Convenient location - connected to the Sentral Station. Take the KLIA Ekspres from the airport and reach here in 28 minutes for 55 MYR. Nice lobby and helpful staff. Good variety of breakfast, including Indian, Japanese, Western (egg station), Rooms are OK, building seems a tad bit dated.

The staffs are very polite and helpful. I will give them not only 5 stars but 10. The room is clean. Ordered room service food. Chicken rice, fruit platter and eclair. I love it so much. Food at Favola restaurant and Latest Recipe are superb. I will try Prime and other restaurants when I come back. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

The best property around KL Sentral. Good buffet, responsive staff, nice rooms. I have been staying in the property for a long time now. There are lot of markets around this area too.
