Am not understanding why the lady mrs brenda is at the front desk she is very frustrated and have no patience when customers walk in and ask questions I guess her job description is to sit and earn free money smh

I recall sending my kids through this great program. Excited about possibly to work here.

Never answers the phone. They are enriched in not answering calls or getting back to you

Customer service was okay. Place was a little hard to find.

I've been calling for weeks to see if my son was accepted in the headstart program and they have yet to give me a simple answer. Staff is rude and are no help.

Worked for the company 5 years. I enjoyed the experience. Trying to get my great granddaughter in school. This is the best preschool for her

The people helped me in a great answer. They also made me feel welcome and gave me answers quickly.

Went in for an interview. Never heard back I didn't even get one of those canned emails saying they picked another person, nothing! I think that was extremely unprofessional of the company. I can understand not being able to follow up with each applicant, but if you bring someone in for a face to face interview, you should follow up with them either way. So if you get an interview, don't expect them to follow up with you.

The people really are there for their clients very friendly .

The staff is very Loving! Everyone works together as family! All children are treated with love and respect by all staff! Staff put safety first at all times!

They need your entire history just to enroll your child into the preschool. It says so on the website before making the appointment... But, it's not in complete details they need a years worth of statements "literally". Plus your other children information that aren't even going to the program. Not worth it if you really don't need it!

The people who work there are rude, I been calling and leaving messages for the director, she don't pick up, she is either in a meeting or out to lunch, they need a whole new staff with a heart who come to work not just brush people off just to take lunch breaks!

It's a great place , the people are helpful anf friendly everyone is treated respectfully and i like that when i walk into a building.

I think this program is discriminate against men that need assistance because I swear everytime I call the same lady name Brenda say they have no funds for the low energy assistance program.

I was happy to see and speak with some old friends. Trying to get my great granddaughter in school. Little one is showing signs of wanting to learn. Mom has to enroll her. Rules are rules,& I should know, I worked there. Always courtesy and safety are used. Loved the visit. Received all the information needed. Hopefully my youngest will be accepted. Thank you.

I am just a two timer but they scare me cause the work program too the lower achieved makes u feel as though u could be stealing if u don't understand why u must applie online s but i thinking could be for the younger ones in employment .So light also see that it could be a place who finds those real conviction on job sites

I have been blessed by the energy assistance program for years. It has made my struggle a true blessing .My credit has even improvise from having my utilities paid on time and with credit on it is amazing. I never could have accomplished a lot of this without there help.
