I love this school it is a safe incitement I have never seen a fight here there food is super fresh and there teachers are spectacular and our school is not broken and has just got rebuilt and other schools have drugs every where but not ours! our only problem is that were a little low on money but overall a great school oh! I forgot to mention never an single gangster crip/blood graffiti in 7 years! great school.
Our children received solid educations from MSD from caring and knowledgeable teachers. I always had positive interactions with staff.
Sat my kindergarten son next to the classroom exit even though I told teacher and school counselor he has a tendency to run away when he gets upset. Let him go to the bathroom with out supervision six times and then didn't notice he was missing from class for the last 15 mins of the school day. Just noticed his bag and coat were still hanging by the door when everyone else was lined up!!! Didn't call to tell me THIS but we're happy to let me know he broke some crayons. When confronted tried to cover themselves. Terrible kinder experience for our family.
School administrators are passionate about their positions and areas of responsibility. They are accountable and have great attitudes.
I sincerely regret that we moved back to Marysville. My sons went to elementary school here back when teachers went on the states longest strike in the state's history. We moved to Edmonds school district... amazing!! Came back, MPHS is HORRID!! A&T was decent back when one of my sons graduated in 2016. It's ruined now.BOur youngest has done K-5(currently) here. Staff is great. The district sucks. Apparently, there's no money for buildings-all in portables... everything is the bare minimum and that's generous. She will NOT graduate in this district!!!

Thank you Marysville School District. Not just for the school bus lunch delivery, but for the kind staff who drop off lunches for all the kiddos, and the staff genuinely seem happy to see the kids and ask them how they are doing. We really appreciate it. Today in their lunches they got a note. It was a coloring page that says "Love."
My daughter has great teachers, but the districts lack of concern for kids and refusal to listen to a child wanting a new SLP. I used to stick io for the district and say it isn't that bad. But it is they simply don't care.
