I have enjoyed working for launch completely. Mike Ton has been a total professional he not only recruit you he follows up he stay's in touch and he ask questions not just about the job and how's it going but how do you feel about the job. I have worked for launch since April of 2015. Almost 3 years. It was good until they changed my recruiter to Kyle Hughes. Because of him I have not had a job for three months. He told me there were no jobs for me anywhere in the country. I assume the company has black listed me because I had a back injury while employed but I have no proof. The company refuses to answer phone calls and emails. Go elsewhere for contract work. Especially if Kyle is your recruiter

This company cares for people a lot! Mike Tom hooked me up with a laid back aviation job, love it a lot but still in the process of learning what goes on with my new job but I'm going to get the hang of it eventually. Still trying to fit in as well a little bit as well.

They never paid our Due. Our company and my 10 Recruiters worked extremely hard for them including weekends. We followed up with them for more than 1 year. Even we contacted a Debt collection company and they sent several notices to them still they declined to pay. Our debt collection agent said the due is only $2,000 and court filing charges will be approximately $800 so for this small amount they know that we are not going to sue them in the court.

Laucnh TWS Company CEO Jason Adams is very unprofessional, he is a liar and he has no ethics.

STAY AWAY WORST STAFFING AGENCY

They will fill you with hope and dreams but will not deliver what they promise. Don't trust them I should of known better when they kept on pushing my start day forward on many different occasions. Worst part of that they keep on telling you that your start date a certain date when they know they are lying. They don't care for anyone just themselves of making money off you. Other agencies that I have worked for help you to the fullest, this agency let's you fend for yourself when all fails. I highly recommend to keep away from this agency, few people to stay away from are Graham, Brian and Eric which is suppose to be their boss. Thanks to this agency I have became unemployed because I gave my notice to my job of me moving forward to a new job, but even though Launch provided a start date, it was all lies. The only person who was actually trying to help was Zach. So if you ever try to work with launch make sure to ask for Zach.

Mike Ton is full of bs asked me to come in for an interview. I asked him for what job position the interview was going to be for. He told me to come in first and he well supposedly see if I qualify for any position they have available. I said no thanks and then he said well he had a position payin 18hr have a great day if you would of mentioned that when I asked you might of had an interview BEWARE OF MIKE TON he s full of BS.

Very rude and ignorant over the phone hung up on me claiming I turn down a job at 1 o clock in the morning when I never did so therefore they said they can never work with me again and they took me out a database for something I did not do

Stay away from this company. They will lie to you just to hire you for an employer. They will not return your calls and communication is terrible. The manager is a joke and will also not return your calls.

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! They did get me a job, but always always shorted my pay. They tell you thing and do the complete opposite. They owe me so much money and just hope I'll stop calling. If you are looking to contract, go with anyone else, anyone!

And what is unprofessional is that the company can t even call or email you to tell you that you didn t get the position. Why should someone have to reach out to a company to ask their status?
