Was attending a half day event in Le Meriden, then proceed to have buffet lunch. Food was good and a variety of choices from pastry to dessert, tasty local food, seafood and Asian food. Buffet lunch was full of patrons even on weekday. Recommended to try.

Classy hotel in a very good location. Le Meridien is so easy to reach from the airport, which makes things very simple and stress free. The hotel is excellent value for the high standard set throughout. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms large and the restaurants have a broad selection of food from Western to Asian, all of it delicious. The gym is large and very well equipped and the pool is a delight on a hot day. Definitely recommend looking to this hotel if you're planning on visiting KL.

A high-dimensional balance of design, functionality, cleanliness and price.
The breakfast repertoire is tremendously fulfilling. Also, if you have club access, your cocktail time meal is also great, so you won't have to eat out for dinner.
Not only the convenience of the KL Central Station direct connection, it is a great hotel.

Food spread at their Coffee House Latest recipe was reasonable and attractive. But the cooking is not consistent. Some dishes came out ok on the first round. Subsequent rounds were so salty the food had to be abandoned. Some prawns served were also not fresh only some. The fish was terrible and the beef needs adjustment in seasoning. Either too bland or too salty. Guests were also walking up and down without masks. It's not fair to those who wear them faithfully. Suggest don't serve those without masks !!

Mixed feelings on le meridian. Concierge staff were excellent, anticipated every need and went above and beyond. Front desk staff on the other hand were a hit or miss. Lounge staff definitely needs improvement. Restaurant was good in terms of food and service, but closed at 9pm. Property more suitable for business visitors rather than leisure. Loyalty members don't get as good a treatment when compared to other Bonvoy properties. Definitely could do better overall.

Very nice hotel, recently furnished and helpful staff. Very well location, on top of KL Sentral with KLIA direct to the airport, local train to other cities such as Ipoh, metro to Bukit Bintang etc.

Not awesome - the restaurant is great, the breakfast is great, the view is beautiful, the event is great (snorkeling and jet paddles) and the great second honeymoon. The room is spacious and the service is excellent.

Ideal location to quickly discover the city, the rooms are modern and pleasant. The pool, shared with the Hilton is quiet and very well appointed. The view of the park is sublime! A small star less for service, a little below Asian standards. Hotel however to highly recommend!

5 star experience , great service throughout, lovely food, all the staff were helpful and very pleasant. Couldn't ask for anymore during these uncertain times, totally relaxed at the resort like pool area , very quiet weekdays, just how we like it. Fantastic 3 nights, finished off with the fantastic buffet dinner, food was top notch.

The location of the hotel directly at the main station of KL is perfect! Great starting point for exploring the city. The hotel was stylishly decorated and very clean. The pool on the 5th floor was a dream.

The hotel can be reached directly from the KLIA with the Ekspres train to the main station.

20 p.p. For breakfast, it was too high for us, but there were enough alternatives right outside the door.

Very helpful and courteous staff. An example was the help provided by Aminoor Mohammed the Club Lounge Manager. Outstanding customer service, as also the rest of the folks managing the service desk. The Club Lounge had a good variety of food to offer. The selections were different every day, and the Chef staff was there to prepare any personal selection. This Lounge has a very purposeful meeting room which also, can be booked in advance for two hours. The Lounge did tend to become overcrowded on a couple of evenings during my weeklong stay.

Great hotel with great location, just next to klia espress station and central of kl and all it's train lines.

The mall next door, nu sentral, is a pretty self sufficient mall with good food, supermarket and a cinema.

Le Meridien at KL Sentral is my go-to hotel to stay at in KL. Accessibility to the airport (via the KLIA Express) is the biggest consideration (and it's cheaper than the Hilton next door, while not being a meaningful downgrade).

True to its reputation, Le Meridiem in Brickfields was a class above the rest. Wonderful environment. Nice buffet lunch. Had special Indian items. The staff were very very friendly and very caring. Repeatedly checked whether everything was ok. Smiling all the time.....
