Where do I start I fell down the stairs so I was in a lot of pain the nurses were quite rough they didn't give me any water or food for about two and a half to three hours I'm diabetic and I was dehydrated. I had to take my own blood sugar from my own kit because they didn't come to check my blood sugar one single time after the initial blood taking. One nurse asked how I was getting home I said I have no freaking idea she laughed the Wi-Fi in the hospital didn't work so I didn't get a hospital phone until I got released and was at the door. When I went to leave the little room from the emergency portion I was stumbling there was a orderly or somebody behind me watching me and when I fell he finally offered me in a wheelchair the only Shining Moment was when the doctor came to put stitches in my forehead and he didn't hurt me at all he was wonderful he was a two-month resident I wish I had his name but I'm sure they can figure out who it was I was there today the the 18th of September Monday between noon and 7,in #23 in the er

Since being admitted upstairs, I just want to say that they have made up for the horrible night in the ER. I have been treated with nothing but kindness and compassion. The fourth floor rocks
I'm not a patient but my husband has been for over 4yrs. Have seen lots of changes and not for the better. Lots of new faces, long time employees have left due to lack of help and we have seen this. Too many patients per nurse and not enough help for them. The other night it took 4 hours to get a pain pill. Nurses don't check on you like they should....they don't have time. God forbid you have something serious go on and you are there alone. That's why I am always there when he's admitted..one time he aspirated and had I not been there he wouldn't be now. Not everyone has someone to sit with them and babysit. I only hope this doesn't go on. One day someone is going to die and this hospital could get sued. If you want more stories from me feel free to call me. I have many.
Amazing service from the entire staff. I walked in, saw the ER Doctor within 5 minutes (Amazing). Nursing staff put in an IV for fluids, and pain in 10 minutes. Had to get a Cat Scan and from start to finish was in the ER for less than 2 hours. The staff was polite and very attentive to my needs,
When my husband was having open heart surgery I waited in the cardiac waiting room. At 8 A.M. I was called telling me the procedure had started and at 10:30 A.M. I was called with an update and told someone would call me in two hours. No one called or came in to see me after that. I had to go into the CCU unit to ask about my husband and find out exactly what was done. That was at 3 P.M. when visiting hours started. The nurses taking care of my husband were terrific in the CCU unit and on the cardiac floor.
Not a good place to go went thinking I might of had a spider bite on my pointer finger without looking at it the took an exray and said there was nothing wrong with it even though it was black blue and swollen 2xs the size went to a different hospital a day later to find out it was a blood clot this place is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my life.... I don't suggest anyone goes there !!!!
I was in an accident a UPS truck stopped dead in the middle of the road and I ran into the back of them want to bicycle hard split my head open and several places and I thought something was broken my hands but apparently it was nerves in skin damage from the impact all I know is my hands we're on fire and sharp intense pain with shooting into my fingers I couldn't stop myself from from making noise or retracting my hands from the paramedics it hurts so bad well the paramedics kept grabbing my arm impending impending me to the gurney in the truck and grabbing my hands I was yelling please stop and asking for something for the pain when we got to the hospital the doctors and the nurses were ruthless they did not take care of my injuries or take care of me at all all they wanted to do was grab and be extremely rough thinking I was seeking pain medication they finally gave me something for the pain and let me sleep until it wore off then woke me up and started again I could not have anything touch my hands even the wind or a fly touching my skin hurt so bad they would not stop they were rough and ruthless then put Staples in my head with no pain medication the doctor only got one and I made them stop and glue it instead of taking care of with me and finding out what was wrong with my hands they kicked me out of the hospital saying discharged no x-rays didn't bother to see what was wrong or why I could not even do my unzipper I put my hands through a shirt or jacket by the way they cut my shirt off so I had to leave with no shirt could not touch anything couldn't carry my stuff and if they're in the trespass me when I walked out the door later that night it hurts so bad I couldn't stand it no more so I called the ambulance the ambulance drivers for Largo refused to take me to Morton Plant the only thing they would say is they're calling the sheriff's department for what for what reason I do not know but the service at Largo Medical Center and the ambulance drivers was extremely brutal painful and very embarrassing of how they treated me I advise if you do not have insurance or money do not go to Largo Med do not go near there theythey do not care about their patients they are brutal ruthless an an extrem unprofessional my experience with Largo Med was a complete nightmare it's been days now and my hand still hurt so bad the skin is starting to heal now it's starting to itch and not be so painful but they're still stiff I can barely bend my fingers Largo Med was a complete nightmare for me the most horrible experience I've ever experienced in my life in the medical field
What actions have they done to better patients experiences? Nothing. Don't waste your time and money. Let the reviews speaks for its self. They are not joking when they said, " it's a teaching hospital." If you want experienced and quality care, avoid this hospital.
Spoke with on call NURSE Pat, he was ABSOLUTELY wonderful, gave me instructions on how to take care of my medical issue. Saved me a costly trip to the ER, as I am waiting for my insurance to begin. Thanks Pat
I've never experienced such crappy medical care hour-and-a-half you sit in a room after you tell the nurse you have chest pain and nobody comes in your room I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this Hospital horrible customer service horrible bedside manners and they could care less if you die in your bed!! We left so I could take my sister to a real Hospital!!!!
I had a great experience! I had an extreme toothache today and from the moment I walked in the moment I walked out I felt welcome. I'm not one to go to the hospital but today was an emergency. Dr.Williams was very nice and understanding with me. It was also very fast and efficient. Definitely recommend it to anybodyou having a small.medical emergency.
I had the operation on January 25, 2021 in the morning, the coat I was wearing was stolen from me and it never appeared. Most people treat you very badly. I was in room 581 with the sick Donna, she's a horrible person. Very bad experience there, I hope I never go.
Dr. Roy is extremely personable and relates to your condition with empathetic communication. The best bedside management I have ever experienced. He talks to you like you have been neighbors for years.
Everybody was wonderful, from the time we arrived to the time we left. My wife has been in many hospitals and I must say this is the most pleasant experience ever.
My mother was taken to this abusive hostile hospital via ambulance. She has COPD PTSD DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY DISORDERS. She was having trouble breathing at home from her copd and her oxygen levels were in the 70s in the ambulance. Once she arrived at the e.r they put her in a room that was leaking rain water everywhere including her bed, medical machines that she was hooked up to, the tables and on her. Everything was soaked. She was very weak and was given many meds to help her start breathing better again so she could not get out of the bed she was in so she pushed the nurse button. Over 2 hours later somebody finally walks past her room and sees her in there being rained on and says " I had no idea anyone was in this room nobody knew anyone was put in this room" and so forth. My mom tells the woman she needs to moved because shes being rained on along with all the equpitments shes hooked up to and eventually they find her another room. This room os leaking rain from the Windows so the floor is set which has to be a safety hazard for everybody. The staff decide to bring buckets to gather the rain.....REALLY? Again she asks to be moved and eventually they get her into a different area and room. Now, all this happened in just several hours of first being admitted and my mom was in no condition to handle this terrible care and unbelievable high stress levels. But it gets worse. She is in the ICU where she has a male tech who likes to abuse his patients. While my mother is hooked up to her lung saving medical equipment laying in a bed weak as ever this inhumane tech is in the hallway and decides he is too good to walk the pack of socks to my sick mother so he throws them at her instead. They land on the floor and do you think he picks them up to help her? NOPE! He makes her, as weak as she is, get out of her bed to pick of the socks he threw at her FROM THE HALLWAY. My mother was at this hospital for just over one seem with this character abusing her. He was in her room while she had her I.V switched from 1 arm to the other due to blood clotting and took the blood pressure pad and put it over the new I.v area and actually pumped it up on top of the I.V my mom told him he was hurting her and asked him why he put it there and his response was " because i can" her lung doctor witnessed a small portion of this and when her blood pressure was through the roof even asked my mother if the tech did something to hurt her she replied yes and thats when my mother told him exactly what happened. They even sent two women to her room to make a report on the mutiple incidents this guy had with my mom and told my mother they would move him to work with men only. Which never happened. Once my mother was able to move out of her bed she Sat in the chair in her room and was texting some family members about how horribly this tech was treating her. And when my mother looked up he was standing there in front of her. He never knocked or made his presence known that he was even in her room so my mom let out a scream because he startled her and her chart shows her bad her anxiety is so by now the people taking care of her should have the respect and knowledge of announcing their enterance into her room. She yelped and jumped when he scared her which made her slip almost completely out of her chair. Nurses and staff from the hallways came in because they could hear in their own words "the aftermath" of what he did to her. She has been out of that place for 2 days and is still crying and emotionally distressed over how horrible she was treated by him and the fact that she reported him several times and nobody took him away from her or even contacted her since she has been home to follow up on the complaints. Today when she called to find out what else needed to be done to keep him from abusing more people they lady Kayla or carla actually said " please try to let it go and turn on your T.V and watch a soap opera." I'm hoping to get a lawsuit started on my mothers behalf. And to keep that tech from abusing anyone else. What if it was your loved one?
This hospital is dangerous! They kept my poor ninety year old grandmother so heavily sedated that I was unable to have a conversation with her for over a week! Totally disoriented and upon her return to the Assisted living facility she was still so medicated that she fell and hit her head. While she was a patient here at Large Medical, I was never able to get through to staff to check on her and I found a couple of them to be rude and uncaring. I would NEVER recommend this horrible, disorganized and uncaring hospital and will NEVER allow her to go back!!! TERRIBLE!!!!
Had a horrible visit I was there almost 2 hours before I was seen and it wasn t even busy! I had to pay a 300 dollar deposit up front and they didn t even explain things to me , didn t tell me where to fill my prescription they didn t give me any details on what was actually wrong with me and barley did any testing ! They gave me a prescription and diagnosed Me with something that didn t cause the problems I m having , I told them I m having pain and they told me to take something I m not even allowed to take while pregnant!! They clearly do not have the right education for that work , if I m spending so much money for a ER visit I expect to be decently taken care of
My experience was mostly positive. I went to have a bowel series done by drinking a concoction to enable better X ray pictures. The only negative thing was, I was not informed about the adverse effects my bowels would have from the clear substance they chose for me to drink. I had extreme diarrhea a few hours after I drank it, with a very raw, red, sore bottom and bleeding hemorroids to the point that I was almost crying. If they would have told me this was going to happen, I may have opt for the berium or would have known to take precautions prior to the first episode. Please let other patients know of the effects after this procedure. Not fun!
Great staff. Quality medical care also. My husband has been a patient there twice in the last 3 months. Emergency room Intensive Care Unit and general rooms. Everyone in every Department really seem to care about his condition.
I was promised a written report by today of my recent tests and I have not received them. I left a voice mail today but haven t heard back yet. Not happy at all.
Individually the departments were GREAT. The nursing staff gets 5 of 5 stars. The director of nursing, Diane was tremendous!
The issue I had was being a manager most of my career was the lack of coordination between the departments. Largo depends greatly on hand offs placed by Dr's notes put in the system.
I could have been discharged Wednesday if everything was timed perfectly. Didn't expect that but I should have definitely discharged by Thursday. Well that didn't happen. I had to fight and was threatened to be tagged as AMA (against medical advice) on Friday 7PM.
Case management is a total joke here as they promised to help me get discharged by Thursday. Well when I called Friday I was told that we are working on getting u out today(friday). I called at 445 friday and waa told my caseworker had left for the weekend.......nice, no call, no notice.
I will never go back to Largo.! Morton Plant is superior.
I am in here right now,the first 30 minutes went great thanks to the students, four hours later they should have been done only takes about 30 minutes for the result but that was four hours ago.
My husband had a rectal resection from cancer & a colostomy. 4th floor, the RNs, CNs & his surgeon & other Doctors were all great!!! He was well taken care of, everything was explained to us, everyone who came into the room used hand sanitizer coming & going. His physical therapist were all very good & encouraging. The food was very good, & I ate from the cafeteria & it was very good too. The rooms were cleaned & disinfected while he was there for 10 days.
5 stars to Dr. Osman-Mohamed Dr. Osman-Mohamed has shown us a high level of professionalism since our first meeting with him, throughout the transplant and follow-up process. The aptitude and passion with which Dr. Mohamed executes his work makes him unique. Definitely his expertise should be exposed and expanded to another level where other surgeons specializing in organ transplant could benefit from his remarkable knowledge. As a human being, Dr. Mohamed is compassionate, listens patiently and understands the emotional process through which the patient and his family go through. I exhort each individual working IN THE HOSPITAL, nurses and allied staff to emulate his professionalism and dedication to help make this hospital one of the best in the nation. Keep in mind; COMPASSIONATE AND DILIGENT PATIENT CARE is vital and very important after a surgery and the patient and Dr. Mohamed deserve that care and support. Dr. Mohamed and his working team IN THE OFFICE made a difference in our overall experience. We thank you and bless you for all you have done for out daughter. We love you very much and we wish you much success in your professional and personal life.
I was a patient at Largo Medical for six days and from the moment I came through the ER, and then was admitted with double pneumonia, I was treated with the best care I could ask for. Everyone-and I do mean everyone, from the people who brought my meals, to the techs that drew my blood and took my vitals- were kind and always pleasant. And my nurses- they were the absolute BEST!! Kinder, more professional people cannot be found anywhere. I was always kept informed about my progress and what I could expect to happen, and always with a pleasant attitude. I hope I don't have to be hospitalized again any time soon but if in the future I do, I hope I will be taken to Largo Medical. The nursing staff is second to none. Thank you.
Since they went HCA they are horrible! Emergency would not do proper evaluation and my wife was sent home with a misdiagnosis. Had to go back following week by ambulance to find out she had a fractured back! I would go past an HCA to another hospital. This being said the nursing staff my wife had during her second stay went beyond the call of duty to try and help her in spite of the hospital and their care. It is a shame because Largo Medical used to be a good hospital.
A genuinely first class hospital. Outstanding physicians, nurses and allied staff. You receive truly comprehensive treatment. They leave nothing to chance. Most rooms are private and the nurses check on you often. Furthermore, the food is excellent. However, it is expensive. But with good health insurance it is inexpensive. I highly recommend this hospital!
when I went back in november due to extreme pain on my side after I coughed so much when I barely could walk since I felt something popped or cracked along with sinus issues, chest congested and being tired most of the time, they only gave me mortrin which I told them that I needed something stronger which they couldn't. I take mortrin every month any way. I told them that if I had to I could take the whole bottle since that was how much pain I was in. I will never go back there even if its close by. Morton Plant actually was little better even though the pain med they gave me still didn't work. I had to be on bedrest for few days by my own decision and it actually went down but something is there to this day but at last Im not in pain but being cautious what I do til it get better or whatever it causes the pain
My experience in the past month and a half for the three times that I've had to be at Largo medical center was excellent. They were extremely informative, excellent bedside manner, and the food was even very high standard, and they met every single need that I had for my conditions, and they did so with a smile on her face every time. I hope in the future I never have to go to another hospital they are definitely five star to me.
This facility is so good! I am so thankful for everyone at Largo Medical. My mother went here because of a subdural hematoma. All the Nurses, Doctors, and the whole staff treated her so good. She said all the staff was so caring and loving towards her. I am very thankful that she went to this Hospital. She was then transferred to Northside for a surgery, everything went well there . Dr Koebbe and Dr Whisenant did a great job on her surgery. I would definitely recommend this Hospital to everyone. Thanks again!
The worst hospital out there. The staff is rude and ill attentive to patient's needs. My best friend passed due to a heart surgery that was told by nurses and doctor was a 99% success rate. DO NOT TAKE ANY OF YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. The doctor didn't even called after everything happened to follow up and at least give condolences. No clergy was available at the hospital and having my mom as a nurse she knows that clergy was ALWAYS available on call. Horrible horrible place.
My entire experience was poor. I will say that it was nice to have decent employees in the CT lab, they made it worth it. But I am debating if I will ever go back.
I was treated well by everyone I have encountered. They are serious about keeping a safe environment with the covid pandemic. Upon entering they do a brief survey to make sure your in the right place etc. If your getting entry they take the following steps. They take your temp and have you sanitize your hands. They have you take off your face mask and put on their brand new face mask. I want to give a shout out to Shannelle and MRI tech. Stoyran.
Many staff members seemed friendly but unprofessional. A paramedic at the front desk was humming some song while entering my information, then started burping. Neither a nurse, nor a doctor introduced themselves. Nurse NEVER used groves (or did any other hand hygiene method) while taking care of me, including while starting or maintaining an IV. IV ports were never swabbed with alcohol wipes either. In short, infection control was very poor. The only reason I graded this visit as "3" and not lower was because the problem I came to the ER with was resolved relatively quickly.
I read these negative reviews and am SHOCKED. My wife had lumbar surgery at Largo Medical Center yesterday (Jan. 6,'15). We were overwhelmed with the efficiency of the check-in procedures. The processing nurse was most personal and efficient and entered TONS of data into the computer while she was being prepped. There were coffee and doughnuts in the Surgery Waiting Room. There was a longer wait that we would have liked to get into the OR, and I was not informed of how the surgery went until the next morning. Wife was groggy - still under anesthesia - but had a restful night. Lower back surgery is SERIOUS surgery, and the wife will spend several more days in the hospital. We have experienced 5 other hospitals in the area, and I - personally - am impressed with LARGO MEDICAL CENTER the most.
Horrible hospital beyond slow all the nurses and drs do is sit down and play on phones or chat push call nurse button the never come horrible never again
All the staff working in the hospital are very professional from maintenance, nurses, doctors, A doctor, DR Patricia chun and was a victim of DISCRIMEN not satisfied, DR Chun has taken all the medicines forcing me to take morphine which I am allergic to. Dr. chun was aware of how serious and complex it was to take that medication. .. I am formally denouncing the lack of human ETHICS of said Dr. Not satisfied with the damage already caused, she canceled my surgery which was scheduled for Monday, October 28 ... I ask that this was not forgotten ... To that nobody is discriminated against and can receive first-class medical attention. Thank you
The Clearwater ER offered me the choice of checking out Against Medical Advice or accepting their direction of riding an ambulance to their "sister" hospital, Largo Medical Center. Two cardiac tests could only be performed at a hospital (not accessible at Clearwater ER). Having settled into a patient room at Largo Medical Center at 11:30 p.m. on a Thursday - the cardiologist supervising the two tests visited with me, briefly. During the 8 hours I spent at Largo Medical Center, several tests were conducted - including 1) a stress test and 2) an ultrasound. Having not seen the cardiologist after these tests, I was surprised to be told that my "providing" doctor authorized my discharge. Although this news was conveyed by a nurse about 5 p.m., I suspect that the "providing" doctor issued this authorization much earlier (and had already completed her workday). In response, I asked 3 different times about the results of the two test for which I was whisked over by ambulance. No one at Largo Medical Center, who talked with me, had those answers. In my opinion, a professional cardiologist would have visited me and explained the test results, in reasonable time. Largo Medical Center nurses suggested I make an appointment with my primary care doctor, to learn the test results. My coordinating doctor, a specialist, had no availability for a month. The cardiologist's (separate) office had no availability for a month. I made an appointment to see the cardiologist's nurse practitioner in a few days. When I phoned that office, just before driving over, I learned that the test results were not available. I concluded this meant the nurse practitioner could not disclose results she did not have, and cancelled the appointment. In my opinion, the behavior of the Largo Medical Center - as a whole - demonstrated a) inadequate resources, b) a culture completely lacking empathy or efficiency - taking about than 2.5 hours to discharge me, after advising that my doctor authorized discharge, plus c) complete disregard for my time, emotional trauma, and value - for my time, suffering, and money. I cannot recommend a hospital that takes 8 horrendous hours of my life in exchange for nothing more than a kick out the door, still too weak to drive (from medications and lack of food) at 7:30 p.m. on a Friday night.
My mother in law called me with severe abdominal pain, no bm in several days. I am a nurse, and told her to go to Morton Plant. She went here to Largo instead because it was closer to her home. Dr ordered a CT scan, the quack foreign radiologist who read it wrote, "Pt inserted foreign object into rectum causing blockage." So the staff labeled her as a wacko. So I had to go down there, and Eventually after continuing pain I asked if they woud do a colonoscopy. It was done a day and a half later, the bowel had perforated, meaning feces in with internal organs. Turns out it was a large mass of cancer, not a dildo or hamster in there. Keep in mind this is a 70 year old woman. Most patients of this age no longer are gerbilers or experimenting with dildos up the rectum. If a patient denies inserting anything into their rectum, a doctor should take them at their word until something shows otherwise. So they surgically removed it 3 days later. The incision failed, had to do wound care forever at home, then it herniated, having to be surgically repaired again. She just had her third surgery to fix this mess. Also she has had chemo and radiation to deal with the cancer.
The sad part is, even if it had been a dildo or gerbil up there, they would not have done anything to help without a nurse or persistent family member going in and hounding them.
I recently had cervical spinal fusion at Largo Medical. I spent 1 night in the Neuro ICU and 1 night in a regular room. The care was outstanding from start to finish. The staff in the surgical center went out of their way to make me feel comfortable before surgery & the Nurses taking care of me after were very caring & kind.
As always, I had a very positive experience at Largo Med. There was a bit of an issue, which was the fault of no one. It took some time to work it out, but thanks to the patience and expertise, of I believe her name was Felicia, I was able to proceed, with the CT. Thank you so much, Felicia! The actual procedure was performed by the same person, Darren, who had done the procedure for me only about two weeks before. Just like Felicia, he was very professional and extremely gentle getting in the IV and performing the procedure. Thanks so much to these great professionals, my rather long morning was just as easy, as it possibly could have been.
Went to Largo Medical because of respiratory issues. They gave me a Covid test and 2 days later it came back positive. They said I had to leave the hotel and quarentine for 10 days and dismissed me with no instructions, no medicine and I went downhill until an ambulance took me to Morton plant who treated me right.
I was there for a kidney transplant everyone from surgery to the nurses on the transplant floor were the best I have ever had. They were there as soon as you need them for pain med, water what ever you needed they got it fast no waiting. Thank you so much for the awesome care.Robert
I usually use Baycare. With that said, I was impressed by the staff and facilities at Largo Medical. Nurses, doc's and other staff were outstanding. Care was very comprehensive.
Top notch care all the way from check in to several days of recovery. Deb my charge nurse put up with me, even as unbearable as I was. I was absolutely rude and defiant to everyone. The admin, speech, food services, nurses and doctors were at all times (no matter how I acted )kind and professional. I have had three surgeries in this hospital and highly recommend it. Dr. Webb and crew did an outstanding job on my neck. First off, thank you for tolerating me and secondly, thank you for a wonderful experience once again.
Nurses were wonderful. They explained everything as we went. ER nurse explained things to about my medi-port (I've only had a week) that I had no idea about. I'm thankful for her help.
Don't go to this hospital's ICU or let your family members go here if you want to come out alive! They literally starved my mother to death. I understand my mother was sick, however, while my family and I kept asking and insisting they feed her, they only attempted to do so with a feeding tube three days after her surgery. My mother complained that it hurt, so they removed the feeding tube assuming she had a gall stone and did nothing else. So, I pressed the doctors on getting her some sort of food and they ordered something called a TP IV, which was a nutrition IV that I was told is not readily available and is "outsourced." Well, it was too late and my mother passed away the next day. If she had been fed, I truly believe she would have had the strength to overcome what she was going through.
This hospital is so slow in getting anything done and I feel as though they disregard the elderly. Many of the ICU nurses are rude and don't care about the patients. And the night and weekend crews are AWFUL!!! They have the worst nurses and the only doctors are residents in the evenings and on weekends. They call this a teaching hospital, but if you are in the ICU, do you really want a kid fresh out of medical school with no experience caring for you or your loved ones?
My Outpatient procedure experience was exceptional. All the people that came in contact with me were friendly, knowledgeable & proficient. My son, who was accompanying me, also remarked how nice everyone was. Largo Med is the hospital for me from now on!
I have never felt so disheartened by our healthcare system then when I go to this hospital. They don t actually help you. 1. Here some antibiotics for a virus That s not how antibiotics work.... 2. How you feel better. Here s a X-ray and stabbed me in the nose to make my nose bleed, to check for the flu. 3. Never ran the tests or sent information on xrays. 4. No follow up call from the doctor.
In Auto accident, EMS takes me to Largo Medical Center for checkup.. Visit was excellent.. very Professional, Examinations completed and released within 90 minutes.
I explained at the very beginning that you were going to need an ultrasound IV to get into me. You didn't listen. I went through 4 different people who couldn't get into me, finally the doctors nurse/? had to come in and do it because the doctor couldn't wait any longer (colonoscopy) for an ultrasound or someone trained on the ultrasound IV. Please train more people on this procedure, and listen to your patients. Aside from that everyone was very friendly.
Surgery was scheduled for Friday, but due to overflow it was canceled. Largo Medical Center opened up the Surgical Center on Saturday in order to accommodate me. I was kind of scared and my Nurses, Crystal and Megan took extra time to alleviate my anxiety, I can t thank them enough, they are an asset to your organization. The Anesthesia Nurse was a little tough, but she ended up making me laugh. The Anesthesiologist was very informative, Pierre was very professional and lastly, my Surgeon, Dr. Donnelly is an artist. My wife had a similar situation in December and her experience was the same, excellent in all regards. Thank you for the entire staff s professionalism from pre check in to exit.
I was treated in the ER for a painful kidney issue on 7/1/15. I was seen immediately, diagnosed promptly and treated courteously and professionally throughout. All staff members, from Physicians, to nursing, imaging and Administration/Registration were attentive and caring. I simply could not have asked for a better response during a trying time.
Extensive check in process, is goes overboard. 1. they call you day before 2. when you get there you have to fill out a long list of disclosures and provide information that was already provided via step 1 phone call. 3. most of the disclosures are accept or deny that you have ready the numerous privacy notices, but they don't provide you them, until you ask and then there are 10 to choose from.
