers waiting 2 hours in a queue is not very appealing.

Do not go on bank holidays.

Everything is expensive, but still worth it.

I've been there with my family and my son was so excited. He runs all day and in the evening he asleep on the way home. I'm thinking to go one more time to see same more please we missed.

Better off staying in legoland resort hotel castle has absolutely nothing except beds and a restaurant that cooks food over the fire it takes so long. Not really much consideration for babies travelling overseas they don't supply baby bedding and that's it. Staff are kids that are here to earn money and not help staff being here for 3 days and can cou t with one hand friendly staff. Rides are short too really caters for about 3 to 7 year olds. Still happy i seen it but won't be recommending or coming back

Overpriced, understaffed and uninterested in the customer experience. Queues were ridiculously long, rides poorly managed by kids who were more interested in chatting than making sure queues were allowed in evenly and the learner driver ride had so many cars with dead or dying batteries but no one swapping them over.
Our daughter was pleased to finally get to visit after a few years of asking but we won't be rushing back.

Superb for big everyone especially for families. Lots of fun for kids and adults. Really enjoyed our day out with my little nephews. Exceeded my expectations. Waterslides were shut this time of the year, but there are huge amount of other things to do. Will be coming back.

Really enjoyed our visit as did the kids (2 and 7) ques wasn't mostly not bad, food was reasonable price if you consider you are in a theme park and the all you can eat pizza/pasta was really tasty and the youngest ate free. Any one going I would suggest buying the drinks bottle that does free refills regretted not doing it ourselves. The free shows are also great for a rest and a laugh

This is one of the fantastic theme park i ever visited. This park is very well organized. All age group kids will be having option for playing.
River splash is one of water ride which we take it is good and safe. We enjoyed a lot.

Spining spider is also good my son took this and he like it very much.

Pirates bay (not remembering name) this is another water ride which is very good. In this ride you might get wet, paid dryer facility is available you can use to get dry.

Airytale brookebis very smooth sail and we pass through Cinderella story and some other stories (snow white and 7 dwarf) are also shown by lego model.

We also taken a ride where we have to shoot with laser gun and collect the points. This is also good.

Atlantis - Submarine ride where you get down in sea water and see various aquatic animal live.

Haunted house is also available which we have not visited but i am sure it will be entertaining and scary.

Driving school for young kids allows kids to try their driving skill in this area.

Lego city is one of the most exciting spot whichnis very good. All the world famois countries land mark are created by Lego block. This include Taj mahal from india, Edinburgh castle, urquarth castle from scotland, london city , big ben, london eye and many more.
Other important countries of europe are also shown in Lego blocks.
USA, Russia, China are also shown.

All seven wonders are also shown in Lego block.

Lastly about food, we opted for unlimited pizza and pasta option where pizza and pasta are freshly prepared and served. Quality is good.

This is fantastic place and i love to visit again.

Went for my daughter's birthday she had a fantastic time she was thrilled to meet 2 of her favourite lego friends. We were disappointed to miss the log flume ride as it broke down guess we'll have to come back again will definitely invest in a queuebot next time.

Went with my wife and 2 children (11,9).Kids very unhappy with standing in queues 70 min plus on most rides. At hunted house standing 60 minutes and then it tells you there is technical issue holding you up for another 20 min, very disappointed. At 4o'clock some of rides closed, overcrowded, queues everywhere, wouldn't recommend to anybody

Very pricey and you have to wait forever for rides unless you purchase a Q-Bot (I would highly recommend purchasing one of these to get your money's worth for your visit). We always take ponchos as almost every visit it has rained (I know this can't be helped!) Waited in a queue at one stand for ages to be told there were no hot dogs left so I purchased a drink instead, which was flat so I again had to queue to return it. Not that simple...had to wait around 15 mins for a manager to come and refund it. However, it's a nice place to visit and we do go here at least once a year as there's plenty to see and do.

We very like Legoland but today was really not perfect. Same rides was closed and most upsetting new one was not working. Food and drink outlets mostly was not working to. It's was Friday, but still... and can't go down right any more for same reason. It's means if you want Viking ride you need go around.

Been here plenty of times, the kids love it and always get excited about going. The staff are always helpful and friendly, and the ride's cater for all members of the family.
The only thing that stopped it getting 5 stars was that mini world has started to feel very dated, they have tried to fix it but it seems like too big a job for the staff.
Apart from mini world the park Is as fantastic as it always has been,we really love going there.

A few days to remember. Then again, could've done with more time because this place is huge! Honestly, set yourself with probably 3 days to get around everything in a good amount of time. Oh and try the pulled pork hot dog, they're amazing!

Good fun, but seems to have gone downhill slightly over the years. Need a good power wash and a lick of paint as many things look pale and sun damaged. Lots of cobwebs on many of the Lego models about the park. Queue times on boards do not seem accurate either. Staff don't seem to be overly happy either. Its a fun place needs a little but of work and effort to take it to the next level.

Must visit with kids. Friendly people, nice atmosphere, good rides. Be sure to explore the whole thing as there are few hidden rides (submarine near hotels is one hidden and far from rest)

Very long queues, 75 mins for some rides, many 60 mins - nothing for small children to do while waiting; should have activities along the wait so children can be engaged rather than bored and restless; hardly any staff; noone to ask for information; staff on rides need microphones, instructions can barely be heard, health & safety hazard.. did enjoy bits in the few and far between moments when not doing the long wait - rides very, very short

Great park I went here nearly last year in May of 2017. The adventure room was the best and I rate this park one hundred stars I might be going backing in May of 2018.Thank you I highly recommend this park and breakfast and lounge was lovely Thanks LegoLand Windsor Resort I hope I will be coming here lots more times in the future. Warm Wishes

Great fun for kids. Needs a bit of careful planning to get the most out of a day. Consider the QBot entrance if you want to cover most of the rides in the whole park and Duplo valley in the same day

Fantastic day out for all the family. Can highly recommend staying in one of the on-site hotels. Sure, it is quite pricey, but well worth having somewhere to escape the sun and getting early access to the park means you can get a load of rides in first thing in the morning before it gets too busy.

Waiting nearly two hrs for a ride for my son which was less than 3 minutes was as you can imagine was great...On arrival two of the main rides were closed yippi not...Especialy after spending nearly 200 pounds to get in... not..

A fantastic day out with family. As the weather was sunny there was a decent crowd with long queues for each ride. We could complete a decent amount of rides. The kids driving school is among the most popular ones.

As the park is large, there will be a lot of walking required. Buggy is available for hire for the little ones. The staff were seen cleaning the rides all throughout the day. Many guests tried to maintain Social distancing and were also seen wearing masks.

We couldn t find a single water fountain available in the park, though refill stations are available for the Legoland Bottles (if bought) and water/cool drinks are also available to buy from many shops/counters.

It will also help if maps are given to everyone at the entrance, to plan and move through the various sites.

We would like to go again to complete the missed rides .

We had a ton of fun! Very expensive so make sure you plan ahead and get a deal (eg Kellogg's cereal do half price). Good for kids up to 10-11 I'd say with plenty to keep the adults interested as well.

Visited Lego land on Friday which wasn t too busy. We took our daughter who is 3.5 years old and were restricted to what rides we could use. The attendants were very thorough and you can t fool them! It was a fun day but I wouldn t attend more than a couple of times a year. Star Wars exhibit definitely lived up to expectations!!
Outside of the park the locals are rude and quite ignorant, traffic was horrendous going to Windsor luckily we stayed in Bracknell.

Had a fab family day at legoland, splash park was a winner for both kids. We had food at the pizza and pasta restaurant, pizza was lovely, quick to be seated. Only down side to the day was our 15 month old lost his paddington bear comforter, when we were getting ready to leave the park we spoke to guest services and filled in a lost property form and sure enough paddington was returned in the post. I was kept informed via email and was over the moon when paddington returned home!

Absolutely fantastic place! My nephew was excited the whole way around! The pirate show was as good as I remembered it from my childhood! And miniland has only got better and better! Fantastic day out, 10/10 would recommend!
