love the pool spacious room, although it is just 2 super single beds.but can accomodate up to 2 adults with 4 small children.

Great hotel very conveniently located on the express train (KLIA ekspres) line from the airport.

Beautiful, modern and clean rooms with good view. Pool is great (with a slide) and children love them.

Had a wonderful stay here . The housekeeping service is so good . Love the swimming pool because its quite huge . Near to public transportation as well .

Good service - found the table was wobbly, which was promptly changed, no questions. Was eating lunch between meetings, so appreciated the portion did not make me slip into food coma the way most hotel meals do. The spicy oxtail soup lived up to my chilli-tuned expectations. My lunch companions were similarly pleased with their choices despite some early skepticism about the portion being capable of satisfying their appetites. Well done!

One of the best place for connection between airport and city

Within city area and accessible via public transport. It's very convenient.

Good hotels just next door to KL Sentral and the rest of the city by public transport. Nice rooms with modern facilities and the pool and lounge area are both great.

Location is strategic, near to klsentral. Room is grear as well. Recommended to take the high floor facing north.

The Hotel made me feel relaxed and at home, they have this great launch from the top floor for dinner and breakfast and also at the 5th floor very nice ambience and beautiful view from the hotel great service and courteous attentive friendly staffs

Went to a wedding here. Had great coffee and desserts. The meal was also nice and the staff was attentive. Enjoyable.

Attended conference in this hotel and I must say their food is really really good. Environment and services are excellent as well. Very strategic location especially it's next to MRT/LRT/KTM station since it's situated in KL central.

We celebrated our children's birthday at Latest Recipe restaurant in Le Meridian. It was a wonderful experience with excellent service and pleasantly surprised with a slice of birthday cake. Well done.

Excellent service throughout our stay. As Marriott s platinum members, we stay in properties all over. The warm and friendly service by all staff makes this place exceptional and so we keep coming back!

Great swimming pool and room with a fantastic view. Helpful staff and liked the location as shopping was closeby.

Spacious and pleasant atmosphere. Dim lights during the night adding additional ambience. Restaurant has a lot of natural lighting and is spread out allowing a lot of mobility and intimacy at the same time.

Nice decor. Buffet restaurant is pretty well stocked with a wide variety food. Must rty.

10 minutes' walk from KL SENTRAL train station. It is a little hard with luggage, but there is no problem with a sudden squall with a roof. Because the lobby is different from the road floor, I could not go without a transfer.

Room was spacious, and there were power supplies in bedside and was easy to use. The toilet had a washlet attached.

Excellent hotel with a lovely pool, spa and gym. It is attached to KL Sentral which makes getting around a breeze (train, monorail, hop on hop off bus, taxis can all be accessed here). The breakfast is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are on the small side however the transport links amongst other positives more than make up for it. NU Sentral mall is v nearby which is handy for picking up groceries, grabbing a coffee etc. Airport is approx 45-60 mins away.

Excellent everyway, free upgrade, awesome breakfast and the eversmiling staff of Le Meridien. I always stay here when I am in KL few steps away from KL Sentral.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet selection. Facilities are great and close to the train station, with trains going directly to the airport.

The seafood buffet at their Latest Recipe restaurant is excellent.

The type of toilet they used is not a user friendly at all. But the lunch and breakfast are good. The room are not sound proof

Incredible hotel, amaizng, rooms staff extreamly polite and attentive it is pricey but you would expect that.

Went here to try their buffet dinner with my friends. The staffs are friendly. There are lots of selections of food and desserts. Would rate 8/10. Worth what we paid for.

Convenient to access public transportation, well design interior and room are comfortable also good customer service.

Superior service, superior rooms, convenient location with connection to the airport by KLIA ESPRES train just downstairs from hotel. Great pool and fitness centre and a good chouce of eating and drunking venues in the hotel and close by.

Excellent amenities and lodging, beautiful and secure location, friendly and helpful staff, multiple wonderful restaurants, and top notch spa and gym. Highly recommended.

Meridien Magic in Good location

While from the outside it might look plastic, the minute you step inside you will be treated to Le Meridien Style, Comfort, Luxury and hospitality. Great value for money for all the frills you get, if you book it well in advance.

LOCATION: Awesome location right next to the KL Sentral train station which is a 25 minute ride away from the Airport

DINE + DRINK: Multiple restaurants and Bars in the establishment. But the best is the 32nd floor CLUB LOUNGE - if you get access to it. Excellent Breakfast spread with a wide range of local and international cuisine. Wake up for it! The Club lounge is a fantastic place to chill out as well as gorge on awesome selection of drinks, snacks and food during the Happy hour for free!

ROOM: I stayed in 3262, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Fantastic view of the City scape ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: lovely MALIN & GOETZ toiletries. Special mention to the multiple Plug points and business traveller ready ports available in the room!

FACILITIES: One of the highlights of the hotel is the fantastic full fledge Gym and fitness center that is also used by locals(So obviously has a fantastic range of machines and free weights) So if you are a fitness freak, you are in paradise! The outdoor Pools are also wonderful for a workout swim or cool lounging with your cocktail

SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all my needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. Special Shout out to the staff in the club lounge

HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Big Plasma TV screen dishing out dozens of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies and a wide variety of entertainment in multiple languages.

Excellent interior and service. The extra bed is a bit springy though.

Always loved the Pool Bar & Grill area for events especially the glass lounge area!!!! Better book it early if you wanna do your event or functions there because it's super popular #SpeakingFromExperience

It was very nice, great room, great breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Since we were there under special conditions (cirona), we received a lot of help. Fortunately, we were informed in good time that we can only stay if we extend our stay until March 17th, midnight, because from then on no more guests were accepted. Ordinance of the Ministry
Only with our room service I didn t have the cafe, and tea etc. and the cups, what a pity, that didn t work out so we ve had to take care of it ourselves.

stayed here for rm 275++ per night. impressed by its swimming pool. there is a water slide! but i cant understand why hot water supply was not consistant when showering. i say it is value for money overall.

Great location right in KL sentral area, great breakfast and restaurants in house, the pool is awesome, comfortable room, and maybe I'm biased but I love Malin + Goetz so yay to amazing toiletries!

Had been dining at PRIME from years ago. I honestly didn't want to write this review, but what just happened a minute ago. I just had to.

Service at prime, as usual, top Notch undoubtedly. Ordered a 36days dried age Australian darling wagyu 300gm MS6-7, medium rare, a rack of lamb medium , lobster bisque and a mojito.

First the mojito was like diluted apple juice, requested to add some lime juice and syrup, dont know why came back worse the kind waitress offered to try and do it, and yes, it did came out better.
The soup was just ok. Nothing to cry about.

While waiting for our mains, I observed two young chefs at the kitchen, one was always pushing his glasses with his fingers while the other would be running his nose at least 5 times in 10 minutes.

30 minutes later came our main course. The first bite on the sirloin , tendons! Doneness, medium rare was more like rare and totally tasteless for a supposedly full of nutty flavored dry aged steak. The same went to the lamb cutlets. Not a bit tasteful from the grill and the minced lamb meat skewer tasted more like tasteless meat kebab! I had enough, gave up and asked for the bill. Fantastic waitress ft bad and waived the food bill (was still about rm250) for just the bread and plain water which we had, the rest was like untouched.

Today was to celebrate a very special friend's birthday. Walked out and decided to give a try on the buffet (Ramadhan buffet). Selection was kinda boring and untidy(it was 830). Then the reason of this post. One senior Indian chef jokingly asked how's the food, and I honestly replied, standard has dropped and food quality wasn't too pleasant. What he said next really made me decided enough is enough. He said since it's bad, don't bother coming back in the future! Yes, absolutely right, Mr .RAMU.i won't. And for the management info, if you can't refill most of the items, including glasses to your leftover cordials, don't accept customers. Yes, I still maintain my comment. Food is horrendous today.

Beautiful place, nice food, located at the heart of Kuala Lumpur.

I stayed there three nights and the hotel was packed full of guests, I couldn't have evening cocktails in the lounge because it was fully occupied hence was offered to eat at 5th floor which served the same buffet dinner for three nights and I had to be seated at the corridor because the restaurant was full too! These are the disappointing experiences. Otherwise this hotel is good and staffs were excellent.

excellent hotel . great service . fantastic location. staff are always helpful . hotel is right next to trains and malls . easy walking distance to brickfields which has a lot of indian shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable hotel, nice food, great atmosphere. Facilities are abundant.

Nice pool area. The kids love the slides. Only there for a visit.

Big plus points to Le Meridien for their fanatic food options.

Other than that - Aloft, which is also under Marriott group, has more value-for-money, a little more convenient to access when travelling with luggage using KLIA Express train (no need to walk up some flights of stairs, escalators and lift to Le Meridien), easier for Grab drivers to locate (no need go up ramp which is often missed). The entire KL Sentral area is a one-way street and often Grab drivers miss a turn and have to make a big round to come back.

Did not visit lounge so can t comment.

We had a meeting but venue constraints meant we had to make many last minute changes. Mr Dinesh from Latest Recipe was most helpful and took care of all our needs. Excellent 5 star service!
