Had my MacBook upgraded here recently, stellar job... they also retrieved a whole host of data I lost after an unsuccessful system upgrade. Kudos to Nicky, Simon and Johnathon for getting me back up and running promptly.

Excellent service, nice polite, friendly and helpful staff

Quite comfortable with computers but my laptop (i7-6820 processor, Nvidia GTX980m, 16gb RAM) gave me an issue that was well above my pay grade to fix. It needed to be fixed asap as like many, I'm currently in the middle of doing online work. They were super quick and professional and the laptop is working better than ever! Saved me so much time trying to figure out what was wrong with it. Also excellent value for money and professional and friendly staff.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I spilled water on my MacBook Air and it completely stopped working. I brought it to a different laptop repair shop first and a couple of days later they told me there was nothing they could do for it. I took it to Laser for a second opinion and they had it up and running within a matter of days! I am so grateful to Nikki and Alan. 10/10 service -- I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

NIKKI done an enorous amount of work on my lap top and tablet. i had subsequent issue using it and uploading an add. i came to Nikki with my problem and i have to say i got my problem resolved and it remedied with great speed and efficiency and a friendly and professional approach. Absolutely delighted with the service. My computer was repaired in very short amount of time without an expensive cost. Nikki and other staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer, I am really impressed and would highly recommend this place.

There are good computer repair and sale shops in Dublin, but this one is the very best. Not only do they have the answers to all computer problems (including lost data and virus repair) but the place is great fun to visit, especially when Nikki is there. Highly recommended.

Having being told by 2 other service providers that files from my broken computer could not be retrieved I went along to Laser Computer Sales. Within 10 minutes there were able to retrieve my files and restored them to a backup disk. The files contained some treasured photos. With a little guidance from Laser and the backup disk they supplied I will in future keep backup copies. The owner and staff there were very helpful and I will use they for all my computer needs in the future

Excellent service and with my very damaged drive, they managed to save all my data. There was huge amount of precious photos and important documents which I hadn't backed all up. New drive has my computer so fast it like a new computer! Really appreciate the fantastic service!

I've been going to Laser for about 15 years now with all our home and work computer related things. They are absolutely brilliant. If only 'no star at all' was an option for these reviews: I was blatantly overcharged on a laptop power adaptor and treated to rude service. Will order online next time.

Nicci and all the guys at Lazer were super helpful to me. My laptop was on it's last legs, they fixed it for a while but it had a six month warranty so 5 weeks later when when it stopped working for me they tried to fix it again but this time it was done for! Nicci kept her word and I got a full refund, on top of that I bought a new laptop and they transferred everything from my old laptop onto my new one for nothing and installed some new material that would have cost me some otherwise for free too.

Needless to say I'm very grateful, I'm glad I found them and I'll certainly be back along with sending many others their way too!
