They are very unprofessional only person that tried to help me was Donna, I was told I was approved for a certain amount then told I wasn t approved and they went back and fourth with me! They don t call back you have to call a thousand times just to get some kind of answer they transfer you to people and it goes to voicemail this place is BY FAR the worst dealership I ve been too. There 95% approval rate is a lie and all they do is get your hopes up. Only reason they got two stars from me is because Donna tried to help! They ran my credit and said they were going to get me into something and didn t. The worst do not go there!

Amazing car buying experience! Ben Royal treated us with such respect and professionalism. He worked his six off for us, going above and beyond to meet our needs and wants. I purchased a used Jeep Renegade and absolutely love it! I ve been eyeballing it for a week and Ben has been in contact, texting (I m on the cusp of Gen X and Millenial) and BUSY! He made this experience convenient. He is salt-of-the-earth people and that is hard to come by these days. I couldn t have asked for a better salesman. If you are wanting a haggle free, no stress, good time, go check him out, I guarantee you won t be disappointed! And of course, we cannot forget Patrick Madden for his attention to detail and having our back as well. We will definitely return for future purchases and hope to work with Ben again.

Had to pay for a alignment they couldn't fix. The break room is worth 5 stars though.........Once again in August of 2018 we dropped off my wife's jeep before 8am to get a issue fixed under warranty. Appointment wasn't until 10:15 but we was told we could drop it off & leave it. Wife called through out the day to find on information on it but could never get an answer. I ended up calling around 3 & was told they got backed up & could not get to it today even though we had a appointment, which the service guy said the appt was with him & not the technician....ok? So I said ok I'll bring her to come get a loaner & he informed me he wouldn't have a loaner till friday. Wth! So we went & picked the jeep up & took it straight to fletcher in Jane Missouri & got a loaner & left it overnight.

Purchased a Camaro ZL1 in May. Waited a month for the tags, but still nothing. After 5 phone calls, all of them saying they would return my calls, which they never did, I finally got another temp tag in June since it expired. Now it's July, still no registration. The temp tag expires on July 15 and once again now returned phone calls. I've been emailing the salesman who keeps saying "I'll find out for you", ", let me get in touch with the finance department". After all that he just gives me the number and says I should call them. This is the worst customer service. Nothing but lies and run-arounds. And I still don't have an answer. Go somewhere else.

Update 7/5/19:
Just called the dealership and got into contact with Malia Stratton. She's the only person to reply to my phone calls. She found out the info for my registration and assured me that she would call before my temp tag expires and overnight me one if I had not received my tags. Very professional and courteous.

Why would you put lugnuts on so tight that if you have a flat you have to call someone to change it for you because without super human strength then you can't take the tire off yourself. What a waste of time and money. I have been changing tires since I was a kid so I have the ability to do it myself . Poor form on behalf of the service center. I will not ever go back there.

Too bad I couldn't give negative stars, i definitely would. Was lied to by Sammy the salesman and Patrick the guy that does all the final paperwork when buying a new vehicle. They are very unorganized and unknowable as to how things work with their company. Was told the inspection on the used vehicle we were buying was done, only to find a bulb out and bring the truck back in the first day following the purchase to get it replaced. After 6 hours or better of sitting in their waiting area they come out and tell me I need to schedule the inzpection to be done. Then Sammy thought it was fair to just leave my family of 6 without a vehicle while they took 3 days to service and inspect the truck. I explained that was not going g to work and was of no fault of my own and several hours later managed to get a loaner vehicle that would fit 4 of our 6 family members. Was straight up lied to by both these clowns about a refy to get the payments lowered, even after several in depth and detailed conversations. I would not use McLarty Daniel again if it was the last dealership for 1000 miles in any direction. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle, burned me twice one 1 truck.

Made an appointment. Told we would have to wait af...

Made an appointment. Told we would have to wait after making an appointment. Waited longer than what they thought it would take. Changing tires after making an appointment should not take 2 hours +. Damaged two wheel studs. I replaced at home, because I didn't want an impact gun used again which was the likely cause of wheel studs being damaged. Also on a seperate occasion was charged a little over 100.00 to plug in an air bag seat sensor to attempt a fix that ultimately did nothing. I have to update this. Took it here again because of scheduling. Tried to schedule some tire changes. Went in and they took the wheel lock off and switched the lock to stock lug nut and lost the lock and the key to the locks. I had to purchase a new lock key and waste my time here. I check the car everytime I take it anywhere for tires or anything. They said they could not change tires because I didn't have the lock. They changed it and lost/stole it. We won't take our car there anymore. Had warranty air bag work done, and they damaged the clips for one of the vents. So the vent doesn't sit flush or really hold tight like it should. Atleast it doesn't rattle. We also had warranty work for an alternator because the alternators they use on earlier challengers are junk. They should not fail at 60k miles.. They did reimburse us for the previous alternator which is nice so we had one win out of four visits.

Three times of disappointment trying to do tire changes, charging to diagnose and fix an electric issue they didn't fix, and recall work that damaged other things. I don't recommend taking your car there. Even if they are willing to make these things right... they shouldn't mess up changing tires. That is one of the more basic jobs when it comes to automotive work. I have changed engines, and transmissions in vehicles. I don't have the machinw to change tires, and had a warranty I thought would cover the electrical issue they didn't fix.

The week ending July 12 my wife ordered tires for ...

The week ending July 12 my wife ordered tires for a 2015 Chrysler 200. The tires were to arrive on Wednesday and an appointment was made (so we thought) for 7 AM on Thursday morning. My wife called to confirm the appointment on Wednesday July 10 and learned there was no appointment but an appointment was made to install four tires. The appointment was for 7:45 July 11, 2019. She arrived near 7:30AM and was told the car would be ready near noon. She made arrangements for some time away from the dealership and returned at 10:30 AM, not expecting the car to be ready. She left again at 11:30 for a lunch appointment and returned near 1 PM and the car was not ready and she could see it being driven into the service area. She inquired about when the car will be ready and was regularly told, "30 more minutes". After a long ordeal she drove off the lot after 4 PM.

The backstory of this is we have used the McLarty Daniels Ford dealership for maintenance on two Ford automobiles and their service is timely and IF, by some weird chance, they cannot meet the time promised, phone calls are made well ahead of the time committed to advise of the delay. We were expecting similar quality of service. The quality of service at the Ford dealership is at such a higher standard you would never think they have a common ownership.

The service manager promised a survey for us to complete, it never arrived. The only benefit we received is a $100 credit against our purchase, but that wains poorly against the poor service. I wrote an email to the service manager explaining all the problems my wife experienced and there has not been follow up. If you are looking for a vehicle in NWA i would in no uncertain terms look somewhere beside this dealership, unless you love to subject yourself with frustrations associated with poor service.

Horrible customer service by one of the employees at the Bentonville Chrysler/dodge/Jeep dealership. I m not going to say any names but an associate accused me of lying to them about being interested in a car we we test drove over night. We decided it wasn t the one for us and they flipped out when we re weren t wanting to buy the car anymore. They were also pressuring us to purchase the vehicle Even though we weren t liking it anymore. They knew that and didn t care, they just wanted me to buy from them on that day immediately. I told them what we wanted and they didn t even look, it seemed like they just wanted us to buy what they had on the lot. The associate told me I was not welcome on any McLarty Daniel car lot anymore and said he was going to tell his associates and managers to not help me if they saw me on the property!!! Can you believe this!?!?!? All because I decided not to buy the car we were looking at. Buying a car these days is difficult enough, we don t need some shady salesman to add to it...

We have bought our last few cars at McLarty Daniel Jeep. Caleb has always been amazing to work with. Since he's been promoted we worked with Ben this time and had another great experience. We gave Ben our parameters and left with a car a few hours later. He found what we needed and had us in and out quickly. We will definitely be going back to Ben next time we need a car.

This dealership has horrible customer service. They lie to you every chance that they get. Went to purchase a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk that was found through TrueCar, It had guaranteed discounts of $6,711, they tried to say that it was not applicable and the most they could give off was $4,000. It took telling them that we would get an attorney for them to agree to the price. They were trying to work the deal in the evening and I understand that financing takes time however when the customer calls the financing company and is told they are approved but the dealership cannot get a response from the finance company it shows that the dealer does not want to make a sale or do business.

The 5 star reviews all sound similar enough to make me suspicious. I have bought three vehicles from this dealership as I have had decent luck with the sales team short of one dishonest fellow who is no longer employed by them.

I quit taking my truck there for maintenance 2.5 years ago just due to poor service and general incompetence. It takes no more than 30 minutes to do an oil change in my driveway without a lift and having to actually poor the oil vs pump it in. If I have an appointment for service and I set there for 2.5 to 3 hours, there is no excuse for that. When the inspection report for my lifetime filter (K and N) was marked as recommend replace when it had only been in the truck for a week, that was the last straw for me since I drive to Fayetteville every day, there is no reason to keep going in for that kind of abuse.

My wife has continued to get her vehicle serviced there. They have rebuilt the same transmission 3 times and it's making noise again. They have destroyed the dipstick in the engine. They told her the 4 post spark plugs were gapped way to wide. (There isn't even a measurement for gap on those.) They continually neglect to reset the service engine message for her, so I've just learned to do that for her. It is now to the point where she just has me on the phone when she goes to pay so I can hear what kind of crap they are trying to sell her.

All this time, she's put up with their nonsense. Today they did something monumentally stupid. They were rude to her while they were being sneaky and slow. Two and a half hour oil change and then they put in synthetic without her permission and of course up charged her for that "service." Synthetic isn't called for in her vehicle and she didn't ask for it. Further she wanted a diagnosis for the noise her vehicle is making. The response was no time today. Asked about tomorrow. No time tomorrow. No "Our next available time is..." Just "none available."

I think today was the day she is done as well. I will probably be driving her vehicle to Fayetteville and servicing two vehicles instead of just one. You genuinely suck for causing this Landers.

Back home on leave getting my jeep serviced and I was expecting too much from all the great reviews I guess. Told them I need routine service and inspection of a small leak and top off on coolant/power steering fluid specifically and 3 hours later they came out, told me I should replace the radiator for over $800 and luckily I double checked because no fluids were filled. Took it back in for 15 more minutes, this time they put some coolant in but still didn't top off anything else... c'mon man.

Instead he tried moving me towards a new vehicle and didn't even tell me. He still told me nothing on monthly payment or interest rates. Left at 1330 because I still never heard back. No response still. 9 p.m. today. Horrible service and no communication. No follow up. Won't be back

Wow! What service! What personal attention to detail! We bought our used van from McLarty Daniel Chrysler and had some problems with the sliding door from day one. However, they went to the end of the road to fix everything that was wrong, and kept us informed during the process. We're very impressed with they costumer service and recommend this dealership highly.

Ok storytime! So I just had a bit of a crisis where I just moved to NY, purchased some fancy new winter tires, and realized I had never gotten the key for my security lugs back from the service department at this dealership. So here I am in NY and the only thing standing between me and ever getting my tires off was somewhere in AR. I called the dealership and explained my situation to a young woman named PATRICIA LEE (customer relations manager). She happily agreed to help me even though my situation was urgent (my new tires need to be installed ASAP) and the odds were stacked against her. After all, there was no telling if we could even figure out which highly specialized key I needed. This was a very difficult situation and while she could have easily dismissed some nobody in a different state, she happily looked into my problem and did the impossible. In less than half a day, she investigated and found the exact key I needed and mailed to me without skipping a beat. As a personal courtesy, she even provided me with the key s model number so I can take my car in the meantime and have a local dealership install the new tires I ordered. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER HAD, and I wasn t even in the same state when it happened.

After purchasing a 2018 Jeep Compass at McLarty in March I had nothing but good things to say (review seen below), but since then the service and responsiveness - or lack there of - has been extremely disappointing. I took my car in more than once for an issue I had been having and after 15 minutes of looking at it they told me it was a "normal design characteristic of the car" and an upcoming software update would help reduce the issue (not fix it, but reduce it). After a few weeks of frustration at the lack of responsiveness from the service team and still no clarity on the issue of my BRAND NEW car, I decided to take it somewhere else. This other dealership listened to me, went through a trial and error process, found the issue and fixed it. Very disappointed with my experience with the service team at McLarty. (August 2018)

(March 2018- 5 stars) As a first time car buyer, I was extremely nervous, but the staff at McLarty made this process so seamless. From the time I requested more info online about a car, to signing my last signature after buying, the staff were friendly, helpful and respectful. I will confidently recommend McLarty and Rick Izquierdo to friends looking to purchase a car.

Waited for info well over an hour, they came in finally after our salesperson had her popcorn and manager brought in worthless info on payment plans at 8% and "manager could tear himself away fromfootball. This place a joke.
