Cost cut at its best. Throughout the years, as a regular guest at this hotel for work, I have seen the change at this hotel. My biggest complaint is that at this 4 star hotel, there is no coffee maker or even a kettle in the room. There used to be coffee machines by the elevator that guests could use a barcode to get one free coffee per stay and that was gone. Aside from that, one could never change the temperature in the room. Sadly, my company has a contract with this hotel. As a frequent traveler, I have since brought my personal business to the Hilton chain. Marriott/SPG has been a huge letdown since the merger.

I'm an SPG platinum member and spend over 120 nights a year at SPG hotels . This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Incompetent front desk, rude concierge who do not care at all about their clients at make no effort at all.
Will never stay here again.

The wifi may be free but it only works in certain rooms and the lobby area. So if you have a firestick you are unable to connect to the TV or get any work done in your room. Staff is aware of problem and plays dumb.

The room was very small and very humid and hot. There was no way to open the window to air it out. The wait staff was kind and the food in the club Lounge was good everyday. My primary complaint is with the temperature in the rooms and not being able to open the window to cool it down.
