Lousy attention, little kindness. With more than 10 empty service posts, they were unable to help me with a return, telling me that this had to be done over the phone, since the website says that the only way to validate said return is directly at one of the lan offices. Do not waste your time and do the process by phone or elsewhere, in this office you will NOT receive help.
They treated me too well. I returned to congratulate the executive.

Hmmm. LATAM or the old LAN CHILE have thr same issues. Their planes are first class. Excellent safety records. However, their service is not the best. I have had so many bad experiences with them that it is hard to point just one. But basically their personnel have no idea what they are doing. From telling you that the reason you and your wife are seated in different places is because the computer allocates seats in alphabetical order to printing the wrong boarding tickets ...... and you ending at the wrong gate. And not just you. 10 people. Or not being able to print the boarding pass because they can find the flight because they did not know flight had changed. Mind you I was contacted by my travel agent to inform us about the changes. But they did not know? Wow.
They should have better information for customer service or an available email.
