Good experience all round. However, had some "collision with the" meter ".
Had not received my conditions from the seller.
Also stayed with the implementation and gave my own input.
Furthermore, well satisfied, also with the aftercare with access to the French garden doors.

Poorly measured, filler edges used of about 4 cm on all sides.
front door with window consists of two parts that are not the same. damage the wall and floor when assembling. And do not respond to complaints at all .. are not connected at all so you can not do anything with your complaints

If you want to be ignored in case of complaints, want to wait for their fitter for nothing, if you want damage to your laminate, but especially if you just do not want a response to phone calls (you will be called back immediately and then never hear anything again) or no response for emails, you have to be here! You just have to accept a color difference because that is the way it is and even if you order something more expensive that cannot be delivered and you get a cheaper version, you can just pay the same price! Terrible customer-friendliness and certainly not recommended!

My experience with Designbouw is that the website is well-arranged and clear.
The staff is friendly and competent. We are very satisfied with our new plastic frames, it looks great.

Note the fine print of the contract. Assemble window without covering furniture and / or warning. Leaves new frames with black stripes. Nicely remedied. For 2nd guarantee item, large crack at the top of the window frame, according to the mechanic who immediately disappeared into the toilet upon entry, the kit edge was repaired. "We come to a customer for warranty 10 times a year." Disagreement about whether or not enough spirit level mounted basement window was dismissed by shouting, sarcastic remarks, an appeal to his authority as a mechanic. I'm done with Designbouw.

New frames and front door installed today. We are very happy with it. This morning at 8.15 am were two friendly and hardworking mechanics along and they have worked so hard and tidy. Everything was ready at 1 pm. Are very satisfied. Unfortunately I had a bad name in the past, but that is definitely in the past. @designbouw thank you

2 Have projects done by Design Bouw, a 5.20 m wide dormer window and a kitchen door + window / frame (at my son's house). Well executed, according to agreement, material is solid and they work fast. The price is also much lower than other quotes .... recommended. Too bad that the VAT is back to 21%.

Bezint eer ge begint. Eerst de kleine letters lezen, alvorens te tekenen. Anders brengt men drie jaar na dato nog 30% annuleringskosten in rekening. Een les voor het leven, zonder rechtszaak.

These people are only after money and do not think at all with fellow humans! Especially in these bad times they just expect money even if it is not there. Think very carefully before hiring this company.
