When you pay top dollar for a car, you expect a quality vehicle and good service from the dealership. We've had nothing but trouble with the car from the very beginning. The service department is the worst. They simply don't care about customers once the sale is made. After working on the brand new automobile for a month, they told me all the problems were fixed -- but they were not. I couldn't even leave the parking lot! Response from Vannessa, our "Service Adviser" was "Tough Luck." No apologies, no explanations, or reassurances.
They just don't care! So now I've been paying for two months for a car I haven't even been able to drive.
I would never buy a car from this dealership.
