Had a delicious Wagyu rump for dinner NYE 2019/20. It was perfectly cooked (Medium rare) and even better on 2-4-1 night my friend had an equally delicious Wagyu rump too, and we only paid for one. A great promotion, a delicious meal and a great place to start our New Year's Eve off. Highly recommended

A solid four star hotel and definitely the nicest in town.

My partner and i visited this casino both nights while we were in town and thought it was great expect the hospitality from a few of the staff.
We have been in hospitality for some time now and would like to commend Rachel and Steph on the service we received. However Matt the supervisor was rude to his staff and needs to learn that there is always someone watching you while you work. And Dana just did not provide any type of hospitality, she seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Lovely large rooms. Comfortable and clean. Staff very quick to help and always smiling.
The Casino is not as welcoming. Had a meal at Juicy Rump did great steaks, but the young man on the bar taking lunch time orders may need more training in customer service. No smiles, no product knowledge & no waitperson skills. Quite disappointing as the steaks were cooked to order and very tender.

Only had dinner. Expensive and the food quality was poor.

Meals each night with a beer $17. And they are GOOD meals... large and the selection of sauces is incredible. Great outdoor area, and service is amazing. Don't miss it, those meals are a winner.

Beautiful room. Had to get the tv sorted but all good. No music channel tho. Staff great quick to help. Will be back. Great stuff.

This place is wonderful. And the breakfast buffet was amazingly comparable to large city hotels.

Stayed in block 5 which is the newest with modern rooms and fittings. Ihg member, booked standard room and got upgraded which was much appreciated. Lovely view from room 5307 overlooking the pool and a bit of the ranges, nice and quiet.

Used to stay evey 3 weeks for at least 2 nights. But was very disappointed last stay. Room service breakfast was stone-cold both day I stayed. Quality of service severely declined. Extremely disappointed

This place in the past I have praised. Sadly hotels in Australia have taken the advantage of lowering their standards and upping their prices. They also make covid an excuse to reduce their standards. Crown Plaza in Alice has joined and taken advantage of being down right greedy in price and shabby in service. The pool has dirty filthy loungers, tiles all cracked and falling off around and in the pool. I could actually write a list a mile long of how badly the rooms, resturants, and service areas are as far as cleaning and servicing customers. We stayed two nights at $133 which we have stayed over the years for cheaper with better service. We asked to stay an extra night for the same price. We were turned down even though with covid the place was empty. So why not swop hotels for better service and a cheaper night. So we did. Sorry Crown Plaza we come into town from the outback frequently and if only you checked your data and questioned why we aren't staying any more. Honestly??? Yes we still come in often from the outback, sadly you have made us change to a cheaper and more accommodating hotel. So good luck to your future.

Awesome, block 5 is looked better than block 3 where I stayed.

Checked in to Lasseters after first checking in to the Hilton and finding it extremely unpleasant. Crowne put us in an amazing room in block 5. Staff were incredible, room was perfect. Really saved our trip.

Nice hotel- held a conference and stayed for 3 nights. Good facilities with a really nice restaurant!
