I had to visit Mountain-Side Hospital for EKG and mammogram testing. The receptionist wasn't able to print out a script from my physician, so they keep calling them until the script was sent in an available manner. It took a couple of hours to get it done but the dedication was exceptional. The women's center was kind and made feel at ease during the mammogram. The female physician was very personable and friendly.
I fell and fractured my arm on Saturday. Everyone at Mountainside Medical Center was efficient, kind and helpful. They did a thorough job of testing -- X-rays and Cat Scan. Tetanus shot given for the scrapes and they spent a lot of time explaining to me what to do next. I do have a fracture and I am following up with an Orthopedist this week.
Great medical center, clean, welcoming, kind and very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service overall. So happy I chose this center.
The medical staff was very efficient, polite and accommodating. I was in and out in less than 1 hour for an MRI. My exam was conducted professionally and all my questions answer in depth. Happy to have a great medical hospital in our area.
I am here in labor and delivery and all I can say is I am so amazed at how great my labor, delivery and stay was. The nurses/staff were absolutely amazing, welcoming and attentive.
This was a welcoming meal for our new baby and I just want to add the kitchen did above and beyond! This was just the sweetest thing I believe they had for the parents of newborns and I m sure everyone appreciates it as much as we did !
My stay at this hospital is amazing from the minute I was admitted. The Best hospital ever !
I and many other patients love the hospital and but are really annoyed with the constant problem of being woken up at night for silly things. People are in the hospital because we are sick and need treatment but we also need rest to recover. After my last hospital stay, I got transferred to another hospital and I was able to get a decent night sleep and was still able to get good medical attention . I would think that someone should address the constant traffic during the overnight hours or at least do everything at one time during the overnight hours
Thank you for the excellent care I received while at Mountainside Hospital! Everyone was very professional, caring, compassionate, and kind. The medical staff, doctors, nurses, therapists, aides, in addition to the food service, housekeeping, transportation, and all personnel were all excellent!

Mountainside staff are really friendly and are very thorough. May be a long wait for tests but duh people, the pandemic is still a thing so it was expected. They do try to get you in a room right away though. I highly recommend.
This was one of the best ER experiences I've ever had. They were so warm and welcoming from the door. The staff was so pleasant and patient. I'm so mad that I never came here before! I'll be more than happy to trust them with my or my loved one's care in the future.
I recently had a scheduled c section here (my second time delivering at mountainside). Everyone was so comforting, professional, caring, on time, etc. I can t say enough good things. The procedure couldn t have gone smoother (thanks to my doctor of course too!) but all the staff were amazing and I felt very relaxed and comfortable there. If we have another little one we re definitely delivering there again!
