The only thing Caremetx taught me was to Always check the reviews. If you are thinking about applying for a position please run! The company doesn t care about their employees. I was a contractor hired for their bs surge season. Trained for a whole month for basically 2 weeks on the phone. I was told the assignment ended mid February. I was never told it was like Survivor and you could get voted off the island at any given time. I would come in and it would be 20 less contractors then it was the previous day. The last day of the assignment was the most unprofessional bs I have Ever witnessed. We (the contractors) all sitting at our home office and the system just locked everyone out. Management came through the chat and tried to make it seem like it was an IT issue, didn t say anything else but please log off you would be paid until 7:15 . Still didn t know what was going on until my agency called and told me the assignment ended. LOLOL I thought I was dreaming bc I know a company didn t just throw us out like trash. Didn t say Thank You for your time, nothing . Their excuse was bc funds were open they were slow?!?! So why hire Sooo many people?!?! And I put my hard work in energy into the training bc we were told they would be hiring 5-10 ppl but everyone ended up getting laid off. So if you are thinking about working here I really would think again. They make it seem like the work is sooo hard. It s a couple of scripts that a HS student could do. It didn t take no special skill set to talk to ppl over the phone and yet training was for 1 month. Lol Shall we say WASTE OF TIME!
