Can never get a hold of anyone and rarely get called back when leaving a message & you're treated as if you're scamming the system. 700 dollars is not enough to help someone on there feet when rent is almost 600 dollars.
Can never get a hold of anyone takes weeks for someone to get back to you. A few workers are extremely rude and should not be in a workplace that deals with interactions they should be where you dont have to talk to people at all.
