Nordik Spa is an amazing experience! Pay the extra money to have a massage and experience the Kalla salt pool! Yes, the package is expensive, but the spa is a real treat and you are definitely in luxurious surroundings! Our couples massages (Swedish) were fantastic. Soaking in the hot pools while the steam rose around us into the cool (40 degrees F) air was really fun! You can bring your own robe to save a few bucks on renting one. I recommended bringing sandals and extra towels for yourself too. The Kalla salt pool was an other-worldly experience, very serene. I love that they give you lockers to keep your valuables put away. That makes life so much easier not having to keep up with your phone or wallet. Try all of the steam rooms, spas, dry rooms you can. What an experience! It cost us around $475 US dollars to have massages and access to all areas of the spa for 2 ppl. We spent about 6-7 hours there. I recommend coming as early as possible in the day in order to have a more mature crowd surrounding you. One that follows the quiet zones and no cell phone rules. It definitely makes it more relaxing that way. We found that later in the afternoon/evening that more and more young people (20s) started to arrive and they tended to be loud, drunk and annoying. Employees at this spa are overly nice and very respectful of guests. A+++ on guest services!

Very relaxing, but get there early in the morning to maximize your enjoyment before it gets too busy! We were able to get in the pools even before 9 am, they're official open time.

Was my first time here, not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly overwhelmed (in a good way). Soooooooo worth the $70 entry fee. Also paid the extra $45 for the salt pool, also well worth it in my opinion. I haven't felt this relaxed or rejuvenated in at least a year. I'll definitely be a repeat guest!

What a place! On the $$$ side but fully worth it. You could spend easily 8-10 hours here. Lots to do, saunas, steams, hot tubs, baths, hot stone - as well as massages! They also serve food and drinks, beers, cocktails etc!

- My locker not opening and a staff that took thirty minutes to disarm the lock. Plus a power outage that caused no lighting in the change rooms and no hot water supply.

Parking was full and there was a 5 min waiting line at the entry. However, once inside, people spread out over the large area and there is lots of ample space in saunas/pools. Only bottleneck: restaurant during lunch time. Staff is friendly. Spa looks new and clean.

This was my first experience at Le Nordik with my partner and my feelings about my experience is very mixed. The spa grounds are very beautiful, especially around this time as it is fall and the leaves are changing. The outdoor pools, saunas, and other facilities are very nice and very relaxing. We had gone for the thermal experience as well as the Kalla treatment, and they were both wonderful.
Unfortunately, customer service isn't up to par. Check in time took almost 15 minutes at the counter, (I don't know why, it was just redeeming purchases made online) and we were told that there were no robes available, despite us paying for robe rental. When we arrived to the change room, our lockers were not in the same area of the change room, we believe the receptionist intentionally separated us, even though we approached the desk together. A few hours later we were able to get robes, although it seems quite disorganized to get robes in several hours after opening on a busy Sunday. At the Lounge Panorama for lunch, the service was unpleasant. Our server didn't seem like the smiling type like the rest of the staff at Nordik. We ordered our food, and 15 minutes later, we see another server serving our food to the table behind us (who had arrived after us). It was a coincidence that they ordered the same things we ordered. He later apologized to us and told us he was new, and our actual server told us our food will be on the way. 10 minutes after that, our food arrives. The rice in my partner's Buddha bowl was hard and chewy. The chips that came with my sandwich were stale and inedible. I asked to have the chips switched out for fresh chips, but I guess the server misinterpreted me and switched out my chips for vegetables. By this point I was too fed up so I just accepted the change. The server did nothing to accommodate us, which is pretty ridiculous since both of us were spending $150+ for the Nordik experience.
I had heard good things from friends who had visited Nordik, but it seems my experience was not as glowing as theirs. I hope your staff will be better trained in the future.

The capacity of the place is 850 people. I went during holidays and it was packed to the rim. I think 1/10 number of people would be most suited to keep pools clean and saunas hot

The spa itself is great but beware. The police apparently troll the parking lot for cars looking at license plates. Turns out I had not put my sticker on my Ontario plate and they just mailed me a $500 ticket. I don't understand how the police from another province can levy fines like that.

Amazing SPA experience. You can spend a whole day going into the many types of saunas, steam rooms, hot tubs and wonderful relaxation areas. Way too much to list here. Definitely a must see if you are anywhere near the Ottawa Gatineau area. Located in Old Chelsea in a very well landscaped and picturesque area.
Pros:
Pros:
- 3 Different zones (whisper, silent, and talking level), with different baths/sauna/streams/relaxing installations.
- SOOOO beautiful!!! You really feel like a spa in nature! Great quality of installations.
- There's a stream of water visible anywhere you go. They really thought about the sound and how to keep it from transferring from zone to zone.
Cons:
- 80$ for access to only the baths is a bit pricey. It's not completely a cons since there's so much to see though, but don't expect a "cheap" experience.
-The real con: I went on a Saturday afternoon, which seems to be the busiest. The clientele was in no way respecting the zoning, going as far as speaking loudly in the silent zone, and someone screamed in the whispering zone. I could not start relaxing until almost 18h when people started leaving. The employees tried their best to enforce the relaxing atmosphere but there wasn't enough of them, especially in the silent zone.
Overall, if you want to relax, maybe go during the week, or Saturday night/ quieter times. If you want to have a good time with a group of friends, then by all means go Saturday afternoon!

Super cool, super expensive. This goes for all spas like this but go early or book a massage in advance to miss the lines. Bring your own flip flops and robe to save more. This will poop you out after a day.

Hands down, one of the best spas I ve been to in Qc! And I ve been to many! My bf and I love this place! We usually go to Strom cause it s closer but if this was next door, I d be there all the time!
There s tons of areas for relaxing, but there s also a great bar/ chill out area where you can talk, have a glass of wine and unwind in the infinity pool (that you can actually swim in btw!) it has built in seats to relax in too. This place has outdoor hammocks with zippers to cocoon yourself up all cozy in winter. Dry/ wet saunas attached to a space that has buckets of naturally scented salts (lavender, eucalyptus, mint) to exfoliate your entire body! Which Ive never seen anywhere else. There s a mud room and some type of floating room that I ve yet to try... and a specially designed room where they have relaxation events going on at different times during the day!
It is totally worth the trip to Chelsea, trust me!! The only thing I d ask for is more blankets in the relaxing rooms and a better gift shop! I love buying creams and products from the spas I visit <3

Nordic Spa Nature is one of a kind. First time I've experienced to soak in hot pool then rinse in 10 seconds in a very cold waterfalls. So refreshing to the body. Then relax your self at the relaxing room sipping your tea. I love this place!

I have been coming to this spa for 10 years, it used to be much better, now they make you wait outside in some crowded tent, full of mud, very noisy, and their menu for food, let's just say I now plan ahead and eat somewhere else, management really needs to step in and do something about all this

What a fantastic day we had at Nordic. Lots of amazing choices and just great to go in the deep cold weather. When we walked into the Mezz to grab some food, we were treated by a wonderful man name Terry who happened to be the Food & Beverage manager and just amazing to converse with. He was on top of our dietary restrictions and the services were remarkable. Can't wait to go again!

Great place to spend the entire day, rain or shine. We went and it rained all day not the water was great and the food was good. It is expensive but the feeling afterwards is great. I highly recommend the cooling waterfall, steam saunas and the deep tissue massage. My only complaint would be I wish there was one closer to where I live. We did not try the salt pool but it will be top of my list next time I go.

The spa is pretty fantastic. It has a bit too much of a hippie vibe going on, but it is incredibly relaxing, clean, and affordable. The food selection available is quite interesting, as is their wine list. My only complaint is that there isn't enough staff to ensure people don't sneak wine glasses into the hot tubs.
An unforgettable experience!

Amazing place..The spa services could use some improvement. I've been to 4 different massage therapist and they all lack of great massage techniques. They should have the best of the best therapist in my opinion if you are paying them such a high amount for massages.

The service is excellent with a very helpful staff. Several activities to do, place of relaxation par excellence. To maximize, plan for a minimum of 4 hours.
On the "Panorama" side, I recommend the whirlpool pool for groups. From this side we can drink and discuss.
For those who want peace and silence there are some completely silent corners.
The important thing is to alternate the hot-cold-rest several times (without forgetting to rehydrate and take snacks between activities) to be completely refreshed at the end of the day.
My favorite time of the year: February-March because the landscape is beautiful.

Had a fabulous time. It's a beautiful spa with a great setting. It can get quite busy which is why we opted out of the thermal cycle (pools and hot tubs). We really enjoyed our couples massage in the Massana Nature cabins. Highly recommend :) Xavier Chambers was great .We ending our evening with a dining experience at the Resto. The meal was good and service was fast. Looking forward to our next visit
Our first visit was splendid with superior service...
Our first visit was splendid with superior service and great experience in their facilities. However, we visited yesterday and received the most unprofessional, shameful level of service I ve ever experienced.
One of the staff who appeared to be a maintenance worker, was extremely rude in addressing us about one member of my party s phone being near the pool. The female staff member had an extremely cold tone and was rude to my friend. She basically shamed my friend and gave the worst attitude for having her phone by the pool when we were given literally no warning prior or were we at all advised of the rule prior to entering the facilities.
I will not be returning to this location given this experience. It s quite embarrassing considering I highly recommended this place to the same friends prior to this experience.... shameful

Wonderful experience on Saturday. Very happy with the new reservation system! Annabelle, thank you! You were so thoughtful and accommodating. We got the best possible package for our day! The people that take care of the landscaping should be honored! The gardens are absolutely incredible. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space to relax in. Such a great spa!

I recently received a gift certificate to this spa. When I went to redeem it I was told that it was "cancelled" and that I would not be able to redeem it. The cashier did not provide me with an explanation. I e-mailed the spa a few days later and the customer service rep implied that I duplicated the certificate, stating that it was part of a bunch of certificates that were fraudulently issued, she showed me absolutely no sympathy.
This unfortunately added to my already frustrating spa experience that I had had. I ended up paying the full price after I was told the certificate would not be accepted and was disappointed. Considering the price, it is still too crowded, even with their new reservation system. Further, many of the doors to the saunas were creaking, and with everyone talking in the "no talking zones" (which no one at le nordik seems to enforce) it was not a relaxing experience at all.
Garbage!
Garbage!
They offer no slippers, floors are super cold and they charge you $14 just to use their robes! Such BS

I went to Nordik with a friend the first day of reopening post covid and it was FANTASTIC! There were less than 50 customers and we made the most of our day. The security measures were beyond our expectations. I felt safer at Nordik than at the grocery store. Everything is reflected! Lanterns are placed around the pools to see the 2 meters, a poster indicating the maximum number of people in one place, pretty decorations are placed on the hooks so that people's towels do not touch, arrows are placed at the floor, the ramps to descend into the baths are constantly disinfected, all employees wear masks, and much more. I am so sastified! Bravo Nordik!
