Well laid out Enough parking place and best of all good bargains.
Not my favourite shopping centre but I do like the GAP outlet store (the staff working Saturday of the Easter weekend were wonderful) and the TKMAXX is huge!!!
Shopping and fun activities for kids, parking is not free
An often overlooked shopping centre, but has a wide range of shops to choose from. Also many different places to eat, suitable for the whole family. Also home to a large cinema, and children's play area. Well worth a visit.
Nowhere near as good as it used to be...loads of empty units. But, clean and well set up.
If you're not used to this place the car park is a nightmare
Parking is a bloody nightmare here... If you have a car bigger than a fiat 500 this is a very tight car park. The selection of shops is not great... To be calling themselves an outlets is a bit far fetched... Its more like a collection of budget shops, very few bargains to be had here as far as I can tell... The gap outlet was OK... Other than that below average.
It's ok but not great. Alot of shops are closed down, ones that are always open seem empty
Honestly... For a shopping centre.. this could be better. It just does not have the typical brands you would normally see. They have TK Maxx, Gap, sports direct , superdrugs. Which are all decent but then you have other stores where you think... When would anyone need this store ...like i said it could be better. It's not all bad... If you need to quickly get something (& you know exactly where in galleria to get it) then galleria is great but any hardcore shopping go somewhere else- Luton, St Alban's, Welwyn Garden City
Not really sure what to say about this place. Shaft you on the parking. Should be free.
Great place to shop, great place to eat lots to choose from.
Good for families in terms of shopping and entertainment.Has the essentials. Love the big brand outlets, good restaurants, Best feature is the big play area in the centre of the centre.
It's OK the galleria of wonder, because you wonder if the same shops are still there if you go back.
lots of different shops and plenty to do, great selection of restaurants and the cinema is really good
I love shopping there.
Not big centre but good outlet.
Wide variety of shops. Ample food options, all with seating. An open-air feel given the expansive concourse and high, glass ceiling. Clothes, sporting goods, luxury wear, various entertainment, all under one large roof. Seems COVID-Safe with their new (largely followed) one-way system.
Great range of outlets for bargains and children s soft play as well
Decent range of outlet stores, can find nice items at decent prices. Surprisingly quiet in the run-up to Christmas. The food court has a good range of options. Temperamental parking meters mean it can take a while to find one that works, not ideal in inclement weather. Loos are in a state of disrepair making it a less attractive option for a long shopping trip.
Serves its purpose, shops of limited appeal to me personally, could do with a bit of a tidy up, and better management, but some good eateries which I tend to use more than the shopping.
Great shops, food restaurants and. Lots of outlet versions of your favourite brands
A nice place to visit. Many outlets with reduced prices. Can be very busy over the weekends. Lots of paid parking spaces.
Worth it for the TK Max. Slightly eccentric selection of shops however! Check what you might be looking for is there beforehand. -1 star for having to pay for parking.
It was clearly marked. But the toilets closed not very good.
Hatfield free book shop, best ever place in the world. If it ever leaves this goes to a 1 star because between that and McDs is the only reason to visit for me!
You can usually find what your looking for here. Plenty of places to eat and cinema
It's okay. Used to be better when it had HMV which has sadly gone. The Cafe Nero though is excellent and the O2 shop staff are some of the best I've found in those stores.
There are a lot of nice shops to look at and places to eat and drink. Also Aldi is not far away which is handy.
Most of the shops were open and not too crowded. Majority of shoppers wearing masks and maintaining distance but the area where the restaurants are was very busy and people queuing weren't able to allow distance for people to move through comfortably. Toilets on the upper level closed and the ones on the lower level are much smaller, and harder to find - not great when you've got small children who can't hold on whilst you navigate the one-way system to find them.
Seems like a decent shopping centre. Only went to Get Wild, which the kids seemed to enjoy.
Nice collection of shops, kid play areas, movie hall and restaurants here
Place with restaurants and outlet stores, close to Asda superstore and University of Hertfordshire.
The shops are good for out-doors activities (Tog 24, Trespass, Sports Direct etc.) but it feels a bit empty. Not a place to go for clothes shopping if you're looking for high street clothes shops. Food options are good. There's a line of restaurants to choose from.
Nice place but really quiet, to many vacant premises
Exceptionally clean and as covid secure as you could hope for. Good signage and one way systems in place
Good shopping mall with place to eat and kids friendly.
Good eating options and children play areas but not enough outlets to gain a bargain. Outlet shops not offering much discounts either.
Some retail stores have closed, however the galleria is still a good place to go shopping.
Also they have a good selection of restaurants to choose from.
Good shops but the parking is poor and so are the facilities. Needs updating soon.
All good except no toilets open but they tell you to wash your hands!
Good place for shopping and dining but needed more guidance route maps and good parking facility
Great shop selection good play area for small children. Loads of places to eat at. parking a bit limited but usually loads off room at the far end.
shame on the management for their policy with car park charging!!! brent cross has free parking which is 100 times a better shopping centre and Hatfield galeria screw you on parking there! That why that dump never be a busy place and it's like a cemetery quite all the times.
Not a great choice of shops. E x pensive parking. Why isn't parking free on Sundays like every other shopping centre? I would visit more often if it was.
Some good bargains and a nice cinema, cheap seats for the kids showing in the morning.
A good place to go for eateries if you have children and is also a large climbing facility for the kids with a Costa attached enabling the parents to rest and keep an eye on the little ones.
Largest selection of outlet stores, I especially love Gap outlet here. And there are also lots of good places to eat include a Chinese restaurant with all you can eat buffet :)
Not giving it 5 stars as they charge for parking, this isn't London so free parking would be nice.
Its very well looked after. easy to park and now online payments make it easier
Needs more major improvements, getting worser in the last 2 years
very big and open good selection of shops for all budgets and great restaurants and entertainment venues
OK shopping centre.
(Could do with more obvious indications that you have to pay for parking and how!)
It has a good selection of restaurants as it's an outlet centre it's a good place to shop if you are looking for the items that are available there. Plenty of parking is available but it's not free.
We go to The Galleria once a year. It has nice shops but not many of them. The lifts are confusing, made worse by the sign boards. The mutli storey parking is very narrow for SUVs. If you are wondering why I gave 3 *s with all complaints, it is because of the discount at few stores, like GAP and M&S! :)
I think that the whole area was well chosen and the things in the store were as up to date as I thought. The entrance was quite hidden.
The biggest problem of all was that there were no food restaurants. There were Coffee Shops and Ice Cream Parlors, but not everyone wants ice cream and coffee all the time.
All in it was not a memorable experience
Great place to take photos of the sunset from the top of the multi story.
If you want to spend the whole day in there then you definitely can. With the vast amount of different shops and stores to choose from plus the restaurant they have, you can't go wrong
Very good shopping mall with outlet stores. But many stores keep changing as closing down and replaced with others. Definitely get a lot of variety. If some more big brands open their stores here, it will be better than LDO. I found parking bit expensive. But if are a regular customer, go for privilege card which will save your money for parking.
Some Good shops and plenty of eating places at a wide range of cost has a play area and some amusements
A nice shopping place but it's not that diverse, there is still room for improvement
My kids love it. Just little bit cold if you don't run around...
Large shopping outlet with reasonable discounts. The grapetree is great for cheap health foods if that's your thing. Check out the galleria card for 10% off in participating shops, also gives cheaper parking on weekdays.
Good for university students, everything within walking distance. The accommodation is a bit expensive but nicely situated and homely. Free gym and free allocated one car parking space for each Apartment. Cinema and train station within a short walk. The shops and Takeaway restaurants at one place. Police station can be seen from the Galleria. Face masks for safety.
Great for high Street brands at low prices; with a little searching
Not bad, but you have to pay for parking there from the first minute. I'd really appreciate a free first hour of parking for a given day.
A bit dated not enough stores in mall. But some good bargains in marks and sparks and Nike.
Limited selection of shops and restaurants but clean and tidy. Parking is expensive
Got everything you need from clothing to cinemas to food. Great place for everything!
Easy access to lots of shops. Good play area for kids.
