LE ROYAL MERDIEN BEACH RESORT & SPA DUBAI Review

Love this place. People are so nice, from concierge to management. Perfect location. I would highly recommend this hotel.

5 stars for a 5 star hotel ! Nothing was too much trouble . They went above and beyond to look after us , even although we arrived early due to flights . So grateful to them .

I come back to my 1st review, which was 3 stars, after reporting the negative points of beach service.
We were upgraded for the inconvenience caused, and access to the VIP lounge which was very appreciable, we had an excellent stay, a regular in 5 * hotels, this establishment is more than a 5 star, everything was perfect, cleanliness impeccable, excellent guest service, very fast valet parking, I recommend this hotel 1000%.
Very good clientele, excellent breakfast. One of the best hotels in Dubai if you want some peace and quiet.

I am still here. Really good beach hotel in Dubai. Be prepared to take lot of walking - regardless where you go. Most of the stuff is friendly. Why most only? All female from Russia or ex Russia are quadruple arrogant - apart of one waiter from Tadschikistan. And important to mention: Here is huge job site next door! Terrible noise, you can not escape from it if your room is facing it, but fortunately you can escape from the huge noise in Brasserie restaurant - go to Royal Club as we did! Very good here! And: Not sufficient beach chair at the pool or beach side: Because of this all the 60% Russian and some British guest reserve all they can get BEFORE breakfast. Annoying!! And for this to pay 400 per night? Don't do.... I pay nothing - as I cashed in my SPG points as Platinum member...

Maya brunch was a great way to spend the afternoon and the food was amazing!

A great place to relax! A hotel with an excellent modern interior! Cozy! 3 swimming pools, a children's playground and a huge green area! In summer, the sea is disgustingly warm. So you have to limit yourself to the pool.

Had business meeting there - best experience in Dubai - food is amazing, coffee is great and the view is just too good for business meetings

From the perspective of a visitor, you will enjoy the ambience here. Of course, it won't be cheap.

Amazing beach and pool experience what a wonderful place in a wonderful location. Since I only used the beach and pool fecilities there isn't much I can say about the hotel and rooms.

Stayed in hotel from October 2nd to October 11. Hotel is fantastic! Service is great! Pools are clean, beach and water was excellent. Food by the pool is great. Breakfast and dinner was great, if you don't see something you can ask and they will get for you. Rooms was clean and towels changed every day! They clean bag and disinfect everything. Location is very good, close to the palm and taxi was very affordable to go anywhere. Best regards to assistant Curcudel Michaela she helped me with all my questions via email and with situation about our booking. Thank you very much, we will be back to your hotel soon.

Top hotel in a good location. To achieve everything quickly. Shuttle to the mall. Very good pools and private beach. Prices in the hotel raised. Well-kept sauna area and attentive staff. Room service perfect.

Close to JBR this hotel has a really great outdoor space and several restaurant choices, beautiful pools and a great beach area

A great resort for the whole family! It's located on the beach, there are three lovely swimming pools and tons of high quality restaurants to dine at in both the hotel and the sister property Grovsvener House.

Here at this moment 30-09-19 everything is first class 5*. Checked in very easy, room superb, king size deluxe sea view. Half board, breakfast is fantastic,choice of lunch or evening meal. Beach is beautiful & private, pool's 3 of them are very clean & all have ample sun beds with loads of spaces. No trouble finding sun beds anytime.The staff very friendly & always helpful. Too sum up would recommend this hotel to anyone. Want to say a very big Thank you to everyone at lrm

Absolutely loved the hotel. There are 3 swimming pools including an infinity pool.

The staff are really helpful, polite and always smiling. The food is very good when going half board you get options of the varying restaurants onsite and will help support any different types of dietary requirments.

You must check the old town and sand dunes. My first time here and I can say that it won't be my last.

Always check the weather before booking to get the best as it can get really hot. Dont be scared about venturing out as you will find that local people have a strong grasp of international languages including their own.

Outstanding!! Our trip was for our honeymoon and as we d never been to Dubai before we didn t know what to expect but we were absolutely blown away. From the airport transfers to the wonderful staff everything was perfect! The hotel was incredible and the choice of food was amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the little touches from the cold towels around the pool to the fresh water each day in our room was just fantastic. I could not recommend this hotel enough and we will most certainly be coming back. Thank you to everyone at Le Royal Meridien

Quality of service is declining. We arrived on 04.30.10 at 17.00. Two adjoining rooms were booked. At check-out at 14.00 the rooms were not ready. They waited 15 for cleaning. For a long time (7 hours) they could not connect to the Wi-Fi. They said that Vindos was guilty. Our friends (three more families) canceled the booking altogether. Settled of course in two hours, then moved. The general manager apologized and said that the staff is good, the system is to blame. I think they hardly have artificial intelligence. ... The technique is normal. Room service is good, only slow. In general, the top five, and especially the Arab, does not pull-weak staff !!!

I am still here and my head is buzzing with drilling. Last night went back to my room in newly opened Royal Tower to find drilling for two hours. Come out to pool today as far away as possible from Royal Tower drilling right by the pool Shocking. Staff are fantastic best in Dubai but dont come if you dont like drilling.Royal Tower opened too early as not finished

Amazing staff..great views...good food...so many amazing restaurants....very efficient front desk staff...clean... efficient service A TO Z...very very safe...near to great night life... ...would stay here as many times I come to Dubai....special mention for a very courteous staff...a lady from Sri Lanka attending all guests in their wonderful club lounge...sorrry., don't remember the name but star of the club lounge.

Beautiful and wonderful, but unfortunately, I am one of the visitors to continuous with the place ... and always the refusal is done with a delay of two hours to leave

Beautiful resort hotel in the heart of the city.... The food is really nice and so many varieties. Many activities around the beach area. Recommended

Like Geales in cooler months. Bit quiet but relaxed. Decent beer at good prices.

Nice facilities inside the resort, however the beach itself is not private, which is okay during weekdays but can be crowded during the weekend.
