Entrance price includes a years membership so good value.
Nice to visit the castle, have a walk around the gardens, jousting tournament or as we did today, visit the Christmas market. Always enjoy my time here. Suitable for all ages, young and old.

Been a few times now always a good day out, shame we didnt realise the large play area was being refurbished but it looks like it will be good when its done. Many more things to do here though so we will have a go next time we go.

A lovely castle, with beautiful gardens, but the 'box' has now been ticked.

I'm sure the fact that you can visit multiple times in the year is great for locals (and effectively reduces the ticket price) but as an overseas tourist, I found it too expensive - I wouldn't visit again if I was ever back in the area.

Maybe they should have a different price for a single visit (international tourist).

My friend said it best "Promises much more than it delivers." On arrival, we made use of the toilets opposite the ticket entrance and they were disgusting. They were supposed to be cleaned and checked several times a day, but they stank and the gents had certainly not been cleaned properly as surfaces (tops of urinals and toilets) had not been touched in days.

The grounds are immaculate. Can't fault them and hence the two stars.

The castle itself could be so much more. Compare it to a National Trust property and you get so much more information, heritage, and feel for the property. It certainly isn't bad, don't get me wrong, but it could be so much better and for such a large property, it took less than an hour for us to slowly walk around.

The restaurant and quality of the food was good although we did send one meal back for being cold!

Using the toilets there was not a much better experience. While the ladies was clean, the gents certainly weren't. But in addition, outside (as in outdoors) was covered in spider webs, I mean smothered that would have taken days and days to create.

Go visit Bodiam Castle from the National Trust for half the price and listen in on one of the tours for great information (all outdoors so fair weather needed).

Very nice castle! In the interior of the castle there are exhibitions and furnished rooms of the same age. The garden is huge, with a smaller lake with ducks. There is also a huge labyrinth and an interesting tunnel-like part. A circus tent has a brief introduction to the Second World War. With some occasions, bird rallies are also organized. There are souvenirs, washrooms and food shopping facilities. Great for spending one afternoon! Take it back to the life of a few hundred years living people!

Leeds castle christmas fayre. A wonderful way to spend a winter's afternoon and feel true christmas spirit Why not go back in time on the vintage carousel and keep the chill out with a mulled wine and some hot fresh doughnuts dripping in melted chocolate. Also do a little xmas shopping whilst your there. Lots of special gift ideas, my favourite was the Romney Marsh Wools gifts shop. Absolutely gorgeous throws and hot water bottle covers and natural products made from the sheeps wool.

Beautiful and outstanding. It's a must see castle. Will be going back. The lawns, lakes and restaurants outside the castle are lovely. Thankfully there is a train to take you around the vast space.

Fantastic day out at a fabulous place. The castle itself is beautiful and very well kept, plenty to see. The tickets are valid for unlimited visits over 12 months. The castle grounds are massive and picturesque. There is a host of places to buy food, a restaurant and coffee shops. Kids playground is shaped like a castle, there's a maze, a grotto, a falconry, Battle of Britain display, plenty to see and do. Will be visiting often!

Strongly recommended Leeds Castle in Kent for people who enjoy hiking, strolling with wildlife, as well as people who love to enjoy an awesome afternoon tea and or reading inside an amazing garden! It s 900 anniversary in 2019!

A beautiful place to walk around, the grounds are stunning and very peaceful, but also have lots available for children to do. Play areas and challenges along the way, a small maze, Segway rides etc.

The restaurant is pretty good, with a lovely view of the castle.

The castle is very impressive from the outside, and really interesting inside. Sadly it has been changed and updated over the years with the different owners, so it's not got as much history now as it would have done when it was first built, but it's still 900 years old outside, and so of course it would have been updated by the succession of owners who lived in it.

Historically fascinating and interesting building with attractive and extensive gardens and grounds but very popular and can get very touristy and frequently very busy. Lots of walking needed also to take it all in!

We visited this lovely castle for the first time this week and had the most wonderful day. The whole experience was first class from the moment we arrived. All the staff were friendly and so very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. For those of us who have limiting agility, everything was organised to make it easier so we did not miss out. They have dealt with the whole covid 19 restrictions very well with minimum disruption to the visitors overall enjoyment. Thanks to all, we will most certainly visit again soon.

Beautiful castle with a modern flare. Don't expect to see a medieval castle. The grounds are outstanding. Recommend going but don't expect a history lesson or to spend more than 90 mins there.

Just got back from the Christmas market experience and this was my first time at Leeds Castle. The Christmas market is average. However, the rest of the place is excellent. The maze, wooden fort as well as the castle and grounds of course are superb.Everything is more than you should pay, but you are in the grounds so its their right to do so. When you purchase your ticket you can go back as much as you want for a year (excepts the events of course). All in all, I great place to take the family, and I'm all ready planning my next visits in the spring and summer.
