I've been solar for 10 months now and it has saved me plenty on my power bills. In fact, in addition to my monthly bill being reduced, I've been in credit for the last 3 months. I use the app on my phone to monitor what's happening and even with a snow covered roof I produce some power. I admit to being initially hesitant, but I'm glad I took the plunge.
I'll be honest I was skeptical about the whole solar deal but after Dana from Infinity Solar came out and explained the step by step process. I felt more at ease about the investment and made more sense to me. Infinity Solar's team is great from needing a roof(which I did)to the actual install was great. Any concerns I had was quickly taken care of within a day if not less time by my closing coordinator Susan. Thanks so much for my new roof and solar system Infinity Solar!

When I started to get interested in putting Solar panels on my roof, I had a few different choices. I settled on Infinity Energy, and I'm glad I did. Infinity's call center was helpful and easy to work with. I didn't feel pressured, but they did tell me (correctly) that incentives are continually going down, so the sooner the better. Going through the process gave me a lot of insight into my electrical usage, what's happening in the solar industry, and the different financial products available.
I wound up not being able to put panels up, because of my roof and some huge trees that just can't come down. That being said, my experience was top-shelf. If you want the best installers in the tri-state, Infinity is it. It was so positive, I actually found myself on Google writing a review!

I ended up choosing Infinity Solar for a few reasons.
1- They were very detailed and spent a LOT of time with me making sure that we were all on the same page for every detail / option of the installation and project. They seemed intent on making sure that all expectations were met despite the time that was involved. I really like this method as the more time spent upfront ensured that I would be happy, and that they would do the job 1 time, correctly.
2- They were very competitive on their pricing. They wanted the sale and weren't going to force me to choose either customer service or a good price, they really worked and came w/ a number that I was VERY pleased with.
3- Sunpower panels are consistently rated the best in the industry and they are a Sunpower Master Dealer, one of the very few (~20) in the country. Their proficiency and their customer satisfaction is what earned them this prestigious title.
We went over everything from production, placement of the panels, EXACT placement of the wiring / conduits, total costs of ownership, timelines, permits, etc.
I have seen many solar installations as I drive down the road and have stopped to talk to as many other owners as possible. I wanted to make sure that my installation didn't look like that and that's one of the reasons we spent a lot of time planning where all the conduits would go. I got the biggest "warm / fuzzy" that I could from any dealer from Infinity Solar. Many others I spoke with wouldn't plan all that out with me, at least not to the level of detail that I wanted.
After signing with them the sales man didn't run away or go into hiding to never be found. He was in touch throughout the process as was the project manager from their office. I was getting updates where we were with the permit process, ordering process, etc. They were all VERY friendly, patient, and responsive for any little question I had, weekend or weekday.
I was particularly thrilled that even though I mainly had the same dedicated consultants / employees assigned to me that everybody was on the same page. It didn't matter if it was the roofing crew, electrical crew, project manager or the salesman, they all knew what we had agreed upon. That may seem like a small detail that is expected, but sadly it isn't seen too much any more. The little details are what mattered.
When the installation team arrived they actually exceeded my expectations. They knew all the details of where we had agreed to route conduits, place the invertors, shut off switches, etc. They had seasonsed and well experienced crews, no matter who was there and which team it was.
I went up on the roof to see how the roofing guys were doing, how things were being mounted, everything was done professionally. The parts that I wouldn't have ever even noticed were done with extra care to make sure it was done the right way even if they could have slacked off and I would never have known.
Like I said, I micromanaged this whole process as I just wanted to make sure it came out perfect in every way. It turns out I didn't have to and it truly exceeded my expectations which is EXTREMELY rare. I am not a person that writes many reviews but with service so amazing I absolutely had to so that if anybody else reads this and decides to go w/ Ed / Infinity Solar they can have an equally enjoyable experience! I could not be happier with the product, performance, or ALL of the teams that made it happen!

Excellent experience highly recommend Infinity and Eddie my sales rep cant thank enough!. I met with 3 companies - owner from one came out to offer better deal however Eddies knowledge and presentation educated me and empowered me to make confident decision with Infinity. He also saw I was paying 4x for my electric from esco party and got me back to .04 cents with utility from .16! I got my first bill and just service charge the rest zeros and I have credits for next month! Amazing experience.
Infinity Energy was great to work with and I have no reservation to give them 5 stars. I met with their sales expert who was extremely knowledgeable about the process, benefits and technology. Initially I was unsure about going through with it but after speaking with him I knew going solar was best for my family. Through the process he was prompt when answering any of my questions and saw everything through to the very end. I am so happy with my decision to go solar and to have done it with Infinity!

One of the worst decisions I've ever made. Infinity Solar is just not a good company with which to do business. The system they installed failed to meet their production guarantee by about 40% for the first 2 years. They took many months to install additional panels mandated by Sunpower corporate. FWIW, it took Sunpower 7 months and a letter to the CEO for them to send me my 3rd year production report. They also informed me that removing the debris under the panels was my problem. Overall, an unfortunate experience.
Generating power when cloudy day or rainy day is not good. Also when summer and the sun is shining through the edge of the solar panels at around 3pm the production of power is very little.
The people at this company are a pleasure to work with and their work force is incredible.
One of the features of Sunpower is the All Black Panels. These panels are more efficient, and create more electricity than the panels with white dots.
The team of electricians were friendly, knowledgeable, and worked together to complete a very professional installation.
I m closing in on my second year, and the system is working great.
So far so good. I have nothing but positive things to say about the company especially customer service. Whenever I call with a problem they've always gotten right back to me and resolved my problem. It will take a while before actually know if I'm going to see any significant savings but going green as a positive thing anyway. So at least I can say I'm not contributing to the deterioration of our planet as much as others.

I did my research on NY solar installers before contacting Infinity Solar Systems and I could not be more pleased with their process from beginning to end. They walked me through each step of the process and handled everything from blueprints to installation. It s been over a year since the install and we haven t had a single problem. We are enjoying the savings on our electric bill and the solar system has raised the value of our home. (our last electric bill was $18.00) I strongly recommend Infinity Solar Systems to anyone considering installing a solar system.

Compared to other solar companies it's a rip off. They wanted to lease me panels at a price of $400 a month. That was panels and electric. It came out to a $95,000 system. They would of kept all the power saved by the panels. Another company came out and locked me in at $100 a month for electric and the system and I get all the rebates and it's NOT A LEASE. So they won't be taking the panels away in 20 years.
We are very pleased with our solar. Not only is it being Earth conscious, it is cost effective majorly reducing our electric bill!

We did solar power almost 5 years ago. This was the company that installed everything. They were great! The Techs know their jobs inside and out. We have not had any problems as of today. Their customer service is wonderful and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

I made the mistake of agreeing to have them at my house, the deal sucked and now they call me non stop even when I tell them to remove my number from their database. These guys are scammers, they say it's Sunpower buy it's just a scamming reseller, do not make the mistake of dealing with them, they won't leave you alone

Just wasted 2 days of my time with Dave Brill doing his job. Should have been told up front that I would be doing all the design teams prep work. Taking pictures of my home to be told they can't do solar from the pictures I took. What a joke.. Now got a phone call from another person saying that what they do so they don't waste their time coming to your home to evaluate foe solar but its OK to waste the homeowner time. I would like to give them no stars. Bad Business!
