Disappointing !!!!!! DON T GO !!!!!!! We ve spent 80-90% of our day in the queue waiting for rides !!! You have to wait up to 90-120 minutes with a 4 four years old kid !!!! And there is NO SOCIAL DISTANCING in any queue !!! We were squeezed for hours in queue !!!! Happy corona virus visit day !!! In a full day we ve managed to use 5 rides , two were boring, but has a quick 30 minutes queue, nothing magical, no fun, only squeezed for hours waiting for rides !!!!!!!!
I will ask for a refund if I can !

Great family day out. Best remember the height restrictions. Children below 90cm won't be allowed on any rides but they can do the adventure zones (the submarine is a MUST!) and lots if the fun fair type rides littered around . Above 130, they can go with friends also above 130. In between, they need to go with an adult. Fantastic day out that at the end of the day, both my 9/10 and 7/8 year old asked how soon we could go back!

My first ride of the day broke while we were on it! Rescued by a lovely team! The hydration stations were closed and it was 30 degrees on a bank holiday, that was disappointing, I am glad I had plenty of water for me and the kids. The Star Wars parade was great as were all of the character walk abouts. Some rides and Lego features looked shabby and had bits not working, I thought after closing for the winter they would have sorted some of the more obvious defects.

Kids loved it. Queues were on average 45 mins per ride, we went on the last weekend of the summer holidays. The rides have areas for kids to play while the adults queue. We'll thought out and was highly enjoyable

I loved the fact that Legoland caters for children by allowing them to go on rides that were for people of a certain height as long as they were accompanied by an adult. I think other theme parks could learn from this way of doing things as it enables children who are just under the line enjoy the day

We are a family of Lego lovers and Legoland is incredible! My daughter loves theme parks but she isn't quite 1.2 meters yet so is usually very limited with what she can do, but, at Legoland there is only one ride she can't go on!
There is so much to do, and there are usually some characters wondering around to say hi to.
It's always a great experience here & we love it!

Amzing time with my friends. Its amazing how they build as much as possible in lego! Its quite skillfull and cool. The rides are well thought out and restaurants and food available there too. I do remember the lego knights ride and even the lomg queue was fun to wait in as the ride was big so a lot of people get in and the lone moves faster. But as you move along the line the castle youre in gets you into the atmosphere and ready for the ride. The lego ninjago ride was my favourite because you are in a 4 seated cart in pitch black using the motion sensors in front of you to fire fireballs at the enemies that pop up in your face. Not to brag, but i did get third position from getting the most amount of points compared to every person that has been on the ride in that year. Anywho, there are also hotels in the resort for you to stay. I would advise the kids to bring an extra change of clothing as there is a water park for the kids to go to. Have fun if you are insisting to go and have fun legobuilder! Very cheesy ending. I know.

Legoland in Windsor what an awesome place, 1 day was not enough to get around the whole park, so I will be going back to do the rest of it at some point, my children loved it, good fun for adults and children

On a sunny day it is brilliant. Great for kids and parents. Love the ample parking spaces and the Lego figurines on the lawn as you drive in. Big water park/ fall for the family to cool off. The sit down entertainment was ok but could be a bit more American and less British. ( Could have been bigger ) Although the jet skis where good to watch.

It is very big. And overall good .

The prices of food must not increase . They need to stay where they are in order for the families to get the best for Thier money.

Took my 5 year old boy he loved it. Food is expensive so random taking a picnic because there are some lovely picnic areas. Plan a head because we missed the star wars bit and only saw it on the way out.

The kids love it, but it's not great for wheelchair users.
Built on a hill, Legoland was never going to be easy in a wheelchair, but it is made harder by the frequent breakdowns of the hill train.
The ride access system is a joke, we spent longer queuing to activate that than any of the advertised wait times for the rides, despite having pre-registered and already visited once this season.
Many rides claim that people must be able to walk unaided in case of emergency evacuation, and yet Disney World and other theme parks manage without that caveat.
Despite only opening a week prior to our visit, and being the main reason we went, the newest ride was inaccessible as their lift had broken.
Even though we are into peak season many of the food and drink stands were closed.

Far too busy for the current covid situation, and the queues far too long. Didn't buy any food as it's so horrendously overpriced. Managed five rides today I think, which were fine in themselves, but the app providing queue times isn't very accurate!

Good but queues so long you cant avail all the slides. Also, the need to book drench towers is unnecessary. Social distancing measures had been taken but due to the sheer number of people, it couldnt be maintained.

Went on last day as they shut for winter season. Had booked to see Father Christmas as surprise for children and it was well worth it he was fantastic with the children all 5 of them and did not rush his time. Children's rides were open and it was great as no queues. Good day was had by all.

Visited on a Thursday in October and the whole site was quiet, which meant that there was no waiting in queues on any ride. Our toddler absolutely loved it, and I found the app to be useful for getting around and finding out which rides were suitable for him. He particularly enjoyed the fire engine and the Atlantis ride. We weren't so impressed with the food choices which weren't overly healthy (though great that under 3's eat free in the pizza restaurant), and found some sections of the site to be a bit tired and in need of a tidy up. Disappointing that the Duplo section was closed but are definitely looking to go again so will hopefully visit this another time.

Legoland is a hugely popular attraction; during the holidays and weekends the queues can sometimes be 1 - 2 hours long, and can easily reach capacity. It's a lot calmer and quieter during term time.

We went during term time. The rides are fun, managed plenty of rides - mainly the younger ones. The actor/characters were friendly and happy to chat and rose for photos. The pirate show is rather fun too! There are play areas and shows too if it's a bit much queuing for rides.

Expensive, very busy on weekends, you need more than one day to see the resort if visiting on the weekend. Food is expensive to buy and you have to pay for parking too which is awful considering the price of the ticket. My children liked a few of the rides but left exhausted and grumpy due to long waiting times. I'm sure we would have had a different experience if we went on an inset day. Didn't feel as though we got our money's worth as we spent most of the day waiting in a queue or walking. Don't go on a sunny weekend!

Visited today, it was pretty busy but queue times were very reasonable as all the rides were open :) Great day out for all ages. You can bring your own food or eat here. The pizza pasta buffet is very good value. I love the free factor 50 sun lotion at various spots around the park.

Awful. The worst theme park ever. The queueing system is so poorly organised that it is never clear how long it takes to get till the end. My 5 years old dauther and I spent 50 minutes waiting in a queue just to realised that it turns and goes around another corner, meaning we spent 70 minutes queueing to enjoy 1 minute ride. Also, we have bearly seen any rides fully filled. Most ran at 75-80% fill rate?! Very frustrating! And apart from a few rides there wasn't much else to do. Not like we had time after spending 80% of our time queueing without really knowing if it takes 15 or 1 hour and 15 minutes. Definitely never again

First time visiting to Legoland and I was very impressed. Its such a beautiful place with lush green areas. The park was also very clean. Only thing was it lacked sweet treats. Only thing really was doughnuts. We visited burger place and these were really nice and not too badly prices. Definitely will be back but in the summer.

Brilliant family day out! The staff were so enthusiastic everywhere we went. The only thing that spoiled it for me was having to pay for parking when that's the only option.... On top of the entry fee I think that's a bit steep but the actual park itself is amazing and we had a fabulous day!

My absolutely favourite place to go with my 8 year old. We had an amazing time. So much to do and so much to see especially the brilliant Lego mini land. The Lego ninjago land was the best for all of us adults and children to enjoy. The only confusing part was the map and to get to the exit takes very long. Make sure you are ready for long walks because their is so much to explore on the adventurous land.

Also there is lots of parking and if you use the buy one get one free ticket it is definitely worth while. Always look out for voucher codes online.

The staff were amazing they had run out of something which my daughter had asked for at the start of the day and when they saw her getting upset gave her some free Lego brick chips.

The staff are always friendly and helpful and I think I actually like the pirate show more than my daughter...it is amazing!!

Great day out would thoroughly reccomend.

Very poor social distancing. Very long ques. All drinks machines out of drinks.
Went because it states there are limits on the people allowed in... Nope.. It was packed.
If you can buy the que jumping option do so., I didn't but if I knew when I booked what I know now I would have.
No communication about the car parking ticket but found out that they were taking card at the barrier as you were leaving in the car.
Overall would I go again: yes but once covid has gone and I would spend more on a que jumping option.
Wear comfortable shoes, you will be on your feet all day. Take a picnic and extra drinks.

Great atmosphere. Really enjoyed my weekend here.

We stayed in the castle hotel and the theme and decoration was spot on!

Crowds are usually quite dense and some of the attractions quite slow, which makes for long queues and busy areas. But that's to be expected.

Some of the staff where a bit unhelpful, but seemed to be young "part time" workers lacking passion or drive to maintain the position (apologies for the assumption, but I hope you see the point I'm making)

Overall i would recommend to any LEGO fan or even to any theme park fan.

Amazing place, just avoid going during school summer holidays, lots of queuing, I ordered burger and hot chocolate and was totally disappointed not value for money and was not up to the mark. Had a good day but would suggest a stay at the Legoland resort to enjoy all the rides. As I was not able to cover much in just a day.

Although we had a great day out there were a few issues we experienced. We got the all inclusive tickets so we could get a meal each and drinks all day. Unfortunately the only soft non fizzy drinks available is water, which is available for ALL visitors. Our children don't normally have fizzy drinks. I aloud my 5 year old to have lemonade but my 22 month old had nothing. When we complained they told us there was squash available but we never see it anywhere.

What an amazing day!

What an amazing day!
So much to do, we arrived at the park at 10 left at 7 and still didn't make dent in half of whats to do. Only down side is there isn't too much for under 90cm so out youngest didn't have too much she could go on but when we booked we did know that.
If you are happy to pay the extra then the reserve and ride is worth it as you don't have to wait in line which some can be over 90 mins long.
The refill drinks are also quiet good, Although they look expensive there is refill stations all over with lots of different flavours so you can change them.

Great place for little ones especially if they are a fan of Lego, also plenty to do for older kids. Regularly updated so kids still want to revisit. Miniland is a great showcase of 'giant' lego world landmarks. Well worth a visit.

Plan your day to get around most rides. If you can afford to ( I don't like the principle of them) get a fast pass, otherwise the queues are too long to get on all the rides in one fairly long day. Besides that it is an enjoyable day for the kids, big and small

A great place for all the family to enjoy. The Lego cities are truly amazing. Various rides but none for the adrenaline junkies out there. in order to visit the whole park in a day you need to buy the fast track tickets which allow you to 'jump the queue'. If you don't buy them you spend most of the day in very long queues. Bring a packed lunch because it's quite expensive to eat there.

Way too expensive and cheeky to charge people for parking. Very tired looking and the car park money making scheme could be used to clean up the Lego structures and redo lots of them. Snack cafes need to offer other things other then hotdogs, popcorn and candy floss! Coffee is awful!! Hot chocolate too. On the plus side the staff are friendly, shows good and then Park is well planned out.

Absolute rip-off. Overpriced EVERYTHING and they have the cheek to charge you extra for parking! Ridiculous wait times on rides mean very little value for money and lots of trekking around. Food and drink markup is a disgrace, if you really must come, definitely bring your own.

Staff are teenagers who look like they can just about remember their own name, don't bother trying to communicate with any of them, it's a painful experience.

Would never come again. Better off finding a local fairground, your kids would have more chance of actually getting on a ride.

We had lots of fun here. We did get the Q-Bots and although it was expensive, it was worthwhile in some instances. We got the normal Q-Bots, but did still wait for a period ESP for the log ride however it wasn't anywhere as long as the normal queue. Sometimes the entrance for the Q-Bot wasn't as clear so look out for it. The kids had fun and were super tired after a long day walking around. I'd definitely recommend taking lunch and buying Q-Bots (if you can).

Fantastic for kids (thats what the place is for after all) but a nightmare for parents. Queues for everything and i mean everything you can possibly think of, along with prices to make your eyes water. Only in theme parks could people get away with it. The Merlin group should be ashamed of themselves (they wont be). Kids love it though!

I visited Legoland today and was very annoyed by amount of people let in. Few attractions were closed and covid restrictions are joke. Almost every ride was at least 1-2 hours wait, crew was let empty wagons go while crowded people had to wait hours. Waste of time and money, won't come back. Really cheaper and better on some themed farms, at least you won't spend most of the time in queues. Avoid.

Very hot day and there isn't much shade. That aside, they have tried to set up social distancing but there were very few people adopting it in the queues which was frustrating and very few attempts were made to enforce it by staff.
A number of rides and concessions were shut too which we expected. But also the train up the hill kept having issues.
