This is honestly the best place to eat. Extremely expensive to get in but sooooo worth it. They have a wide range of food to select and everything tastes like heaven. If I could I would go there every day.

Best place to stay.

Best place to stay.

Visit to participate in the Kuala Lumpur Marathon.
A five-star hotel, I have never stayed anywhere else, so I can't compare it.
In front of KL Central, the main station, there is a shopping mall directly connected to the station, which is very convenient!
The lunch buffet in the hotel was delicious, so it's recommended!

A high class modern hotel at a very reasonable price according to my husband who did the booking. Our spacious room was comfortable, with a attractive bathroom, a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, free bottled water, robes and a mini bar. The view from our room looked over the pool and the beautiful park across the freeways. The buffet breakfast was by far the most diverse that I have every experiences in all my travels, with food from many nations and pleasant and efficient serving staff. We took advantage of the lovely pool area too and the free coffee voucher in the lobby cafe.

Good business hotel. I stayed with my family over the weekend. The concierge is especially helpful. Need to improve on in room dining, the tandoori chicken I ordered didn't seem like it spent enough time in the tandoor.

When staying here you have the choice of Le Meridi...

When staying here you have the choice of Le Meridien or Hilton, as they are in adjoining buildings and share some facilities. Overall it was a lovely stay at Le Meridien, with its vibrant lobby, friendly staff and modern rooms. We had a corner room with a big bathroom and views over the pool. Here s some more info to help you make a decision and, as we also stayed in the Hilton next door, there s some short comparisons vs the two of them...
- Location - As it s next to KL Sentral it s a great location, as you can get from airport to hotel check in within 40 minutes (via KLIA express) As soon as you arrive in KL Sentral it s a 2 min walk to the hotels. You also have the numerous RapidKL trains on your doorstep, as well as a huge shopping centre and many local food outlets.
- Room - Everything is modern, clean and well designed. Vs the Hilton we felt that LM had better lighting control options and also has electric blind in the bathroom, whilst Hilton was manual (it doesn t matter much but was pretty cool to press a button!) If you have pool view, overlooking the KL gardens, then Hilton is better as isn t blocked by other buildings, where as LM is.
- Food - Breakfast was everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Book the night before for cheaper rate. Hilton breakfast was slightly better than LM in terms of depth of choice but much busier.
- Facilities - The pool, gym and spa are shared between Hilton and LM, with a long winding pool stretching between the two buildings. It really is lovely! They have done a great job and you can use either side, regardless of which hotel you re in. The respective ends have a bar/cafe to order food so if you want poolside service you ll need to stay nearer to your hotel side, plus if you want WiFi you ll need to be on the side of your hotel. Otherwise go lie wherever you like, with the LM side being shadier in the morning and the Hilton side being slightly busier as it has the slide on it (and yes, adults can use it!) This was a highlight of the hotel stay and felt like we were at a beach resort. The gym is inside the Hilton and is well-equipped with onsite instructors as can be used by outside members.
- LM vs Hilton - as the pool, gym and spa are shared (and are fantastic!) it s down to personal choice. Our rooms during the stay were very similar, but we felt the elite status welcome was better in Hilton. We would stay in either again and would likely chose based on price, points or promotion at the time. If this was LM on its own we wouldn t hesitate to stay, as they ve done a brilliant job with the building and all the staff were very friendly.

What a lovely place bang in the middle of KL. Every room has a great view and feel of the city.

Quite a business like hotel and meeting rooms are plenty. Enough food and coffee zones available for meetings of every kind.

One of the consistently great hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Perfect ambiance and good front service. Quick checkin, professional and polite staff. The hotel is well maintained despite the many years in existence. Room is large and comfortable. Love the shower gel and above all the thoughtful Press Coffee and takeaway coffee cups! Love it.

This place is overrated. The buffet is only moderately good. The price is high but they give big discount to certain credit cards. I was able get a 30%. Their free flow of wine is half-hearted. Only one type of red and one type of white.

Lots of choices at first sight and don't know what to start eating first. After trying one or two items, don't know again what to eat more and feel nothing much.
Anyhow, easy accessible by MRT and good service.

Great hotel. Location is killer on top of the KL Sentral station, one train ride direct from KLIA terminal.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. I liked the food overall, whether room service, the breakfast buffet or the club lounge. Draught beer at the club lounge is definitely an excellent bonus.. :) they even freeze the pints.

Overall highly recommended especially for the price I paid.

I took a 2-year-old child and used it in the grab room. We upgraded to City View Corner Room. As you can imagine, the kids played endlessly in the pool. The food was good, and it was wonderful that there was no break even when it was time for wifi.

People with low back pain may be painful because of the height of the chairs in the room. A soft sheet on the bed mat? If you get up in the morning, it's hard to turn over, so be careful if you get sick in the morning.

This hotel made our stay very comfortable and rewarding. We had an array of options when it came to deciding what to eat and the gym was very accessible and providing us with essentials. We also were able to enjoy the pool which was refreshing as well. I loved the location fairly close to everything especially Sentral Station. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Stayed in Club room for a night for a staycation. I love how helpful and friendly their staff are.

The food selection at Club Lounge was extensive. As well as their breakfast selection at the restaurant.

Prime is that must visit restaurant and their wagyu was amazing. An improvement that I would like to suggest is regarding the swimming pool.

I'm not sure why but the water in the pool was salty (I didn't plan to taste but it gotten into my mouth). Also its floor seem like can use a little cleaning.

Others were perfect!

Hopefully there'll be another visit to the hotel in future.

All the staff in this hotel are polite and welcoming. Excellent service. Room is very clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Had an awesome rest. Due to the pandemic, canapes and beverages were served in the Club Lounge More

Checked in 3rd Sept, checked out on 4th Sept.

approx. time
2pm - checked in. staff at receptionist was good.
4pm - made a report due to sudden blackout/no power supply at room.
430pm - went for Bonvoy Member complimentary drinks, was looking for Gastro Sentral. Tried asking one of the staff (lady, curly hair, plump) who was on the phone at the rostrum (lobby) and she totally ignored us despite me standing right in front of her face for more than 5 minutes. i waited for her to finish the conversation however once she finished, she straight away walked to one of the cafe and ignored me. i was really disappointed with this.
530pm - went out for dinner.
11pm - came back to my room but 5 minutes later, the room went blackout again. another disappointment.
1115pm - made another complaint and they changed our room. really disappointed bcos we came back for a rest but instead we need to repack our stuff to change room. but thank to one of your staff who helped us to move our luggage to the new room, he made the process easier.
