Room was fine, food was alright, but the hotel has gotten cheaper than the last time I visited. After a few hours after requesting a small fridge for my insulin and bathrobes for my wife and I, still haven't arrived. We had to phone in and More

I am unkind to Koreans.
The desk woman was talking like a bullet when she checked in at the hotel. It's on purpose. I think I don't speak English at all. Quietly and calmly speaking with a shocked expression, I threw only the banquet and gave nothing. Why do you look like this? Is your ID correct? It was a quirky itself. I live like this .. ,. ;;

Went on a bad time where storm was coming, seems like they had machines worse than ever to make up for the lost business. I usually go here a lot when around the area, will be finding a new place to play from now on.

A very nice place to play and have dinner. The buffet was $20 per person and the shopping was upscale and classy. We liked the clean and new feel to the casino. We had fun playing here. The hotel looked great and we'll be coming back to stay.

I wanted to like it but it was just not that good at all. Service was less than par. Ordered a bottled water and finally got a glass of water after everyone at our table was done eating! Very expensive for the quality of food and service.

Not enough drink servers.
Areas around machines sticky with drink spills

Can I say how utterly disappointed I was with the hotel side.
I had driven 6 hours in the fog to arrive at Lauberge Lake Charles. I live in Florida. I had driven to Biloxi the day before and stayed at the Scarlet Pearl Casino and hotel.
Picture this, my Sister is disabled. She does not travel well. We ate at the buffet, $71 for two, and well not worth it.
We then went up to bed at 8:30pm. Totally exhausted, fell into a deep sleep.
At MIDNIGHT, yes MIDNIGHT!!! The hotel phone rang jolting us both out of a sound sleep. It was a SECURITY person who asked me to hold while they connected me to the head security person.
Who in the world calls someone at MIDNIGHT and tells you they are security and then asks you to please hold?????? To top that off, they come back on the phone, asked my name, and says they will call me back?????? What the ??????
I have a heart condition and it was beating irregularly , I asked the person on the phone if anything was wrong??? They say no, nothing is wrong. I am trying to figure out what just happened. My Poor Sister was sitting up in her bed saying WHATS WRONG?????
I decide to call the front desk after 10 minutes of no return call, and the sweet lady at the front desk had no idea why security would be calling me. She said would you like me to transfer you to security, and I said yes.
Not Like I could go back to sleep now. Took my heart meds as I listened to Allison the security person who had her assistant call earlier, ask me to please check the closet to see if a army jacket was left by a previous guest?????? I said, YOU WOKE ME UP TO CHECK THE CLOSET FOR A PIECE OF CLOTHING FROM THE PREVIOUS GUEST????????
I asked her if that was standard procedure here??? She said yes. I said then I am CHECKING OUT!!! And then SLammed the phone down in Anger. My Sister and I got things together and went down and checked out, only to be approached by Allison apoligizing for WHAT??? I have no idea!!!! She really needs to learn customer service. You do not call anyone after 9pm at hotels unless there is an emergency involving the guest. I work in the hospitality industry. Hilton hotels to be exact. I have been with hospitality for 30 years. This hotel obviously does not value their guests. Or at least this security personal.
Think twice before you stay here. If you expect sleep, stay in Biloxi at the Scarlet Pearl where they value you and respect your sleep.
Allison is a poor example of what I thought was a good place to stay.
I am 55 years old, and will never stay at this property again. I value my sleep GO SCARLET PEARL in Biloxi

I had a great time there last night. We were celebrating someone s birthday. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because we were there about 4 hours (12:30 a.m-4 a.m.) and never once was I asked or served an alcoholic beverage. I even asked a guy server and was told that I had to be playing, I informed him that I had been playing the electronic roulette table for a bit and no one came by, well I sat down at a slot and put in a $1 and said ok I m playing and he said I ll be right back and never came back. I dont believe it to be extraordinarily business, as I ve seen it much worse, but it would have been nice to get one celebratory birthday drink and maybe another after winning some money!!

We went to eat about 530pm food looked old, was not a large choice for a buffet that cost $50 a person. They had watiters standing around, and one person working about 15 yables by him self, he was so busy had to flag someone else down to get drinks. Was clean and roomy but food was not.Golden nugget has a larger buffet and betterfood and staff.

Awesome Casino is all I can say. Proper checks for temperature upon entry, masks required and people cleaning all the time. Another fun weekend and came out ahead on the new electronic craps table.
