1 Bedroom Suite was good.
Hard to get around with security gates needing key access.
Restaurant is good

It'd be better if they were to take it on board to host pay per view events such as the heavyweight title fights with their ample facilities (multiple screens, theatre room etc) because they'd likely benefit

Went there for dinner and to watch state of origin. Dinner was delayed but ok. Worst was they tried to charge a premium to watch it in their sports bar.

Would be even better if a dress standard was enforced and security dealt with the people begging

Crowne Plaza Alice Springs Lasseters is a wonderful property. I stayed there the night of 8th February 2020. Well-located and close enough to both the airport, as well as to the main street/CBD of Alice Springs. The staff were fantastic. Terrific pool space. A number of restaurants/bars onsite. Breakfast was epic! There is also a $15 shuttle to the airport you can use. I will surely book again if I return to Alice Springs.

It was comfortable and very clean.
Very convenient, the bathrooms were amazing, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend it!

Poor check in disappointing on arrival that we like numerous other people were left waiting in excess of over 2hrs for our room when they were aware of our ETA.
The upside the room deluxe king room is beautifully appointed and bathroom is too. Walk across to the pool.
Room service a bit slow and being charged $5 on top of order you would expect the food to be hot?? However hubby had a steak sandwich that was cooked perfect my Barra was cooked but cold our sides chips tasted old and cold. Sad for the price.
If we weren't so tired from our flight and wait on arriving we would have gone to a restaurant or visited family for a meal.

Very ordinary. Staff seemed to have no training, tables not cleared even though there were hardly any people there, food took forever & $15 for 6 x half chicken wings which were also very ordinary. Wedges were OK though. Would not recommend!

buffet breakfast bacon dry and tasteless tomatoes to omelette yummy and none of the staff had smiley faces

Its ok clean simple. Slightly dated. Restaurants are a bit hit and miss. Friendly but not so prompt service.

Correct installation. Clean. Pool good. Pleasant that there is a Casino and 3 restaurants nearby.

Excellent service. Tali restaurant was lovely and our room was of a high standard. They are in the process of much needed renovation. It will be amazing when finished.

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic hotel. Had a small problem with the room but the staff were fantastic and sorted it as quickly as they could

Large modern rooms, bed was extremely comfortable, customer service was lovely, great variety of restaurants which were a little expensive but meals ordered were delicious.
Overall happy with my stay highly recommend and if ever in alice springs again I will stay here.

Lovely staff and cheap table games. $5 carribeen stud rocks.

Had dinner at the Juicy Rump Steakhouse. The food was lovely and the were enough options that you could choose cheap, moderate or more expensive. However our booking was lost and staff had to scramble to make room for our group, our main meal order was late and we were not notified that our dessert was ready. Pity as we really enjoyed the meal.

Provides a lot of community events for the local people.

Clean and modern hotel. Nice large rooms. Large and clean outside pool with poolbar.
Was a bit surprised at dinner because when a table is prepared for four, a couple may not sit there. They have to sit on a table prepared for two. Table size was the same.

Arrived from SA kinda late in the night ... everywhere we tried to book an overnight stay ... coupla hours sleep and more importantly, a shower ... palmed us off ... Lasseter's on the other hand were more than accommodating ... friendly and helpful reception ... thank you much ..

Need better Dress regulations to keep the Riff Raff out whom are always pestering people for Money and smokes if a smoker. No staff seem to look after the supposed Members Lounge as anyone just enters.

I've stayed here 4 times so far for periods up to 2 weeks and the rooms are fantastic with great hotel service, 5 stars for that but the restaurants within lasseters are a joke, the service, or lack of, is dead set pathetic... except for juicy rump which is where you serve yourself.

I am looking forward for the break I the two nights that I am going to book on the 25 and 26 of this month

We booked into Crowne Plaza Hotel Lasseters, two Deluxe twin rooms, connecting rooms, for our Christmas Family getaway for two nights. It was so worth it and can recommend this for bigger families.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable and secured. Kids enjoyed being at the poolside all day especially with there flatables. While at night fall my husband and I had time for a evening swim finished off with a spa. We also love our buffet breakfast at Tali Restaurant and staff were friendly and accomdating for our family and our other family that later joined us for a nights stay in on there own booking. The atmosphere of being spoiled, relaxed and pampered defenitely was received. There is only one thing I would I would ask that the mini bar fridge be abit bigger. It was to small and no where for us to put away things we wanted refrigerated. Over all, thank you Lasseters we loved our stay

Pretty horrible actually. No security to be seen, atm's inside the casino, overly drunk people everywhere and pockets of areas that smelt like sick.
I would not be going back in a hurry!

This is the 4 star hotel I don't believe. The room was so dirty and reception he's not helpful. We made a reservation for the mount view, but they gave us a room with a view of the building and we had to go back to the reception to change it... The staff disappeared after showing us another room, and we moved our luggage and looked at the new room, which was very dirty and disappointed as you can see in the picture. A few minutes after I called and asked, the staff came and showed us another room, and we were already very upset that we had no desire to stay at this hotel. We canceled our reservation and moved to the Hilton Hotel next to it. I should have made a reservation here earlier. Hilton Hotel is better. This place was recognized as an old and dirty hotel.

The staff were all helpful, friendly and all willing to go that extra mile for you. well done staff

The casino bit sucks. But luckily you can avoid it. The rest of it is pretty good.

Nice rooms. Clean and tidy. Issue with the cupboard door not closing therefore the light stayed on for the night.

So far so good. Room smelled funny on arrival but cleaner deoderised carpet and it seemed to be okay after that. Only here for 2 nights hope breakfast is good tomorrow

Great rooms and staff. Has only improved since being taken over by the Crown Group, hotel standard has increased significantly. Rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms in the new blocks are rather dark with all lights on. Room Service was wonderful, extensive menu available. Rooms have HDMI cord outlets for guests in the new block however the hotel has since disabled the use of these, not sure if this was done prior to crown taking over or after. However calling reception for assistance they will only inform you there are none, despite the fact that they are all present in Block 5 and visible to all guests. Guess they need to force people to purchase the expensive in house movies.

Nicely furnished rooms, average beds and close to the central town

I enjoyed my food at the juicy rump. Was a good sized portion and tasty - I ordered a parmy. I know the people I was dining with weren't to impressed with they're steaks, saying they were undercooked. But overall I enjoyed my experience.

I really liked this hotel. I had a ground floor room which was perfect and the room itself was very modern. Reasonable shuttle price to the Alice Springs airport. Really large pool! Was a welcome relief after a few days spent in the outback.

This place has improved immensely. Even has heated pool. Literally steaming. Rooms are as they always have been. Clean and tidy.

Didn"t even get as far as making a booking. When I questioned why the price quoted for a 2 night stay was more than I had paid in the past I was told "because we are living in the present not the past" lol. I explained I had paid less this year actually and asked to speak to a manager. I was told "It won't make any difference to the price." No, it might not...but it will make a difference to me choosing to stay there in the future! Not arguing about the price...just wanted to know why. FYI booking staff ...the prices go up during The Desert Art Exhibition........not because of anything else.
