Needed something on the fly and this company delivered. I ve encouraged all my business partners to work with leeway global logistics for their transporting needs.

I just got burned with this company for 500$ late delivery fee and load had no appointment. load picked in Denver CO going to Des Moines IA 680miles for 600$ 45000#. I should have deadhead truck to Mes Moines it would be cheaper. STAY A WAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMERS.

This company is absolutely horrendous. Steven Palmer LIES out of this world! He put 45,200 lbs. on the weight confirmation, but the load he had advertised that was called about was 44,000 lbs., which was the drivers max weight and he made Steven aware of this on the phone. He didn't send the rate con until the driver was already in Quincy and had driven 1.5 hours out of his way. The driver drove to Quincy on good faith with the intention of providing this customer excellent service only to find out that this load could not be adjusted and he even told Steven that he couldn't scale over 44,000 lbs. BAIT & SWITCH! BEWARE!

Load delivered exactly as expected and on time everyone was eager to help.

Stay away far far away from this company! Their Rate confirmation is shady! This company should be shut down! It practices very bad business. They re sneaky. Giving us overweight load and charged us $500 out of $700 rate saying lack communication while we communicated through texts, emails, phone calls. After showed proof, they said something else! I see lots of people been taken advantage, report them to FMCSA, the more people report, the sooner they re out of business. Go after their shipper, customer, and don t forget get to their bond! This company thinks they can make as much money while using other people! Don t let them.

Watch your rate sheets closely! It states $500 for missed appointments and of course, NO DETENTION at shippers. We serviced a load in which it states FCFS 7am-330pm on delivery. We let the idea of detention slide on the loading end after it took 5 hours to load. HOWEVER, a week after delivering the load at 7am, we get an email stating they will be kind and only charge us a $250 late fee since we delivered at 7am instead of 5am. #1 The receiver IS NOT OPEN at 5am! #2 The rate sheet clearly states FCFS beginning at 7am. I have seen some shady practices in this business, but I am pretty sure they get the gold for this one!

I work as a Dispatcher for a OTR Trucking Company that had the displeasure of working with Leeway Global on a Van Load. Not good people and even worse communication. After we sat for 1 1/2 Days waiting for a load that Leeway Global said, "It will be there any time". Then after we are loaded thy give us an unrealistic delivery Appointment that we need to make or face a $500 fine. After explaining to the agent at Leeway Global that the reason we were behind schedule was because the shipper didn't have the load ready their response was, "get it there or get fined". I have no intention on working with this company again and would advise everyone else to do the same.

Horrible company. I'm working with hundreds of brokers and had issues with some of them before. But Leeway will be the first one I promised to myself to never deal with again!! That's the worse broker I ever worked with.
