Quality of service is declining. We arrived on 04.30.10 at 17.00. Two adjoining rooms were booked. At check-out at 14.00 the rooms were not ready. They waited 15 for cleaning. For a long time (7 hours) they could not connect to the Wi-Fi. They said that Vindos was guilty. Our friends (three more families) canceled the booking altogether. Settled of course in two hours, then moved. The general manager apologized and said that the staff is good, the system is to blame. I think they hardly have artificial intelligence. ... The technique is normal. Room service is good, only slow. In general, the top five, and especially the Arab, does not pull-weak staff !!!
