It's hard to find a single fault with this hotel. Perhaps the shower could have been hotter? Almost everything else was absolutely outstanding, from the brilliantly helpful and cheerful staff, to the spacious and modern rooms and the huge grounds and facilities. Up there with the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

If you want to dtay a great luxury hotel for a reasonable price, and have outstanding service, then you need to come here.

5 star hotel with big expectation, not at all. I have been chekedin in a room with a view to a construction work. Bad, bad, bad. Hope they will review these big mistakes.

In a 5-star hotel, hygiene items are replenished daily (shampoo, conditioner, gel, body cream, etc.), regardless of use !! Unfortunately, this hotel is probably saving. ????????

I liked his position on the first GPR. The food is delicious and the reception is lovely. The room is spacious and spacious. Trouble problem on Friday songs

Had some trouble checking in, thanks to an unhelpful travel agent, but the staff onsite were very professional and helpful!

Room was lovely, although not all features worked, engineer wasn t much help. Bathroom blind was broken, as well as speaker system.

Breakfast was quite samey but the food was well cooked and tasty. Sports bar onsite is great and the spa!

Had a great pool day today...had lovely food too off the pool bar menu...staff very attentive and great watching the birds around the pool

I live near this hotel. What a complete disregard for the neighborhood. Loud music playing late at night. Really inconsiderate and unacceptable! On a Saturday night as well when we have work in the morning.

We ordered prawn ceviche, fish tacos and fajita to share. Very delicious meals and really good margarita. Nice ambience and the service was excellent as well! Recommended!

A perfect setting for morning breakfast or a beer in the pool. With beach access and an ideal location I would highly recommend this hotel.

The spa is nice and quiet and makes you remember italy ( specially the hammam )

Nice Hotel.. Location and viewing amazing.. We spend nice time in Spa, but about welcome service i could say not good.. They didnt Offer any welcome tea after spa procedure. But We had enjoy dinner time at Zengo bar.. Very good food and drinks..Frendly team inside bar.

Old building but completely renovated inside is as if you were on the beach but in the middle of the city.

one of the best hotels in Dubai if you are looking for a fantastic relaxing time with your family, friends or spouse, a lot of facilities, 3 swimming pools, great beache, staff are very friendly and very helpful, a lot of restaurants inside the hotel, kids club are extremely fabulous, food are yummy and Wow, in General it is my favorite place to stay in Dubai, everything you need are just around the hotel, they deserve 5 stars for sure.
