Very crowded but practical for a professional lunch
There is a fridge in the room. Good sized room and big bed. Ventilation is good and the lighting is nice from big windows. Nice amenities on the bathroom. Toilet was separate. No coffee maker in my room, but machines on most floors.
As usual excellent evening at the Jazz Club meridian good music that groove the original cocktails without alcohol
A good business hotel with nice breakfast. All good except the toilet which I fell was way too small.
One star rating less because of the reception staff who told me that they are 'upgrading' me to the Club floor (8th Floor) which infact was much smaller than the ones compared to the 7th Floor room of my colleague.
The place is chic although the decor is a little dated. The jazz atmosphere is friendly and the brunch here is a safe bet. A buffet that focuses on seafood. It's good and varied. The service provided by a veteran and very masculine staff is up to the task.
Great place to stay. Breakfast buffet was included in our stay each morning.
It may be a little out from the centre but its far from a tourist like venue; the Jazz Club, liv bands, good food and venue felt more on point with what I wanted from a short stay
The office is relatively close to a lot of burgundy. It is accessible in about half an hour when you use Uber or Taxi than Novotel in Eiffel Tower.
Champs Elysees street and park are close.
There is a big supermarket under the Hayat Hotel across the street. That supermarket is next to Marks & Spencer.
Even if the surrounding restaurants go without any thought,
Expect luxury but I did not find it better than a mercury or novotel province, or even below.
Very beautiful hotel, but it's a bit out of the ways to the center of Paris. You have to take the metro from Port Maillot, or a taxi ride is about 10min. When you are doing the hop on and off bus tour, its not easy to go back to the hotel and rest for a few and then come back out because traffic takes longer to get you there and then ends up being not worth it. But the hotel is truly gorgeous. The rooms are smaller than American, but modern & gorgeous. Very standard, no couch.
Elite Member lounge access is nothing too special for the breakfast, but they did serve champagne on Bastille Day and do wine & cheese from 7-9PM
It is for what it is, value is OK but you can find cheaper hotels for same level of service
Small but comfortable room with great access to metro line 1 (Louvre).
Small outdated rooms. WiFi not free.
The service itself was acceptable - concierge, umbrellas, maps etc. Decent room service
This hotel is not a four star hotel. Though solid 3.5. If you are traveling alone, you can definitely get it if the price is good.
It's also probably not better than the Hyatt across the street.
Excellent top quality hotel. Decor very 50s and 60s and high class designer furniture even in the individual rooms , some areas little worn out but lots of charm and character. Short walk from the Champ Elysee . Great food in house and around the hotel area. Don't miss the croissant at breakfast , absolutely delicious. Good and helpful staff.
Very nice room to listen to music with unfortunately a fairly uneven programming.
Great 4-star hotel near the former LaFayette and public transport.
Modern luxury hotel but impersonal bar lounges. Nice patio
Very good home, the room was good (the fridge did not work), and the perfect breakfast. Only downside it is served from 6:30, so if you have to leave early you may not be able to take it.
avoid it .or I was at the wrong time
VERY rude reception and staff
arriving from an early fly it was impossible to get a shower and change clothes according to.the front desk.
small room .
my room as a view of the back kitchen and garbage
i am sorry but over 300 for that no way .
I will.not recommend it .nop.
Superb place following a convention of my company on 12/03/2019
Great location for a business trip, good service.
But! Super poor WiFi (which is awful when you are in a business trip), nothing in mini fridge and no tea in the room.
It is the whole area which is fantastic, although it is an area full of tourists I have always noticed order and no crowds
Nice hotel. Great location. Friendly staff. They made our anniversary stay very nice. Convenient to the metro or walking to many sites in Paris.
Good coean rooms. Limited control of the climate control. Large selection of channels on TV. Rooms are clean. Toilets are nice and clean with basic toiletries provided. Gym is pretty standard. Location of hotel is good. Nearby metro with numerous restaurants around the area. Shopping center is just opposite with a small supermarket and M&S foods.
Very enjoyable stay here given the price point. Rooms are clean and quiet and staff was very very helpful. 24/7 access to gym and a bar in the big lobby.
Excellent location. Staff can and will speak English, and the TV has BBC channels. Great bar and breakfast. Super mussels restaurant nearby.
Perfectly located for conventions. Clean. Far enough from the beautiful neighborhoods
Rooms are small and with old design (i am referring to the 6th floor, the premier floor...!!!) Lounge bar food was too expensive, so you should check the Thai and indian restaurants around the corner ;) if you're on to a multicultural exquisite taste.
Beware!!!Damn gin tonic in the lobby bar costs 19 eur.
Business hotel with comfortable beds, and pillows that do not want to wake up. Good cleaning ... On the 8th floor is the busines room, with free food and drink for piscolabis.
Good location if you go to La Defense or if there is a metro strike
I spent one night on business. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast
Modern lobby with decent standard hotel breakfast. Free wifi in the lobby but you can access it on the room for almost a day without disconnecting. However the room had double design, with lower floor has newer one full bathroom compared to higher floor with toilet being on its own room.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Le Meridien Etoile. The staff was very friendly, spoke/understood English, and went above and beyond to make our trip special. Our room was nicely furnished, and the hotel is within walking distance to the Arc De Triomphe and Champs Elyse s (Lots of great shopping and restaurants!).
As always! Really good service, really clean rooms, really comfortable bed. I travel most of my year and it's always a pleasure to come back to this hotel! Note the Eiffel tower view from the lounge terrace!
Very nice hotel. Nice room and friendly staff kind and smiling!
Location is great as well as club lounge. Service and rooms leave something to be desired.
Supposed to be much better by virtue of its classification there is nothing to distinguish
Comfortable hotel, spacious and clean rooms. Breakfast too expensive, too bad there isn't a Spa
It is a comfortable hotel. Even if there is a problem, the staff's response is quick.
There is a supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall opposite, which is convenient.
It is a 3-minute walk from the subway station.
Great hotel with great WiFi, and a jazz club in the basement. Were willing to provide breakfast bags for a 4.45am taxi call
Nice looking event space, staff were really friendly and helpful.
so bad that we had workers who made so much noise during our stay
Lovely hotel as long as you get a good room, exceptional reception and a stunning hotel bar that has the most amazing jazz band playing each week. Breakfast is good with a wide variety. Great location for walking to the main sights and the choice of restaurants near by makes this place a treat to stay at
Very nice hotel right next to the metro. Good location for exploring Paris and nice walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe.
Very welcome. Warm environment.
Staff and service at the top.
Unacceptable practices for an establishment of this level.
ideally located and newly renovated with great staff
We stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was part of the Viking River Cruise package. The interior is modern and always busy. Many conventions and tours here. Wifi only on the lobby. Rooms modern and very clean. Much bigger than most Paris rooms. Service from everyone was very good.
Friendly staff. Rooms have a good amount of space for Europe. Parking is available beneath the hotel.
