This review is for their service department: extre...

This review is for their service department: extremely poor customer service. this is what just happened to me:
1. I make an appointment on line to have my jeep serviced. the on-line scheduler takes it and sends me a confirmation email
2. Next thing I call them on the day of the scheduled service to confirm the appointment given that we were having inclement weather that day. Josh confirms it
3. I drive my car there and guess what? the service department is closed because of the bad weather (!)
4. I, the customer, gets angry and frustrated
5. Next day I call in the morning to set up another appointment. Josh says, "yeah, swing by now and we will take care of it"
6. I show up on time, ask them to change oil, filters and fill up the tires to 38 PSI (very simple request, right?)
7. After 2 hours waiting in the lobby, they bring back the car and this is what they did (compare to simple request above): changed oil/filter as requested, did a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and DID NOT fill up the tires to 38 PSI that I had asked for, and charged me $20 for the tire rotation!
8. at that point I was so late to work that I did not bother to discuss the matter

My recommendation to you: don't take your car there to be serviced. you will get frustrated. If you must take your car there, then don't ask them to multi task or ask for multiple services all at once, they can not handle multiple tasks. Go there multiple times and ask them to perform one service at a time. My guess is that might work

I actually purchased my jeep from an individual but bring it to the dealership for service. Mike and the rest of the team are always friendly and helpful. And because of the service dept I actually recommended my parents purchase a vehicle here. They offer coffee, popcorn & free WiFi while you wait.

Very disappointed with there service department. H...

Very disappointed with there service department. Had an appointment at 9am. Had truck there at 8:45. Was told it would take 2 and a half hrs and they wiuld call me we it was done. I hadn't received a call by 2pm so I decided I would call to see if the truck was done. After waiting for 10 min on hold they came on and said it would be about 45min. So I waited and still no call so I went to the dealership and ask about the truck. They told me it wasn't done and it would be another 30 min because they were running behind. I look out in the parking and my truck had never been brought into the shop. I ask the guy at the desk why it was only going to take thirty minutes when he said 2 and a half hours before. He could not explain. It only took 30 minutes and was done by 4pm. It was there for 7 hrs and only a 30 minute fix for a recall on the truck. I will never bring a vehicle back to this place because they can't even pick up a phone and say they would be behind and id they was ok. I bought two vehicle in one day at this dealership but after this I will not buy another vehicle or do any service here again.

Was told it was going to be about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation so I told them I would just wait for it. Sitting at 2 hours now and still not done yet. Need to be realistic with their expectations. If I would have known it would be this long I would have been taken back home. Just poor communication

We were there to trade in our Jeep Patriot and they are so accommodating especially Sean Potter. Special shout out cuz he drove us to Springdale and took almost all of his day for us. A special shout out also to Patrick Madden who relentlessly fought with the bank to get us what we wanted and he did. So all in all they did a very good job. Kudos guys

I will never do business with this place again, They took advantage of us, And the prices advertised on the internet are not what you can actually get the vehicle for. "read the fine print" and Paperwork nightmare lasting 7 months. Second worst maintenance department I have ever seen they over schedule and seem not to care about getting a correct diagnosis or believe the customer when they say there is a problem

We traded our payed off vehicle for a truck that appeared to be a good deal so we took a lot less than what our vehicle was worth. As it turns out the truck had engine problems that were not revealed during the test drive but became apparent within 20 min of driving. Since it was Friday i had to wait till Monday to get it looked at.

The idiots in the service department said there was nothing wrong with it, So got in started it up and drove off the lot, and the problem was still there. so I took it back and showed them and magically they said "oh i know what it is", had to make another appointment to get it fixed.

At this point i no longer wanted this truck but was giving them a chance to fix it.

Sadly they had already sold the vehicle that I traded in so there was no chance of getting that back.

Got the truck in the shop, they broke part of the engine and it had to stay there another week. In the end I got screwed out of a good vehicle that was paid off for a broken on that they eventually " traded " back but screwed me over. I could not use the lemon law against it because it was a few months past the date of 2 years from when it was originally purchased by another individual.

I only ended up with a different vehicle from this place because that was the only way out of the broken one without creating a legal battle in small claims court. The service department is garbage and I do not appreciate the BS that we had to go through that cost me more in the long run than it was worth.

Our paperwork was lost for months, whoever is in charge of that needs to fix the problem, I had to do a lot of extra un-necessary work to get the correct papers to the DMV. Because of their poor practices My title was suspended and I was unable to renew my tags during the time that they were expiring, Luckily I overnighted some paper work to Little Rock to get it in the system before the deadline and was able to get my tags before i was unable to drive. This was not due to procrastination on my part but a lack of the dealership to have a decent paperwork system.

Next time I buy a truck It will not be from here, I will drive to the other end of Texas if I have to.

My Jeep had an issue at 84,000 (throttle body) and the dealerships response was 84k is a bunch of miles. I guess I ve been spoiled to Nissans going 300k with only sensor replacements. They also wanted 900 plus taxes for repairs to the vehicle and straight line on Moberly did the same job for 500. Not to mention I paid the dealership 150 just to tell me the throttle body was out which I told them when I walked through the door. I ve bought two vehicles from Mcclarty, and their won t be a third.

Although I didn't end up purchasing a new/used car, I will return and work with Tinnea Burdine when the time is right. She is wonderfully kind, listens to what you want, and presents you with options that match! I wouldn't deal with any other salesperson here. The only "great" car buying experience I had - that's why I'll go back to Tinnea.

Experience wasn't to great i called to make a appointment on the 20th of this month (6-20-17)
Set for Friday at 8am.. 3 days prior, had my wife take the vehicle sense I had to work. So she not only had to get up get my 2 toddlers ready and take the car by 8am which the time isn't the issue.
However we left the our 300 there thinking that it would be fixed on a recall that it had. Car was there for 4 hours 8am-12pm when my wife got a call saying that they did not have any parts for it after I had strictly asked before making the appointment if they had the recall parts available and was told yes...
This becomes a big inconvenience for my family mainly due to the waisted time of having our vehicle there and leaving my wife and 2 toddlers car less for 4 hours..
Not the 1st time this has happened with this dealer..
My boss had the same problem with 3 different vehicles and pretty much was told the same thing and was given the run around..
Will not be doing business with them anymore...
Called the dodge Chrysler jeep and ram of Springdale and was tsken5well care of set up a appointment and even went to see if they had the parts in checked while i was on hold and said yes we will put one on hold for you..
So much easier to deal with them..
Bentonville dodge store please teach you're team proper communication with one. Another to insure this doesn't ever happen to anyone else..
My advice is to anyone just go to Springdale avoid the run around

I didn't get anything done here, just picking up a part. Did get to look around the showroom and they had nicer cars than any other Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealers in the area. Multiple hellcats, a couple track hawks, a couple srt8 Durango's and even sold 4 demons. They must be doing something right...

Ask for Jose, not pushy and will answer all your questions. We went in for one truck we were interested in and on our 2nd visit he showed us another similar truck to have a comparison. We actually liked it better and ended up purchasing it later on. Overall very chill dealership in my experience. Prices are as advertised, we didn't experience any shenanigans like we did with some dealerships in Tulsa. They work with your budget. I'd give them a shot if you need a vehicle.

I took my car in there to have the transmission replaced the car had 30,000 miles on it and the transmission went out on the car. The replaced the transmission but they forgot to mention that when they took the transmission out they had to take out the cv boot well they ruined the cv boot and without even telling me the put in a cheap cv boot instead of an oem one well the cheap one broke. Be very careful if you take your vehicle in this place for any service. This place does horrible work and try to do sneaky stuff to try to save a buck. Would highly recommend taking your vehicles to a different dealer to have any work done on your vehicles.

We didn't know what to expect but we had the greatest time with Steven T. He was really personable and conversational with us during the whole process and we felt at ease. He is very knowledge regarding cars, especially Dodge, which I would say is his specialty.

Service is the worse here!!! I bought a truck there and I took it to get repaired there, the first time they told me to drop it off and they had it for a week and nothing was done to it, so basically I was without a vehicle for a week for no reason for it to be just sitting on their parking lot.. Then I took it again another time and they said to bring it the next day because they did not have the part, so I took it the next day and said it would be ready by 3pm, I showed up around 4 pm to come to find out they didn't get the part and didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know... oh and then I show up and I was talking to my service guy and someone else shows up and he just leaves me hanging!!! It's annoying more When you use the vehicle for work and they don't do what they're supposed to!!!!!

My grandson bought his first vehicle here.He paid cash by the way.. All around bad experience. Richard (?) in finance treated us like something he scraped off his shoe. There were 2 mistakes made on the paper work. We made one he made one. He left message for us to come in to sign papers. I watched the floor guy tell him we were there, after we waited an hour to do 3 minutes of business, he had the nerve to say he wasn't told we were there. Will never buy anything from here again..
Took us 2 months to get a clear title because Richard put in the paper work there was a lien on the truck.

You would be better off not owning a vehicle than ...

You would be better off not owning a vehicle than to buy from McLarty or take your vehicle there for a service.
They will lie to you about the cost of service- tacking on extra fees on the back end. $507 quickly turns into $680.
They will not answer your calls. You can call any time of day, morning noon or evening... you will not be answered. They will promise to help you in every way possible and follow through on nothing.
They will tell you that there are about $2000 worth of other issues that you need to pay them to fix. Some of which were fixed 3 months ago by a reputable mechanic.
The ONLY reason we took our vehicle there was because of the warranty and having to use someone authorized by Chrysler.
I bought my Durango there years ago, 1 week into owning it the engine light came on and the mechanic told me oh it s because of the gas cap . It was then that I stopped trusting them.
They are deceitful, lying scumbags who do not care about customer service or integrity. They just want your money. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A MCLARTY DEALERSHIP. I cannot say this enough. Just don t do it. It s a mistake. It s an error in your judgement. They will bleed you dry until you, in frustration, pay them just to stop finding things wrong and give you your vehicle back. RUN AWAY.

I would like to share my experience to see what your response will be as to why I would every use McLarty Daniel Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram service department again. I first used the service department on July 13 for an oil change, tire rotation and balance on my 2016 journey. All seemed to go smooth until on my way home tires vibrated as they had before the balance. I called and was told that unless I requested balancing it would have not been done. I am sure that was requested and was told I was only charged for the rotation. OK my fault I guess. My next visit several days later on my 2014 Dodge Ram for just an oil change went much more smoothly.

My most recent visit did not go smoothly at all, my GPS in my journey began to malfunction and just do random turn directions with no option to silence it. I called got an appointment and four days later dropped my car off on Aug 30 for service on the radio and tire balance, when I returned at 5 to pick it up I was told it was not ready as the tech didn't have time to work on it. I was provided with a loaner and told it would be done Friday, Friday comes and still not completed, Tech was unable to download some file to his computer and it would be done on Saturday. Saturday comes and no word. Monday AM I call, and it s the same story tech didn't have time. Finely Tuesday Morning I receive a text that a new radio had to be ordered and I could come get the car. I replied that I would be there very close to 6. When I arrived, a nice young man greeted me escorted me to the counter and went to park my courtesy vehicle. I waited for a few minutes for one of the three guys to acknowledge me and was told Cliff had gone home. I told him what I was there for he goes over gets the keys points north and says," it parked over there somewhere". Once again must be my fault to cause an inconvenience to your staff.

I get a call telling me my radio is in and set an appointment for September 12, I ask if I can get another loaner or ride as I have a very busy day and don't have anyone who can pick me up.' I have never used your shuttle service, so I make sure to be there early. I arrive and remind cliff that I need a ride and he calls and says it'll be 15 min. 45 Minutes later I got an Uber who arrived before my shuttle was obviously going to, this was the point I started to get a little more upset at the process, but it s almost done, and I can move on right? I got a call a few hours later telling my car was done. When I arrived, Cliff told me I owed 69 dollars for the rotation, I asked why it was so high and was told tech used the wrong labor rate and was charged 50 dollars. I headed back to Missouri with radio working properly and the same vibration in the front tire. When I arrived home, I looked at the tires that where very dirty from all the rainy weather the week previous and notice there is not one scuff, smug or disturbed dirt on any of the tires. I can t say for sure, but I believe I was charged for a tire balanced that was never done. OK fine you got me ill just not use your dealership anymore and I am only out 50 bucks. Nope Radio stops working 5 days later, and I am told by different dealer ship that to get service I have to return to McLarty Daniel service department for warranty work. So, my question to you is what would you do if you were in my place?

I have owned and operated Dodge vehicles since 2003 and have gone to dealer ships all over the county, granted with McLarty Daniel being the nicest looking and comfortable waiting area the service was the worst, and that is saying a lot when I compare you to Fletcher Dodge Joplin and Sherman in Chicago my two other worst experiences.

Contacted Customer service since the seem to keep spamming me to complete there survey and guess what no response.

Worse customer service. The GM offered truck for a price. The price was agreed upon and we were on the way to sign paperwork and drop off check, GM had salesman call and tell us the truck was sold. Opus chase vehicles annually for my business never will I shop this dealership or their affiliates. Do yourself a favor. Go to another other dealership anywhere else for your next vehicle purchase

Everything about my dealings with your dealership was outstanding except the weather. From my first encounter at the used car division to my visit to close the deal and pick up my vehicle was great. The sales people through the closers and finance were pleasant, understanding and empathetic. I would recommend your dealership to my friends and return whenever I need another vehicle.

I ve never been more at ease while buying a new vehicle. Mr. Dan Porter was fantastic. He made the buying process easy. He explained everything in detail and constantly asked if I was doing okay and if I had any questions. Everyone that I encountered on buying day were friendly and able to answer all my questions!
