I worked for LAUNCH before and it went great. Fast feedback. Quick hire. I had to leave and take care of my daughter and Mike Ton is the best recruiter. Has kept in touch with me every few weeks just to say hello, asks about my family and lets me know he will be in touch and he is a man of his word. Launch Industrial needs to model themselves on his integrity and communication skills. Mike called me on Friday, got me an interview already lined up for 3rd shift work I have been waiting to align with family schedule. My favorite thing Mike told me was LAUNCH is a staffing house, not a temp agency. Work is designed to go long term based on what I do, which makes me want to work harder!!
