Ok storytime! So I just had a bit of a crisis where I just moved to NY, purchased some fancy new winter tires, and realized I had never gotten the key for my security lugs back from the service department at this dealership. So here I am in NY and the only thing standing between me and ever getting my tires off was somewhere in AR. I called the dealership and explained my situation to a young woman named PATRICIA LEE (customer relations manager). She happily agreed to help me even though my situation was urgent (my new tires need to be installed ASAP) and the odds were stacked against her. After all, there was no telling if we could even figure out which highly specialized key I needed. This was a very difficult situation and while she could have easily dismissed some nobody in a different state, she happily looked into my problem and did the impossible. In less than half a day, she investigated and found the exact key I needed and mailed to me without skipping a beat. As a personal courtesy, she even provided me with the key s model number so I can take my car in the meantime and have a local dealership install the new tires I ordered. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I VE EVER HAD, and I wasn t even in the same state when it happened.
