Very nice refurbished rooms and you have free access to a full gym and form the gym has classes including body pump & such

Reasonable accommodation and service.
However a bit pricey for what you get.

Amazing room, very clean and tidy, super audio system connected to the huge television, very comfortable and big bed. People there are very kind and caring.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, huge comfortable beds, polite service, great pools and a very good buffet breakfast. Definitely recommended

Excellent hotel. Comfortable bed. Nice sized room. Elevator present (they call it a lift down here in Oz). Refrigerator in the room. There's an excellent restaurant and a casino where smoking is not allowed. The pool is well designed. I recommend this place.

The only caveat I have about this property is that they stock the bathrooms with medium grade rather than high quality toilet paper.

Gratefull to have a place like this in the middle of nowhere.

Garden salad consisted of mixed lettuce leaves and 2 slivers of onion, and I think there was one sliver of tomato so small but something red was in there. mushroom Gravy served in place of mushroom sauce on the scotch fillet. Waitress did not know what a Canadian and dry was. Overall meal very poor and service non existent.

Had long moter bike ride from dawin.booked in hung my bike trouser out to dry. Went for spme dinner xame back they had beem stolen 4 hrs in to booking in

Some initial Track work at the Junction ( Reception) of the Main Station via Set ( Tiker ) _ Menu Drinks For Large Table of 11 ...minus One ..
Was Effectively Solved by Food and Beverage manager...
We then Proceeded by the Shunting Yards = Main Open Air Kitchen...whole Cabbages were on Display for Kings ???Peat Boggling Aesthetics mayhaps?
Then into the Next Train's Waiting room that comprised of a Sound proof Sliding Doort (sic) Where Dinner was Served by a Bevy of Fettlers / Waiters _Waitresses and Sound Technicians...Of Chinese origin!!!
All in all a Goodly Repast worthy of a Few Chapters in James Joyce's "Ulysses"

It has to be Mentioned : No Brandy or Cigars where Smoked

Plus there seemed to be some confusion as to what a Posse Cafe was in terms of Density of Liqueur if Not a Drink ?
As A Fair Haired woman adjacent to me Ended up with Tap Water! (?)

The room we were in had a distinct tepid water smell coming from the air conditioner The beds were hard n the cleaning of the rooms was not detailed

Fantastic value for money, very clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful.

No stars what so ever, the security are absolutely disgusting. I tried to help a friend and they treated me like a suspect. Then proceeded to shove me and kick me out. I would never go here at night. The security staff are absolutely vulgar apart from one lady

Lovely accommodation and set in nice location below the McDonnell Ranges in Alice. Good swimming pool. the Juicy Rump restaurant is great and has a fabulous atmosphere. The Tali restaurant has a different more refined atmosphere and Indonesian feel to it; very nice.

Had a good stay.

As a local Territorian I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. The Salmon was over cooked and the so called cheesy garlic bread was garlic bread purchased from coles or woollies with single slice of cheese just chucked on top to make it look like a cheesey garlic breach.. Plush I thought the segregation days were over and done with..!!

Very nice to play some affordable tables. $10 blackjack. There's a pretty strong body odour smell from some of the patrons. That's the only down side.

Wandered through the casino but did not play. Not my thing. I did notice that promotional wall photos all featured caucasian models when clearly a significant percentage of the actual players were indigenous.
The restaurant produced good food but I thought, was expensive. Waiting staff intrusive at times in their efforts to please. Better than inattentive staff. Motel accommodation was excellent. Picturesque grounds , large swimming area and secure. I enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Not within walking distance of supermarkets etc

Had to wait 3 hours until my room was ready. Room service was permanently late or incomplete. Shower head had to be replaced 3 years ago. The gym is very good. The chef in the restaurant is amazing.

Stay here for couples time. First time to have a breakfast in this time, the breakfast was surprisingly great. I ordered the big breaky, the mushrooms and chicken chipolatas were hot and juicy. The seasoning of the mushrooms was perfect. The hashbrown was crispy, tomatoes cooked, but not too soft. The bacon crispy but not dry. The egg yolk of the poach egg was perfect runny.
Normally, Big breaky cannot say too much, people think everything is just grill, but it is not easy to make everything perfect and hot.
How amazing does the chef cooking!!!
Although, the house keeping provide two hair conditioner instead of shampoo and conditioner accidentally, the sweetly smile from the rooms service delivery person can give you a good start for the day.
They deserve to get 5 stars reviews.

TL;DR: Not good value - find somewhere else to stay.

On the positive side, the room was spacious and looked good, with a really nice piece of artwork above the bed. It came with the expected
accoutrements (even a golf umbrella and a night-light in the bathroom). Unfortunately, there were also a multitude of issues that rendered my stay a lot less pleasant than I would have expected from a supposedly 4-star hotel.
* The main door doesn't latch unless it is pushed shut.
* The door to the balcony won't stay closed - even when locked, there is about a 1cm gap that allowed me to clearly hear everything going on outside.
* The WiFi in the room was unusable. Whilst it was often possible to obtain an IP address, the connection would normally drop out before it could even download the captive portal login page. (OTOH, the WiFi in the restaurants was excellent).
* The bed was not made properly, with the bottom sheet put on unevenly so it couldn't be tucked in on one side.
* The towel rail was coming off the wall
* The air vent in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a very long time.
* The curtains left a significant gap on both sides (though I was able to wedge one side closed with the coffee table).
* The clock radio was almost bright enough to read by and needed to be covered before the room was dark enough to sleep.

A great place to unwind...and recharge your battery

I'm a frequent guest at the hotel. Things have improved since the renovations finished. However, room service quality is not so good. Breakfast service was great.

With the same entrance that we saw the lads arrive too from Pricilla movie it's timelessness is truly innovative. Like much of Alice the people are a little more aware but the scenery it beyond words!

Stayed here a couple of times. Nice accommodation and awesome pool!

Stayed here for one night but upon check in it was clear the room was not cleaned properly.
In the fridge there was a mini milk already opened and nearly empty.
There were sticky/stained surfaces on cupboards and chairs.
The shampoo bottle was dirty and half used.
This is extremely unacceptable especially during covid.
Rooms are average and also quite dated.

Restraunts deep fry your food in the afternoon hours before you come to eat definitely not recommended

Good facilities and rooms but service was disappointing. I booked using a reliable engine I d used before (which was fine for the other 2 hotels I booked in Alice) and they charged me a second time. When the menu at the Tali restaurant had the wrong prices and charged us higher than listed it solidified my speculation in their lack of customer care.

it is a place that no one is responsible. I called the reception and I ask why wifi is not working, she said perhaps people are using it. I am a regular customer and they made me to wait for 30 minutes because my credit card declined their $1 preauthorisation for possible accidental damage cover. I called my bank and waited in from of reception until problem was rectified . I checked in my room as usual and now wifi is not working and it is slow. It is so sad to see this city has two rundown irresponsible accomodations they call themselves 4 stars.

Good clean hotel a little bit of of town though. They had bikes we could use to get into town. Otherwise a cab was about $12. Breakfast included in the rate was substantial and the coffee was great. Very helpful staff.
