Simply a fabulous hotel. Very busy hotel. Buffet is full of various foods.

5 star treatment, 5 star service, 5 star ambiance

Very friendly staffs. Easier excess to train line and yummy eatery.

Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast good varieties. Complimentary shoes polish. Good sauna and gym.

Rooms are nice for the price.....i'd think its a very good 4 star or low 5 star hotel kind of range. I'd definitely look to come back on my next trip based on the location vs quality vs value. Buffet breakfast was disappointing, some of the dishes that were supposed to be warm/hot are lukewarm at best; items that were supposed to be chilled werent chilled either. I think breakfast can totally skip it and just head out for better options.

This is a hotel with rising service standards. Compared to the past few years, I can only say that"WELL DONE LE MERIDIEN",I believe I will choose it next time and will recommend it to my relatives and friends.

Just finishing first of three stays on three consecutive weekends. The location is very convenient for Sentral station - although you do have to find your way around the different walkways to different areas. As a Bonvoy Titanium, I was lucky enough to get an upgrade to a beautiful suite. One point to note - there is a lot of light in the room. (Nothing bothers me more than a hotel room with inadequate lighting). I tried breakfast in both the main restaurant and exec lounge - both were very good, with less choice upstairs as expected. The lounge also serves a great evening meal, starting at 6pm sharp. Can't wait for the next two weekends!

Awesome hotel. Great location. Newly renovated. Just opposite the train station that takes u straight to the airport.

My favorite hotel in KL. Perfect location, top service from the staff, they are friendly and efficient. Rooms are quiet and comfy.
Standard rooms are quiet compact. If you get a suite, there will be more space. However, most of the rooms' view were blocked by another tall office block right in front.
The facilities are great. Sharing a huge pool with Hilton Hotel next door, as well was gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi.
Food is tasty. You can have sumptuous breakfast. Or classy evening cocktail hour at the executive lounge.

I strongly advice this hotel to retrain their staffs. I will definitely would not step foot in this hotel ever again. I am and will not recommend this hotel to anyone of my friends and to anyone interested in this hotel. There are so many other hotels in KL (just like Hilton), which is literally just next to this hotel.

It's a great place to stay for SPG members.. also we get a direct non stop train from KLIA/KLIA 2 to KL Sentral which is where Le Meridien is situated.

Room starting to look a bit dated. But still a nice hotel with great accessibility thanks to its easy connection to KL Sentral

Just next to KL Hilton and Le Meridien is one of famous and top hotel located at KL Sentral. Superb hospitality and facilities that you can enjoy during your stay such as saun..spa...gym..swimming pool..cigar lounge and many more. Staffs very friendly and most important thing you feel welcome..secure and like home..view also nice especially bangsar area.. interior design wise like art gallery...totally difference env..food yummy..5 stars from me....good and recommended...

The Deluxe Room was great, mine was facing the Nu Central (shopping complex), buffet breakfast was superb with lots of choices.

Very clean n centrally located hotel within KL. It's not near Bukit Bintang or klcc but it is at KL sentral which is a major transport hub.

Good food selection at Latest Selection. The Japanese counter and the desserts attracted me the most.

Nice hotel. Air conditioned, a lot of elevators. Happy because it is connected with KL Sentral. Makes it easier if you are taking the train, mrt etc.

One of the best hotel I stayed in. The staff is very nice and helpful. The gym full equiped. I really loved the overall atmosphere and the view from my room.

The location is in the center of Kuala Lumpur. It takes only 30 minutes to get to the airport express train. The executive lounge is large and the food is good. The decoration of the room is also good. It is worth coming again!

Great location with super convenience transport to the airport, train station,LRT,Monorail station is just below.
The hotel room rate is very low but offer 5 stars service!
The breakfast have so many choices that I ever see.
Their club lounge is the best! many food from breakfast, hi tea and evening cocktail!
I strongly recommend this hotel to everyone is visiting K.L.

4 colleagues, late night in KL after all of us landed from long flights. Staying at the Aloft across the road from the Meridien. We picked this based on a Yelp search for Italian near me. Excellent recommendation.

The food was excellent. Everyone loved it. The service was beyond par. We kept on sitting there for quite a long time when everyone had left and the staff were very polite and accommodating.

The wine selection was excellent. Had 2 bottles of (the same) an excellent Rioja. Marques de Riscal Reserva.

Will go back again.

The hotel brand is always great. So is this one. But, the parking is crazy expensive here

Nice Halls for events and functions like this. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated. Parking rate is fixed at RM8. Very convenient and central location. Ample of parking. Friendly staffs. Overall, a great place!

Very centrally located just next to Sentral station, train and monorail that you can assess to airport and downtown conveniently. The room is great and the lobby lounge is beautiful. Great spread of breakfast choices from local, Asian and international. The only setback is the escalator can take too long to wait in the morning. The service is attentive, room has food city view and have great choice of restaurants within the hotel. Room kept clean daily and probably the latch in the standing shower room can make smaller. I will come back again!

Had a lovely stay. The room was beautiful with a considerable bed and spacious bathroom. The staff were absolutely wonderful and very professional.

Courteous staff. Wonderful service. Needs more options for veg food. Includes pool gym and spa.

There are no complaints about the reception, the rooms, the pool, the dining room, the scenery, etc.

It's a lovely hotel, especially since it's right by KL Sentral, and is in the heart of the city. Grab rides to different places make this hotel very convenient and cheap, or else KTM trains work find too. There's many different food options all around, and even their own bar downstairs is pretty legitimate.

Rooms are small but functional, and I really like the service I got when staying here. Everything is within hands reach, and the concierge is super helpful with our bags and even in offering recommendations.

Will definitely return, although I may go for the higher tier rooms with the hopes that they have a bathtub (the cheapest room tiers didn't have tubs).
