Bought a few lights for the garden. Delivery was fast and the products correspond to the description. It seems good quality and look great. The bike light is easy to use and efficient. I recommend
Placed an order and 8 days later still not received it. The tracking number they have given me doesn't exist. Tried calling but they never answer. I've left voicemail messages and emailed them. Will have to contact credit card company to get a refund.
Very poor customer service. I am an Electrician and have recently bought two products from LED Hut that have failed. It's fair to say that things sometimes go wrong but I am completely unable to return the products. They are within their warranty period but when you select the returns option on their phone lines it rings out to no where with no answering machine option. I also tried sending an email to their support address twice and got no response. I am a trade customer so God know how the general public is treated.
This Company is owned and run by Supreme imports. They have zero customer service and no intention of honouring warranty given when you purchase goods from them. Avoid them if you can deal at your peril

THEY WENT BUST SOME TIME BACK BUT THE NEW COMPANY THOUGHT IT WAS CLEVER TO KEEP THE NAME BUT NOT ALL THE GUARANTEES THAT WERE SOLD BY LED HUT.
BASICALLY THE NEW COMPANY CHERRY-PICKED WHAT THEY WANTED AND WHAT THEY DIDN'T. ESSENTIALLY THEY DID NOT WANT TO SORT OUT THE FAULTY PRODUCTS UNDER THE NAME OF LED HUT AND ONLY TOOK THE GOOD PARTS ON.
YOU CAN CALL IT BUSINESS, BUT WE ARE THE CUSTOMERS', WE MAKE SURE THEY STAY IN BUSINESS, SO ROBBING CUSTOMERS IS SHAMELESS ACT AND WE SHOULD NOT SUPPORT THESE KIND OF COMPANIES TO OPERATE IN THE UK.
Don t order LED light bulbs in LED HUT! I ordered 10 of 5w E14 and 15 of 11W B22. I have received my order two days ago, I find all light bulbs back all burning hot when I they re on , using mobile video check the light,they are flashing, very bad quality! Buy one from pound shop will better than their products ! If you don t believe,search You Tube should you how to check LED . Bad quality LED will cost eyes in trouble !
Over the last few years have bought all my downlights from here. Was a bit sceptical when I saw the latest reviews but thought I would give them another go and find out for myself. Have received my lights fittings no problem.
Re 600x600 LED panels (do not use LED Hut)
Purchased 8 panels 3 years ago, 6 of them are now faulty with yellow and orange flexes. When purchased they had 5 year warranty but now will not honour the warranty because went in "administration" on June 16th 2019 but are still trading as LED Hut?!
Dreadful service - I used LED Hut a couple of years ago and they were very good so I didn't look at any reviews until my recent (on-going) experience with them and now wish I had! I ordered on the 11th March, they took my payment on the 15th, nothing had arrived by the 19th, I emailed and did receive a prompt reply saying it would be dispatched that day, expect in 3 to 5 (more!) days. It's now the 25th March and still nothing so I have cancelled my order and requested a refund... we'll see. I will definitely not be using them again and would offer this warning to anyone contemplating doing so.
Afterword. - In fairness, I subsequently received a refund about four days after cancelling the order; the support team were efficient and helpful and just seemed to be doing their best with a broken system.
shocking delivery, and no reply to my emails...
box was basically open when delivered, parts falling out of the boxes..
tube fixing had been opened and used maybe used before.. missing parts.. LED tubes are all cracked.. very disappointing.
