Nice Hotel, nice Rooms, nice view from the terrasse of the executive lounge.

Hotel is wonderful. It is near restaurants and shops. The room is very well taken care of. Staff is polite and kind.

Comfortable hotel , friendly staff, nice bars and restaurants, good central location.

Nice but construction on the circle makes it really loud, crowded and dusty

Room is modern but very small. Bar is quite expensive. We'll located especially if you attend congresses in the center on the other side of the road.

Good business hotel near Congress centre. Rooms clean not so big. Bathroom separated from toilet nice rather spacious. Breakfast generous with wide varieties of food and good services.

A very nice hotel with well trained staff. Laura G., Thomas B., and Thomas X. were very helpful when we were checking in. I felt comfortable from minute i stepped in the lobby. The breakfast has a spread that includes sausage links, scrambled eggs, a variety of bread, cheeses, and cold cuts. The breakfast can get repetitive but I still enjoyed the breakfast. The fitness center has a lot of cardio machines but limited dumbbells. There were 4 other machines for lat pulldowns, cable press, leg press, and ab crunch. I recommend staying here.

Brunch remarkable! Expensive (55 ) but exceptional! Seafood, salads, meat, fish ... exceptional buffet in a beautiful setting. Terrace on sunny days. Nice view of a courtyard ... Very good desserts ... The most varied buffet and quality that I could test (USA included) for a brunch. To do at least once!

The location is close to shopping centre, restaurants and the metro train station. However after many days eating the same buffet breakfast (part of my stay package) , I have to drag myself to the cafe every morning. Some small daily change in part of the breakfast varieties will definitely be welcome by the hotel guests.

This is not a 4 stars hotel. Barely 2 stars.
The rooms are not renovated.
The doors are cracked, the shower walls were rusted. The door of the bathroom doesn t close.
No water in the room, and the answer by the room services was that they offer water only for VIP people!!

It's a nice hotel but a bit expensive. For a platinum guest you will receive the traditional amenities. The hotel does not have a pool or sauna. It is a good location for sight seeing and allows for easy walking or train station access around town. Has a jazz club and friendly staff.

Acceptable services good rate they try to give the SPG services but not all the hotel very big need full renovation

Love the hotel. Very close to underground train. Hot water are available from vending machines. Just be careful if you wish to use stair to get down. You may end up at backlane of the hotel.

An ideal setting for holding events, business conferences

Very smart hotel - great food, comfy rooms & the leisure facilities 1st class - if you're visiting Paris you could do a lot worse.

Amazing welcome, service and food both at the restaurant and the room service. Not much view from the small rooms but they are beautiful and clear. The hotel is mainly clean and well maintained, the staff makes you feel welcome and well taken care of.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and while small the rooms are very nice. Very accomodating to those of us who know a little French but rely on English.

Overall room was not bad. Breakfest was great. Half shower doors were a little weird? I would have rated it higher, however there was a bus stop that was right outside our room so sleeping in was not an option.

They are in a hurry to rundown and vacuum the 10:00 on Sunday so we plan to land until 11:00 am, a staff complaining about his working conditions in the presence of customers. We will not be coming back.

Right across is a congress centre with a small shopping mall with a grocery store.

Removed one star to make it 3 since the wifi is very erratic. We had three rooms and all rooms had slow wifi. No streaming or even VoIP calls. Sending pictures was also an issue. We were attending the trade show Texworld and needed to send pics everyday but it was very very slow.

Burger was surprisingly very good!

Cons: food is expensive. A room service burger without any drinks cost euro 31.

Hotel parking provided a place never obtained paying 1.10 to leave without having parked unpaid, call for assistance without providing us with a solution but the total account after assistance amounts to 2.20 euros .... another car in the same situation behind us who took advantage of our lifting of the barrier to go out with us.
So you should put competent staff ... empty office without assistance
The so called corresponds to a remote plateau ... we did not try the lower level because no assurance of finding a place again ... places remaining for disabled but forgot to take pictures proving our good faith

Good overall experience. Service and food was good. Rooms were small but clean and modern.

Great place to stay in Paris. Wish the housekeeping staff was quieter and didn't slam doors or talk in the hallways when one is trying to sleep

Close to the Arc de Triomphe. Guest room is clean one, but cleaning has been the same as the previous day in some places where cleaning is hot. Breakfast was delicious because there was hot meal service, too

Relatively impersonal like all these great places, but very convenient to give an appointment when coming from outside Paris, in advance there is a shopping mall and to park a parking a bit expensive but well monitored

Great location, recently refurbished. Rooms a little small.

Very modern and classy. Across the street from the convention center and relatively close to Arc De Triomphe and Eiffel Tower. The rooms are smaller by American standard, but well-appointed, cozy and clean. Breakfast was simple, yet first-class.
