Libra digital bathroom scale route after less than a month.

I must congratulate the Laica company because they have not only been professional but also "human" in a world that instead seems increasingly dehumanized. Some time ago I broke a small 3 cm plastic tool of the pressure measurement that was used to introduce the tube into the device. The guarantee had long since expired and without that little plastic loop the apparatus was unusable. Well not only did they not make me problems for the replacement but I didn't even pay a euro, although it was no longer under warranty. So I say this: if it is right to criticize those who have no scruples of any sort, it is quite right to PRAISE those who put themselves in the other's shoes and do to others what they would like done. I have owned a Laica piston aerosol (more than 10 years). The small plastic mixer at the base of the dispenser was gone and I turned to them. Well, the component has arrived FREE at home (probably as a guarantee expired) and the product continues undaunted to do his duty. This is pure professionalism

I got one of their inhalers, the cap broke so I had to throw the entire inhaler away as they don't sell spare parts and didn't reply to my emails for two months!
