We are a London-based charity that improves social mobility by raising the aspirations of, and increasing opportunities for, young people between the ages of 11 and 25.

Leap is a London-based charity that is dedicated to improving social mobility by raising the aspirations of, and increasing opportunities for, young people between the ages of 11 and 25. The organization was founded in 2007 with a mission to help young people from disadvantaged backgrounds achieve their full potential.
At Leap, we believe that every young person should have access to the same opportunities regardless of their background or circumstances. We work with schools, colleges, and community organizations across London to provide young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed.
Our programs are designed to help young people develop key life skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving. We also provide them with access to mentors who can offer guidance and support as they navigate their way through school and into adulthood.
One of our flagship programs is called 'Leadership Works'. This program provides students with an opportunity to develop leadership skills through a series of workshops and practical activities. Participants learn how to communicate effectively with others, build strong relationships based on trust and respect, manage conflict constructively, make decisions under pressure and take responsibility for their actions.
Another program we offer is called 'Career Connect'. This program helps students explore different career paths by providing them with access to industry professionals who can share insights into what it takes to succeed in various fields. Students also receive guidance on how best to prepare themselves for future job opportunities.
We also run a number of other programs including 'Aspire', which helps students set goals for themselves both academically and personally; 'Inspire', which provides students with an opportunity to explore different cultures; 'Empower', which focuses on building self-esteem; 'Achieve', which helps students improve their academic performance; and many more.
At Leap we are committed not only improving social mobility but also promoting diversity & inclusion within our society. Our team consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds who bring unique perspectives & experiences that enrich our work culture & approach towards achieving our mission.
