The hotel is nice and the rooms are clean, however the restaurant/casino is no longer a pleasant experience. All of the indoor spaces are now full of bathroom air fresheners, so imagine getting a spray of artificial chemicals while taking a bite of your meal. If you says there, use the rooms and pool, but eat elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay, and were impressed with all the hotel amenities. Special mention to the Korean lady named AJ at the front desk who was very helpful and gave us some good tips for site seeing around the red centre.
We left alot faster than it took to walk in.

Wonderful and helpful staff, well thought out design. Very clean and the aircon actually works. One small issue was the bathroom door could only be opened from the outside. Top marks.

Service Was good no complaints there,l. however the place is showing signs of wear. Deck needs a good oiling and the obscure screws in the corner closest to the car park do not inspire confidence.

Had a drink with a friend. The staff are friendly and it's a nice atmosphere. The was live music which was a nice solo piano playing and nice singing.
Always a treat to take friends to dine or simply enjoy the moment.

Food is great but the service was extremely slow and messed up our order several times. I guess it's what you might expect in Alice Springs but hopefully they can improve this so I can return now often.
This is a great place to stay in Alice Springs. It's possibly the best hotel I've stayed at in Alice. It's not close to the city centre but if you don't need to walk around the city I highly recommend this place.
Great facilities, excellent accommodation (the pressure of the shower was a little lame), but everything else was fantastic.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly, but we had booked a room for 4 and there were only 2 pool towels , the pool furniture was atrocious with 95% of the day beds being broken , the pool had a lot of broken tiles and there was no shade over the pool. Our booking was also meant to have a balcony and bath and neither were provided with our room.
The perfect base for a quick weekend visit to Alice! It can't be easy managing hospitality and tourism during COVID-19 but the service was exceptional - we felt well looked after and safe during our stay. Lovely pool and sauna to relax after a day of hiking. Highly recommend!

Rooms excellent but stay was marred by v/poor room service. Breakfast was over 40 min late and eventually had to be cancelled due to arrival of tour bus! They did supply a Breakfast pack but it contained cereal and milk which is a bit hard to consume on a bus!! Had to make do with a muesli bar for 2 hours to first stop where we were able to get a very welcome bacon & egg sandwich!!
However our dinner in Tali restaurant was first class and highly recommended!

Went for buffet breakfast. Uncaring staff member charged the same price for children as for adults, sneered at requests, turned their nose up at our food.
Average rooms. Tried to order room service from the room phone and no one answered for 10 minutes... phone from my mobile and they picked up straight away... Food below average Don't waste your money or time. Over priced. Go to The Hilton or any of the hotels available you will still get a better deal. Won't be back.

Loved our stay here!! Facilities are amazing! Gym, pool and best of all free wifi. Our only complaint if anything is the restaurant staff are a bit young and inexperienced. After having dinner and breakfast there, they need a few older people to show the young staff the ropes. Apart from that, I d definitely recommend it as a first choice in Alice springs.
This is the worst hotel experience I ve ever had. Firstly, the Premium room we booked, was not a premium because we booked twin beds. Still premium price, nothing like the website. On bringing this up with reception, they adjusted our room rate, but still charged my credit card the original price.
There s 2 towels in the room for 4 people. We left a please tidy our room sign on the door at 9.30 this morning. It s now 3pm, no room tidy, still 2 towels for 4 people.
For what is on eof the expensive, supposedly, premium rooms in Alice Springs, this is absolutely appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms are modern and renovated. However the hotel loses points for cleanliness (which is essential during this time).
Excellent hotel but beware of the Casino. It pays nothing especially at night when it fills up with perpetually drunk Aborigines.

We found this to be a good choice in Alice Springs. Particularly enjoyed the outdoor pool and jacuzzi area. The rooms were clean and modernised. The bathroom in particular looked like it had only very recently been upgraded.
I'm deducting one star though for the fact that housekeeping didn't come to service our room one day - even though we placed the "please make up my room" sign on the door when leaving at 8am. I called Reception when we returned at 4.30pm to ask for the cleaners to be sent over, and they told me they couldn't because they'd all gone home. To give them credit, someone from reception must have come to put things right a bit later, which was much appreciated.
Overall, would definitely stay here again.
Nice and clean accommodation, there is also free bus arrangement betweenthe hotel and the centre of Alice Spring.
Stayed in superior room, room disappointing, bland and tired. No minibar (due to Covid-19), furniture scruffy, no personal touches.
Food in restaurant however was sensational if expensive.
I went to Lavish at Passengers day spa. The staff are friendly, professional and I highly recommend the aromatic salt scrub treatment. I will be going back for other treatments.

Large size rooms. Nicely located. Oil stain on sheets on bed that did get replaced. Shower in bath is only shoulder high.

1st 2 nights were great. No real issues, pleasant bar service at casual restaurants, nice room 2101. Returned 3 days later to room 3118. Bathroom very small, but room comfortable. Heating system ok, but not flash. Lighting system in both rooms very strange. Lights links mean cant separate individual lights, they are wired in groups. Tali restaurant served 2 shockers. Breakfast-ignored by woman on front desk for over a minute-no queue. Then misheard our room number-said we had to pay first. Finally sorted. Long wait for coffee. Breakfast nice. Coffee to go good. But first impressions very bad.
Evening meal-had booked, asked for best lit table as wife partial vision-given darkest one. Moved to better one. Friends arrived. Waited 20 mins for wine. One Friends dinner didnt arrive until the rest of us had finished. Better training of wide range of nationalities employed needed.
Always enjoy visiting here . We like the bar meals.

I had a situation where I couldn t find my money. The security there was so good. They went through all the measures. Naturally we were stressed and they had to put up with our anger. The General manager even came in on his day off to help. Everything was sorted money was found and I m making a public apology to all the staff who were caught up in this situation. They were fantastic..after all this I now realise how great their security systems. I would recommend this place to anyone. The facilities are great. The staff are always willing to help and friendly. The testing material for rating places is how they handle a potentially bad situation and I will have to give them a 10/10 rating.
