I only gave one star because they don t have a Trash button! They have the worst customer service in history! During my registration I was sent an email stating that my permit was expired! I ve been shopping all month long and even just left LA fashion district a week ago and purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise using my permit! Whoever sent me the email has such a slick mouth! She wrote me stating (we are happy you were able to use an expired permit!) After setting her back Straight and sent all my invoices from last week she blocked my account stating I was unprofessional and my address didn t match and I m not allowed to contact LA showroom again! I called the customer service number and I was told that nothing said my permit was invalid and my permit is very so active! they only see the addresses were different! So she blocked my account because I was correct my permit was not expired but now you wanna talk about my address locations are the reason why my account was blocked!?!? No that s not what I was told! I sent proof of the email and my invoices from last week shopping trip! At this moment i don t want to do business with them! I rather continue to go out in LA twice a year and do my shopping personally! I don t want them making any money off from me shopping through them! Im good! Los Angeles must have a shortage on good workers!
