Both my sons first jobs. Great experience and on the job training. Paid well for first time jobs. Two thumbs up.

Worked for this company for three years and I would give them 0 stars if I could. A company ran by clueless, immature children. Do not abide by the suggestions of a Health Inspector, assure property managers that nothing is wrong with the pool when some supervisors barely come to do pool maintenance. Would not trust this company with my pool.
This company is just horrible! I manage a property that has a pool and their customer service is poor, their lifeguard service is horrible, they have people employed who feed you lip service and never follow through with their obligations. They were hired also to renovate the shell of the pool and never installed the return covers. The new pool contractor noticed and brought it to my attention, I reached out to Megan Mastrogiavanni and she assured me she'd send someone out and after many , many ignored phone messages, text messages and emails to Megan the pool still sits without them causing the Association to pay the new pool contractor for them after they already paid Sparkling Pools for them last year . This company is a scam!!!
Do not use these people for life guarding Very very poor service
Anyone should notice the 1 star rating on Yelp when deciding whether to hire this company. Though after dealing with the incompetent staff and unaccountable management at Sparkling, I wouldn't hire this company under any circumstances! I recently contacted Sparkling Pool Services so-called regional manager regarding the subpar quality of their work. The manager, Johnathan, seemed completely disinterested in addressing the issue. I'd instead suggest calling the owners Andrew Quinn and Russel Lane with your complaints.
This company has been taking care of 5 pools that I manage for the last 7 years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. There's always friendly lifeguards poolside, any service concerns are promptly handled, and they do it all at way less cost than most of the other companies in the area.
Sparkling Pools is the best company to lifeguard for! They treat their guards fairly and respectfully. Their supervisors work hard to accommodate busy summer schedules. Their Red Cross certification classes were the best price that I found too!
I've worked for this company for several years and can honestly say they're a group of incredibly hard working individuals who work night and day to ensure their customers are happy. You're in good hands with SPS, both as a customer and a lifeguard looking for a great summer job.
Their lifeguards were never on time to open the complex pool. They would leave way before 8 p.m. They never checked our badges so other complexes would use our pool. They rarely cleaned the pool.
Way better then american pool management id recommend using them. I have worked as a lifeguard for them for about a year now and i am very happy i switched from apm to sps
The Managers overall were horrible never responded to emergencies. The employees were unprofessional. None of the employees and managers follow proper rules of employment. Overall wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Nobody had anything good to say about Sparkling. The company cut many corners. At the end of last season, during the holiday weekend, it had only one lifeguard working at the Quad 1 pool in Twin Rivers, which is a two guard pool due to its size. But Sparkling had a trick. It would send a "gate guard" so that another employee was onsite, even if that employee was not a certified lifeguard and would sit inside the clubhouse/gate to greet people.
I also met a lifeguard at a one-guard pool in Lawrenceville, NJ, earlier last summer who did not speak much English and did not have his lifeguard certification available when asked to display it. But he said he'd call his manager, and seemed a bit uncomfortable.
Worked here for years and am proud to call it home.
Worked for them and the office was so disorganized and the customer service has no idea what they're doing, its either hit or miss with the life guards.
This company is a total joke; properties in need of even the most basic of pool services would be wise to go elsewhere.
I was a lifeguard for this company last summer and I can honestly say I will never work for them again. When I first started, they did not give me a clock in number so I started logging my hours in my phone. Thank god I did that because I never got paid for about 30 hours of work I did. I told Chip about this and he assured me the hours will be on my next check and that he will make a correction. 3 and a half weeks go by and still no sign of the money. I contacted him again and he said he told them to run a correction so he does not know what s going on. At this point I asked him for the offices number myself so that I can handle it because something just didn t seem right. At first he was reluctant to give me the number and was making every excuse in the book as to why I should wait longer. I called them and they told me he did contact them to run a correction....5 minutes before I called!!! You have got to be kidding me right? So your telling me I told you this 3 weeks ago and your JUST now correcting it? What would ve happened had I not said something? I would ve worked 30 hours (a $300 paycheck) for absolutely free! Unprofessional and borderline illegal. As a Manager, it s your responsibility to not only give your employees the resources to clock in but fix any issues that may occur on someone s paycheck IMMEDIATELY. I m a full time college student I can t afford to be playing these kinds of games. The only good thing that came out of this job was the certification. If you re interested in life guarding, please choose a different company. This one is just ridiculous.
Will sit you at a single guard pool for 10 hours at a time, with poor management.
This review is in regards to their driver on the GSP. He was driving & texting at high speeds & tailgating very closely for no good reason. It s a commute, not a competition.
