I have worked for launch since April of 2015. Almost 3 years. It was good until they changed my recruiter to Kyle Hughes. Because of him I have not had a job for three months. He told me there were no jobs for me anywhere in the country. I assume the company has black listed me because I had a back injury while employed but I have no proof. The company refuses to answer phone calls and emails. Go elsewhere for contract work. Especially if Kyle is your recruiter
