The property is beautiful. You can spend your entire stay without venturing out much. The service is pretty sloppy. The building roof looked like it needed some repairs. The rooms are very spacious but comfort wise I've stayed in much more comfy rooms at a much better price. It is in the southernmost part of Goa, close to Palolim beach but at least a one hour drive from anything else interesting. We booked it thinking they have their own private beach and we won't have to go anywhere else but the beach was a disappointment.

Well laid out property, spacious rooms, very courteous staff, food is also good. Room service is an issue. The negative is the location of the resort. It's too far from the heart of goa
Property is very huge and Nice to visit. Good surroundings with natural scenery. Swiming pool is awesome. Beach is slight far from hotel premise 400 mtr approx. While visit on 29th at 5 p.m at the time of checked in we faced issue with front desk executive, no support at all pathetic room was offered by him and surprisingly twin bed offered to husband wife visited for celleberate their special day. Thanks God afer 30 minites of embarrassment with that guy Anisha the guest service Manager handlled the situation very professionally and made our trip pleasent. She provided us room as per our desire and applicability. All thanks to Anisha for making our trip memorable.

It's a lavish resort and totally makes up for your vacation mood. The resort has got everything you are looking for: a pool, beach side shacks, restaurants, bars and especially their pool bar. There is so much for recreational activities. Also, Palolem beach is close by.
This was our second stay in the Lalit hotel and the first after the pandemic. I must say the service has been impeccable, we have a big family and I have a pet dog and we all had so much fun staying in the villa, the gardens are huge, they have a private pool and my pet dog had so much space to run and explore. We made so many new memories. I want to thank the staff of the hotel for being on their foot for all our needs and never saying no to us. The housekeeping staff for keeping our rooms clean daily, the garden/ ground staff for making sure our villa s pool always lit up with candles and keeping a check on the insects and regularly spraying insecticide for the mosquitoes. The staff all around the hotel from the gym area to buffet area thank you all for welcoming us in safe environment where we immensely enjoyed ourselves. Special thanks to Abhishek for always being there, you made our stay so comfortable, easy and at home. We are glad to have chosen Lalit and cannot wait for a third visit.
This was 2nd i was in Goa and I live like never been before. This Goa Life was so chill...my inner spirit start saying that Sahil you belong from here only.
V pleasant stay for couple and family.. Good and cheap restaurant outside the gate... Care hire also available outside gate.. However south Goa is not happening wherein Lalit hotel have it's own beach and that's the best part of it..
Although it's a 5 star properly situated in South Goa, it wasn't a 5 - star experience for me and my family. The service is extremely slow and the quality of toiletries provided was unexpectedly not up to the mark. Jo hot water was available in the washroom during our stay (that could be a temporary situation due to the pipe bursting incident ).
At breakfast, the service was poor and it was too hot in the buffet area. Being an open lobby concept, it was humid and stuffy making it difficult to commute from one place to another.
It's a huge property, 15 years old in 2019 and has a private beach, golf grounds, swimming pool, and other amenities and yet I wasn't personally able to enjoy my stay.
Due to there being a problem in one of the rooms I booked, although they "upgraded" my parents to a pool view room, however, it was a joke since it had two SEPARATE SINGKE BEDS, with a 3 feet gap between them.
Over all, looking at the value for money, there are far better hotels in GOA to stay at.
The hotel is quite big in size. Golf area is quite superb. Staff working here is quite friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite easy to locate. Rooms are also quite clean and big. Meeting rooms are also available. Swimming pool facility is also excellent. Restaurant food is also quite decent.
The property is amazing however won't call it great because it's never quiet. Lalit seems to be favoring group outings and that's taking away the charm of the place.
Biased hospitality treatment for the persons who book rooms through third party apps/websites. Property is located in good location. Food is decent. And response from the staff is very mere, almost zero. They are all trained to loot money
This was truly a luxury resort in Goa. Beautiful golf coarse when you drive up after someone opens the gate for you. We self parked ourselves since we were on motor bike but I believe they have valet parking at the front entrance. The staff was very friendly and helped when we had questions. The rooms were clean with comfy robes and slippers (which I totally spotted a man in the slippers at dinner, totally okay). The pool was nice to lounge by with a swim up bar, it was cooler than usual the day I was there other wise I would have partook. All in all, great stay!

We have decided to pop on here with the name and fame that your hotel carries. With the same opinion, we have booked three rooms through MMT and checked-in on December 22nd. The stay at your hotel made us unhappy with your duty manager, Mr. Abhishek's attitude and unpleasant behaviour. He is quite adamant in his behaviour and raises his tone while asked for anything. He doesn't bother to respond to the calls and disconnects quite often. I want to question the management, is this the response and courtesy you show towards your guests? Despite our request, he did not bother to put an ear to our concern about not collect any payments from other guests who were with us. I am sorry to say that it is not just the ambiance, food, and other facilities you provide; your staff needs to work on their attitude with guests. Surprisingly, when questioned about my concerns, Mr. Abhishek's high-pitched response says, "you can go and let anyone know that I haven't served you better according to your expectations. I am least bothered." To the straight point, it is nothing less than leaving your place with a disappointment with the kind of 'pitch' and 'attitude' that Mr. Abhishek had.
Fantastic place for holiday in goa. Recommended for those who like spending days in pool and beach. I recommend that you buy your booze from outside. Also if you want to cut down cost on food.. Eat from small Russian restaurants just outside this property.
Everything is of old standard. No luxury feeling. Old tv, old bathroom, old pool. They show they have private beach but its not private like the one hayat has.
Clean.. Spacious and less crowded. Good restaurants outside. Only downside is it is inconvenient to travel without your own vehicle if you are used to seamless travel.

As many other reviewers mention, it's a large resort with a nice beach and aging but still reasonable infrastructure. However, staff training still remains to be a shortcoming.
Among other minor issues, one stood out particularly. I used the hotel's concierge service to book tickets for my onward travel because I had to pay cash. The two teenager fellows helping at the counter were friendly, but they booked my tickets for the wrong day. When I realised this on the day of my actual travel, luckily before I left the resort, i was able to get new tickets, paying more than the original price this time and with no cancellation for the original tickets. So the tickets I needed ended up costing me more than twice what they were supposed to be, I got worst seats etc.
Mistakes happen and I'm generally OK with it. What really bothered me was that when I complained about the situation, the two employees who made the mistake were summoned and asked to pay for my ticket out of their own pocket. This is a resort that charges European prices in India, and making quite some money off the back off their local employees, who are (I'm fairly sure) paid local wages, with minimal investment into their training. The folks that made the mistake seemed clearly distressed and were relieved when I refused to take their money. All in all I ended up carrying the extra cost of the hotel's mistake as an institution. If they charge the prices they do, I think they must also adopt some associated values. Considering this, I don't think the resort delivers for its segment.
The campus is huge with lots of greenary. Has an amazing golf course. There are rental bicycles, a good swimming pool, good rooms and a private beach. Beach is clean and good for entering into.
Super fast check-in in less than a minute. Even the restaurant was fully occupied at the time of breakfast but the restaurant manager really managed well. Very nice pool with a beautiful garden around it. I lost my car keys in the pool. People there helped me out to find the keys with torch at 8.30 pm. All of them were very friendly and helpful everywhere whether it's reception, restaurant, beach, or swimming pool.

The property, though at the extreme south of Goa (nearly reaching Karnataka), is beautiful with all amenities, beaches, shacks. It's worth sending time to relax and rejuvenate. The rooms are magnificent and luxurious. Must go place!!
Quite a treat if you are visiting South Goa. The private beach and swimming pool is a delight. Rooms are lovely and overall property is nice. The cons however are the accessibility and choice of restaurants. There are just two restaurants outside the property which are not that good either. The in house restaurant has limited choice of cuisines. However I liked their breakfast buffet. A nice getaway for families looking for a weekend away..
Worth staying not less than 5 days. A lot to offer.. private beach.. Indoor outdoor and water sports... Good breakfast.... But for dinner go somewhere else ;)
Rooms from inside were good but at many spots it looks damaged. Services were good but you can definitely expect improvement there. For such a budget, you can get much better. Lot of improvement in taste of food too is required.
Great property with a well maintained golf course and amazing beach to accompany. The meals also offer a wide variety for all kinds of tastes along with Goan delicacies. One can either opt for the sea facing rooms or take a whole villa for bigger groups. A must consider option for south goa.

Nice resort ...just one thing...there s an adjacent beach(rajbagh) to it, so they should make it clean, coz when i went there with my gf we wanted to swim into the ocean but there was too much trash at the beach ...not suitable fr swimming at all...please guys if u own a resort then take care of it's surroundings
Awesome property spaning 85 acres Lush greens all around Sort of private beach as the beach is cut off from the continuity by two rivers. Although one is very shallow it give you a clean and pure beach with shallow waters that is very well maintained There are numerous restaurants and food iz ok The rooms are spacious and very good
We did a group checking and the staffs were literally confused with the process. Checkin took time, rooms were allotted in different name. It took almost 24 hours to resolve the issue and it made our mood for the event spoiled. Not expected from a hotel of this level, and when they are charging Rs 12000 per room per night, in advance...
Huge property with beautiful landscape and a private beach. Service is nice. The activities are reasonable for a 5 star. For eg we paid 400 bucks for 30 shots in archery and the activities manager Vishnu ensured all of us thoroughly enjoyed. You do t really need to go out of the property to enjoy as you will find everything from squash to badminton to tt to golf inside the complex. The swimming pool is impressive and the bar in the middle of the pool offers whatever you wish for. Priyash, Vineet, Dhananjay all took great care for our comfortable stay. Only sour point was when they informed me that I have to pay extra for empty plates to be delivered in the room. This was strange. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby if you want cheap food for lunch. The food in LaLiT is good but lacks options.
The best resort in Goa. From the time of arrival till the time of departure, Everything was excellent whether it was our check in experience, buffet breakfast at the restaurant, housekeeping service. Staff are fabulous and always at their toe to provide a wonderful service. I definitely recommend this place to everyone. Kudos to the front office team for taking caring of us so well and giving us a very homely feeling. Thanks to the entire staff for giving us a memorable experience
