Nice place for dinner or lunch. We also stayed a few nights, rooms were nice, albeit a little small

The hotel rooms are small, I came across their movie deal, $34.95 for all the movies you can watch in one day Unbelievablely expensive. The Crowne serves good cheap food, but that's where it ends. Check in is interesting, they take your credit card and advise you that they will put a $1 on it. OK, my card had $50 taken off it. The manager explained that I was not to worry, it will be recredited in 7 to 10 days!!
Interesting scam considering 100s of people stay here. Make sure you check this transaction before you leave reception.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner there while on holiday there in Alice Springs

Really enjoyed the atmosphere at the Casino. Nice and warm inside on a rather cool day. Nicely laid out, well priced drinks $6.00 for a Schooner both beer and cider. Comfortable lounge to chill and take in the NRL. Happy to walk away with 60% profit after recouping full drinks cost. Bonza afternoon.

Clean rooms, good selection of restaurants, one of the better to stay at in Alice Springs

Clean tidy and great facilities in the rooms. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the rooms. Great pool with plenty of space and and it's own Cafe. Multiple restaurants to choose to eat from and a gym right next door to reception.

Clean comfortable accomodation. Professional polite staff. Everything you need in one place, including the day spa for that treatments to make your stay just that bit more special. Gaming rooms & spectacular Resturants. A must do while visiting Alice Springs & Uluru. Thankyou Crown Plaza Lasseters Resort Alice Springs.

Nice accommodation. Good restaurant. Spend the extra money and get a Deluxe Room in Block 5.

I'm an IHG member and have been for some time. Stayed at Lassiters many times but post COVID-19 standards have slipped. I got the room cheaper on Booking.com, we were the only people in the breakfast room and they got the breakfast wrong. Our room didn't get serviced and the general cleansliness was nowhere near the standard it was 12 months ago.

Block 5, rooms were great, the WiFi was quick and responsive, worked perfectly.

Refurbished rooms are good. The place is clean and the bed comfortable.

Great stay! The room was spacious clean and very nice. The bed was comfy and the sofa too. Lots of channel selection. Toilets was greatly furnished.

Amazing food at the restaurant Tali. Really worth the money. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. Amazing food and great quality.

The pool is vast and sometimes quite busy, but you will still have fun.
There is also a big gym.

The location is the downside, it is quite far from the center of Alice Springs, at least a 20 minute walk.

Overall an excellent stay and would recommend it to everyone travelling to Alice Springs. Thanks you Crowne Plaza for accommodating us!

We were upgraded to the Family suite in block 5 and have to say we are very impressed

Modern, clean rooms and friendly service. The place has a great pool too.

The staff were very helpful and tried their best to satisfy all our requirements but the wheelchair accessible room is the only room without a verandah or balcony and because it's attached to the casino, the noise outside the room was significant throughout the night.

We were terribly dissapointed with the casino and its beer being served hot and the drinks are ridiculously expensive! also very unruly and annoying clientele, our room service meal was cold on arrival and not eaten, breakfast in the morning at tali took over 45 minutes for our tea and coffees to arrive, breakfast about an hour with uncooked bacon, dirty plates left on tables with numerous wait staff walking straight by without clearing the tables and left there for the whole time we were there, they also left us sitting with our plates for over 20 minutes.

Overall very dissapointed with our stay.

The reception staff and duty manager were fabulous, but overall other staff need serious retraining.

Good place to stay, they have spa, bar, restaurants, business room, swimming pool and casino in walking distance.

Nice afternoon spent here except for the meal at lunchtime. Ate lunch at The Juicy Rump eatery (I won't call it a restraunt) Had the battered barramundi and salad which was virtually inedible. Fish was slimey and salad well past its use by date. I noticed everyone else left more on their plate than they ate. Management need to address this problem.

Modern, comfortable hotel, very good bedding. Swimming pool made for families, although few deckchairs ...
Casino right next to the hotel, with 3 restaurants, two very decent, one more fast food.
Perfectly cooked steaks, I didn't taste all the dishes, but the ones I ate were very good.
I would add that the staff is very nice (there are some French people allowed)

The staff are great, the room was nice, the food was pricey but also nice. But the amount of power outages during my stay was ridiculous! 3 hour long outages, and that's the ones I was there for. Possibly some while u slept too.How can a hotel not have stable power, especially a brand like IHG.
I was also informed after a few failed attempts to connect to the tv's HDMI, that the hotels tv's are all locked out for security. How can a HDMI port be a security risk? A little strange. Another feature the hotel does not offer.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights, in late January 2019. We found the room and hotel very nice and well maintained. Unfortunately the food and service in their main dining restaurant (Tali) was below expectations on both evenings. There appeared to be a lack of management oversight in the restaurant. The hotel was apologetic when it was brought to their attention and offered to make adjustments.

I like the casino but the gym can't even keep track of the bar lock thingies

Just had the worst meal ever in the juicy rump - fact is I ended up not eating it. Thai beef salad with so much pepper it burnt my mouth.

Rooms are beautiful and the gym and pool areas great. The restaurant areas are very disappointing, very grubby and tired looking. Doesn t seem to have any dress code and the service is of very poor standard. The whole area needs a huge make over and a lot of money spent on them to clean them up and build up there standard. By all means stay there but don t eat or socialise there.

The King room was decent and clean. Spacious enough for a single traveller with a desk to setup your laptop and utilise the complimentary Wi-Fi.

The room I got was outdated and needed significant renovation. Not the best, just ok.

Excellent service and amenities. Convenient shuttle into town (only 2k away of you want to walk). Multiple restaurant options within the same complex.

This is a hotel attached to a casino. No prizes for guessing where their efforts are concentrated. Rooms a facilities are fine but our experience with staff was woeful. Seems backpackers are employed to fill customer interfacing roles. Check in staff desultory with tick and flick and i had to keep asking them to repeat what they were saying. We dined in house (Tali) for convenience but staff poorly trained and little or no supervision. In fact it was obvious no managers about. Only one acting manager. Staff indifferent, ill informed and couldn't answer basic questions. Over 3 evenings we felt we were providing on the job training, not something you'd expect a PAYING guest to provide. We're on a package deal so have another night there at end of this week. Somehow I'm not hopeful things will have improved. This hotel needs a serious overhaul of it's staff training and managers who are on the ground setting examples

Rooms great arrived late at night, bit hard to find your way around, very poor lighting and signage. The map was very vague as well.

Dinner with friends. Service was good and the food was good. No complaints on this outing and would return.

Nice rooms. Lady who checked us in was very nice and helpful. Has pool and gym. Very nice. Nice views of the mc donald ranges and golf course.

Not a bad place to stay. But is let down by inadequate staffing at every turn whether it be at the front desk or the restaurants. But a pleasant enough stay. Getting a bit tired!! Rooms are a reasonable size.

Went to Tali restaurant. The service was great and food was delicious . The place looked beautiful also.

It's looking a bit out dated but thats why the price is so low right now. Renovations are immenent i hear.

Went to the casino 3 years ago and came back, they have renovated it and it looks great. Bar service was good and while sitting at the black jack table the service was great as well.

A great huge 2 room appartment. Very clean, spacious ,quiet. The whole resort looks fantastic. The staff at the front desk are all very helpful.Going down for a buffet breakfast now. A few of us are here for a wedding and we got a fantastic deal. Thank you.

A few minutes from the centre. Right next to the Casino where you can eat. Rooms comfortable. Pool area not croded.

Toilet very dirty, running water no stop for a very long time, need painting, no locks on door, no toilet seats,very dark, you tell staff about the running tape but no one seams to get them fix.
