June 18, 2019 To Lazy Days RV of Tampa, RE: Sales Rep- Mr.Phillip Berghorn, This letter serves to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding sales service you provided our son during his MAKE A WISH experience. Mr.Berghorn has given us a day that we could never forget with his professionalism, knowledge and patience. He helped entertain our son throughout his entire afternoon while the Make A Wish Team made the final party arrangements. Mr.Berghorn showed our entire party over 10 RVs and all their features. Sometimes one can become lost in a big company and lose sight of how what one does truly helps or impacts the end customer. To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity which Mr.Berghorn shown our family.
