Great location! In the club room settled at 8 am! Also invited to breakfast immediately! Even though our club privileges ended the next day, we didn t move us to another room, so we continued to live on the club floor! A true 5 star hotel! Plus a chic breakfast! The largest selection of dishes that I have seen today. In general, I liked absolutely everything!
More affordable than the Hilton (based on the rates i got), and i trade the bath tub for 25% savings. Worth it.
Lovely room, good view. Breakfast spread was amazing (they even had a dedicated Japanese section). Staff were polite, beds were comfy, room came with good soap and an ironing board.
Conveniently right accross the mall and express train to the airport.

Location is great, hands down high level of convenience, given that they're right by KL Sentral and a short 30 minutes Express train away from the airport. It's also easy to get to from the train station to the hotel, having covered walkways all through. Rooms are slightly more business travel oriented, so amenities and room set up is more functional and less "romantic". It gets things correct though, so it's definitely a huge plus for business travellers and generic travellers alike. Service is great, seeing how people address you at every point of the way, and offering help from the time you walk into the building to the time you get to reception and then to your room. Hands down great.
Poor service at Parry restaurant at level 6. At a lunch event, am told by waitress that their boss does not allow for a change of plates as there will be a charge. At a Chinese-style luncheon, we have to serve the food ourselves? Zero stars if I could rate as such.
The buffet is ok overshadowed by majestic and Hilton now

Interestingly enough, I prefer this hotel to others in KL for the Marriott Chain. There isn't as much in the way of a lobby as say the Majestic, but the rooms are great, the VIP lounge is fantastic, and getting to and from the airport is easy as pie.
The quality is the same positive wonderfulness of all the chain. The VIP lounge happy hour might as well be dinner. It's so fantastic as is the breakfast buffet. I love that the chain carries one of my fav brands of beauty care, Malin in Goetz. The roof top pool is quite wonderful as well. Def stay here, especially if you get a good deal.
Brilliant location, awesome food and moderate rooms. Service is good enough. Would recommend getting a room only on the upper floors because of the spectacular views.

Unlike the original impression, this is a very modern hotel. The lookout on the city side is good and the rooms are compact and easy to relax.

It is a very luxurious hotel, spacious and clean rooms. It is located near the center and the station leading to the airport. The breakfast buffet is rich and includes sweet, savory and local foods, also fried. Recommended!

Pretty bad experience here. The hotel perhaps doesn't know what hospitality means. Either the reviews here are facetious or seriously something else is going on. From not picking up my bag, to not greeting, to delaying food orders upto 1 hr - I had an all around back experience at this place.
Went for a conference and are happy with the arrangements. Use the validation machine to get a flat rate of RM8 per entry parking to save cost. Else take public transport.

Hilton just a wall apart is better. I have stayed at both hotel in order to compared.

Here again for a long stay and enjoyed the amenities. Loving the large pool and varieties of food. Buffet spread is awesome and have everything you want, and don t. Great variety of food place and interlinked with Hilton next door.

The most expensive car park rate hotel ever in my life experiences. 4 hour parking cost RM44 for basic charge and RM60 for valet parking.
First-class service, check in at 2 o'clock in the morning to ask where the convenience store is, the result of the waiter to accompany us two. Check out waiting in the lobby to go to the airport, the baby slept on the sofa, and the waiter sent a blanket to help him cover it. A beautiful place for a beautiful hotel and a beautiful person.
Good sized rooms, excellent breakfast selection and friendly service. Location is very convinient. The hotel is connected to the main Sentral train station (the KL express to/from the airport stops here) and a large shopping mall

Wonderful hotel in the heart of transportation hub. All stations for KLIA Express, KLIA Transit, LRT and Commuter is just underneath the hotel...the monorail station is about 10 minutes walk from it as well. Other conviniences such as a shopping mall and restaurants are also within close proximity. Many attractions are also close by making it a convinient place to base one's self during a visit to KL.
The hotel itself is beautiful with tasteful modern decoration from lobby all the way up to the rooms. Rooms come in several categories, the one in the pictures is a Premier Deluxe which comes with a bathtub!
Tried high tea, quality is only so so. Thru changes the menu, and the flavor of its pastry becomes too localised, but I prefer the French pastry they had before.
Coffee is still good though..
The room and breakfast were just as good. The outdoor swimming pool is spacious and comfortable to spend your time.

Great sleep here with comfy beddings, aromatic toiletries, nice food and super awesome hospitality staff! Almost attached to transport hub and a few minutes walk to NuSentral Mall. Highly recommend for convenience.

Very nice hotel with western comfort, great location especially if you only have a short stopover in Kuala Lumpur. The beds are a dream, as if you were sleeping on a cloud. Very nice spa, not crowded. The only drawback was the non-adjustable / switchable air conditioning, which was also quite loud, but you would not have asked for the temperatures in Kuala Lumpur before anyway smaller or even off. Clear recommendation!

Underwent renovation 2 years ago in phases and hotel is now ylly revamped. Rooms are clean and modern and the club lounge is fantastic. Evening cocktail in the club lounge comes with food suitable for a proper dinner.

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Had a great and lavish wedding dinner at their Ballroom on the 6th floor. Must say food is good, audio output was clear, service staff were polite and cheerful, decor befits a 5 star standard... The ambience in the entire hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Will return soon... X
Their Ramadan buffet 2019 was so nice, many kinds of food!
